A couple of weeks ago Kristoff St. John tweeted that he wouldn't be appearing much over the next few months. Some soap sites have interpreted that to mean that he's been put on recurring though I don't see any "official" announcement of that anywhere that I could find.

What a great post!  And a sad one.  It seems by what she said she's no longer even recurring.  

 

I'm glad she spoke out although it probably guarantees she'll never be called back while the Two Stooges are in charge.  

 

When Julia Barr spoke on on AMC she disappeared until the end, when Cady McClain publically spoke up for her they killed off her character, and the list goes on of actors punished for telling it like it is.

I don't give a fuck but it pisses me off that not even mediocre actors, SHIT actors are nominated while Peter Bergman is NOT. What The Fuck. aaaargh.

 

If you cry a lot, you will be nominated. The more you cry the better shot you have. LLB (miscarriage, crying, check). Avery (rape, crying, check). Devon (wife is missing on honeymoon, crying, check). TB (husband with cancer pushing her away, crying, check). CLB (I have cancer, crying, check). KSJ and SB (don't know what they submitted because I FF them more than the others on this list).

 

Peter played subtle so well. I remember one scene when "Marco" was talking to Ashley and she said "I don't even know who you ARE!" And he said, a touch deliberately, "I'm your brother, Jackie." It was so funny. And subtle. The morons who vote wouldn't have noticed the acting in the scene. Because no crying.

Ratings continue to suck. This week the show is a touch better than last week but down AGAIN from last year. However, important demo information:

 

Women 18-49 Viewers
1. Y&R 620,000 (-10,000/-133,000) <—— new low *
2. B&B 485,000 (-4,000/-123,000) <—— ties low **
3. GH 475,000 (+6,000/-6,000)
4. DAYS 389,000 (-2,000/-55,000) <—— new low (2nd straight week) ***

* Previous low: 623,000 (June 30 – July 4, 2014)
 

You'll note previous low in this demo led to the end of the previous writers' tenure. These are bad numbers. And it's not a one-off. I'm thinking if Pratt can't pull in decent numbers for May sweeps he's done.

^^I saw your post in the main thread. I'm not remotely surprised the "KISS" was not viewed as must see TV. And not just because of my personal distaste. It's shit storytelling. Jack -- a core character -- was not only sidelined in the Victor take down story that started out being about HIM (i.e. he was the original victim of the whole plot) he was turned unrecognizable as Mr. Peace and Sunshine. There's zero emotional satisfaction in that. And even Victoria, she was made into either a Daddy suck who is too female to run the job for which she has been groomed and trained her entire life or a raging unreasonable witch (with Billy). Sorry but GT and JT and their implausible lust story are not worthy of long-term characters being written in this bullshit OOC way. 

 

I'm glad the audience is speaking in a way that the show can't ignore. 

 

So much for Pratt and his "well people may whine on Twitter but they're WATCHING."

You know something amazing about her is her mom was Deb on One Tree Hill !!!

Deb was Nathan's young mom and the asshole Dan Scott's wife. Dan was their version of Victor except played by an actor and interesting. She was quite hot and a cougar and drunk.

she also tried to murder Dan by drugging him and burning him alive. Since the entire town hated Dan and he's twisted he assumed his 16 yr old son did it and attempted to kill him. Nice guy.

Besides Alyvia there's another daughter a teen whose an actor too. All three are beautiful ladies.
