ElectricBoogaloo January 28, 2019 Author Share January 28, 2019 I regret to report that Valentina lived down to my expectations as Angel in Rent Live. I thought she was gorgeous in her original season but her performance as an All Star has shown a lot of her weaknesses. I wasn't sure how well she would sing but I was holding out hope. Unfortunately, she was TERRIBLE. Her singing was flat and all over the place. It was really painful to listen to. She was lucky that the combinations of the camera angles and the big wigs she wore hid her face because her acting left something to be desired. To be honest, I don't think she was acting. She was just being Valentina in Angel's costumes. But her face was beautiful as usual, so there's that. 1 Link to comment
Rai February 5, 2019 Share February 5, 2019 Locas! If you haven't ever read Tom and Lorenzo's recaps for RPDR, you have been missing out (they introduced me to the show all the way back with season 1). But now they've upped their writing game and have announced a whole book about Drag Race! Specifically, it will examine and explain queer history through the lens of Drag Race. I'm stoked to hear about this, and I can't stand waiting a whole year for it! The details! 6 Link to comment

Rai February 11, 2019 Share February 11, 2019 Here's an article recounting some of fandom's worst moments in regards to RPDR. I don't really follow the queens on any social media, and these forums are about as much fan talk as I tend to do online, so I knew it was bad, but I didn't know how bad. I don't know how people can be a fan of queer personalities who have all been marginalized in one way or another and still think racism is cool. I know race issues are something the LGBTQ+ community struggles with, but I'm still shocked. We need to talk about toxic fandom, folks. https://www.out.com/entertainment/2019/2/04/8-times-drag-race-fandom-was-actually-terrible?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=entertainment (Minor spoilers for All-Stars 4 included) Link to comment

Rai February 20, 2019 Share February 20, 2019 I gather the way All-Stars 4 ended has probably sparked even more awfulness from these "fans." It makes me really uncomfortable to be sharing the same fandom with such trolls, tbh. 1 Link to comment

rollacoaster February 22, 2019 Share February 22, 2019 I think that Monet did an excellent job of interviewing. That Rajah! That was so annoying when she jumped in to interrupt the first Muslim contestant to say that she was the first Christian contestant. I know that previous contestants have talked about being Christian. Soju didn't seem to have much to say, and I would have liked to heard more from her. It's a good looking cast of Queens, I'm looking forward to see what they have to offer! During the trailer, some of them reminded me of Queens from previous seasons. 2 Link to comment
Sile March 4, 2019 Share March 4, 2019 (edited) I feel sorry for Soju having to sit next to Silky because you know she wasn't giving up that mic. Yes, I actually counted, it took 18 minutes for Soju to wrest away the mic and she had it for less than 30 seconds before Silky took it back. It's clear that Rajah (get that apostrophe away from my face!) is going to be vying with Silky for most annoying. Monet did do an excellent job of getting everybody involved, though. ElectricBoogaloo October 21, 2019 Author Share October 21, 2019 Todrick Hall has been accused of sexual misconduct and fraud by his assistant, one of his dancers, and Manila Luzon. Quote I was @Todrick Hall’s personal assistant for years and I know every detail of his life including deliberate non-payment to people, racism, sexual assault, sexual harassment, online bullying, exploitation, illegal business practices.... the list goes on. P.S. I NEVER SIGNED NDA 🗣 pic.twitter.com/NyY8RWhBoh — TOMMY (@tommy_italiano) October 19, 2019 Quote i remember when I was on tour with @todrick during Straight Outta Oz and @chesterlockhart aggressively came behind me on the tour bus and put his hand down my pants and grabbed my dick. In the legal world, they call this sexual assault and todrick punished ME after I told him. pic.twitter.com/ryV65pAJVn — TOMMY (@tommy_italiano) October 19, 2019 Quote @todrick has an obsession with strippers and escorts. He treats his regular employees like they are sex workers, grabs asses daily and pulls his dick out in front of assistants and dancers constantly. This is his “ex” he attacked on social media who was a backup dancer on tour. pic.twitter.com/K6wSUZuFjF — TOMMY (@tommy_italiano) October 20, 2019 Quote You should see how much he spends on OnlyFans and flying boys. I’ve watched him not pay people who worked to build his career but then drop hundreds to thousands on boys daily. Going to the strip club and hiring escorts was part of my job which got messy. ☕️👨🏻💻 https://t.co/cw0T174J8B pic.twitter.com/LYXU7efhia — TOMMY (@tommy_italiano) October 20, 2019 Quote LINK TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT LAWSUIT that @todrick settled this year.
