From Schwartz & Sandy’s Insta. Yeah…it’s been two months since this post, but a good reminder that it’s easy to forget that there’s a lot of collateral damage here — people who had nothing to do with Tom’s assholery, but rely on his business for their livelihoods.

At least it sounds like they have a staff — for the time being. But the website still sucks, it’s closed three days a week…how long do we give it?

It seems that the lounge is packed these days (a lot of people are VR fans), and doing ok according to Schwartz and social media, etc. posts.

There’s also a reunion clip…with a comment that Peacock will have an extended, uncensored version the next day. AFAIC, Peacock just paid for itself, LOL. From other comments, it sounds wild. But we knew that.

WTF was Raquel’s car doing there? I’m sure they were wasted - did she then drive off?

Nobody seems to be able to keep their stories straight.

It was also mentioned that the notorious Face Time video was taken the day before Ariana found it - while Sandoval was at Schwartz’ apartment.

As said previously somebody really needs to punch Schwartz in the dick. He’s known the entire time - nobody’s going to convince me otherwise, which makes his behavior towards Katie this season really indefensible.

I can only think that he, Sandoval, Scheana and Raquel were trying to get Katie pushed off the show. They were trying to isolate her from almost everyone and show the audience that she was "a bitch" and didn't belong anymore. I also think they were trying to push James off the show too.

Oh sorry! I misunderstood your post. Yeah I don’t think Schena cared at all if Katie was upset about Raquel and Schwartz. She probably did want Katie off the show and this probably seemed like a good way to get that done.

Scheana did everything to isolate and attack Katie during the show. Like Sandoval. I agree they wanted to push her off the show. 

Scheana was upset about the Sandoval/Raquel affair months after, but this didn't have to do anything with Katie.

Exactly! Almost all of the main cast (Sandoval, Schwartz, Ariana, Scheana), even Charli loved Raquel, and Raquel was not with James anymore. Katie didn't like her, but I don't think she liked James either. So, he was in a difficult position. Scandoval helped him because he became part of the large group that supported Ariana.

I do think James, for whom I've always had a soft spot, was actually concerned about losing friends. No way would Lisa, who cares deeply for James, her son's friend, just let him be let go.

I cannot wait for tonight's final finale and hope it truly delivers. From the ads it looks like Sandoval is going to go full-on drama queen. I wonder how this will affect S&S after we see the real dirt.

I also hope we get at least one more season to see the fallout and recovery, and then we can be done. It should not, however, include Raquel. If she really is in a mental health facility returning will reverse any progress she makes.

I don't doubt Sandoval was advised to stop talking to the media after the disastrous podcast interview, and his behavior in the reunion (details leaked) in order to protect his businesses. Tonight's episode is not going to help because more ugly information will be revealed. 

Scandoval will guarantee at least one more season. The show was most probably going to get canceled before.

I'm sure Raquel tried to hook up with cast members (including Sandoval) to "show" James, on top of securing her position on the show. She started with Peter, continued with Schwartz, and graduated to Sandoval. Her behavior is childish almost all of the time anyway.

Tom Sandoval trying to fake hyperventilating would be funny if he didn't make me so sick to my stomach. You can see in his face that he thinks he's really killing the scene. The sheer level of smarm is almost an accomplishment.

Sandoval never did anything for me, but in past years I could understand maybe why another person might find him attractive. But the past 2 years or so, his rapid aging is jarring. Like Olay came out with a meth formula. He looks haggard and pervy and gross and smelly and dirty and disgusting. Shortz looks like Felix Unger's slacker nephew. They are both disgusting. 

Rachel/Raquel ... yeah, she didn't murder anyone. But she knew every single tiny little step of the way that she was hurting Ariana, and she enjoyed it. When she made James quit drinking it had nothing to do with her relationship - she was upset that she was being shut out of the cool kids circle. James was only good when she needed him for access. She's garbage. 

Has anyone seen the Good As Gold Uber Eats video? I kind of can't unsee it. Also can't find where I saw it, or I'd link it. :)

OMG WWHL broke YTT tonight I'm so irritated but I kind love it. 

Ariana doesn't believe that they broke up but like how can they break up when they were never officially together in any real world way. Fucking someone on the side while they have girlfriend is not a real relationship which is exactly what Sandoval liked about it. That it was stolen and secret and had no obligation or domesticity. He didn't have to buy her batteries and paper towels.

But I think for sure they did, even without the blinking heat score on them it would have been difficult to maintain a relationship but with the whole world hating you and Sandoval loving that the whole world hates him? No chance.

Scheana has been trying to ice out Katie since S2, exceptions being during her wedding season when she was trying to ice out Stassi and S7 when Scheana was trying to get back into the group. Scheana also ushered in Ariana, defending her and calling Kristen crazy. Much like she tried to sponsor Raquel after trying to hijack her engagement party the previous season.

Sandoval and Scheana have repeated the same shady behavior over the years that it's always made me side-eye Ariana for her choice in companions.

I had paused watching years ago w Brittany/ Jax era, and just happened to start watching again last year. Methinks James is comedy gold, Peter was nice to watch in and out, and at the time Tom & Tom were fun and interesting, Tom’s birthday for Ariana was entertaining. I’ve never liked anything about Scheana, and do not know what she brings to the table. 

Actually thought Ariana and Tom were sketchy for partaking/humoring Scheana/Brock highjacking the engagement party. Ariana unfortunately lacks judgement and doesn’t implement critical thinking strongly enough.

That she and Sandoval both lied to cover re Miami girl, another sign that Sandy is a chronic liar, and Ariana lacked judgement to play along for the cameras.

But the drama at that time was just enough to be entertaining with a good mix of hopeful characters. There was a good balance of cast supporting one another (ie The foot photos to raise money for Rachel’s nose job) & mischief (ie Brock’s antics.) This balance provided just enough fun and drama to render the show enjoyable again.

But IMO now there are too many unlikeable characters. Raquel was fresh and fun, and liked flowers and tea parties before her drastic wardrobe change, boustiers w thongs. We didn’t realize her sneaky nature, and eagerness to take advantage of others. I cannot believe she had James pay for everything, she lived off of him. He paid for everything! At least James works hard to make a name for himself as a professional. What does R do except mooch by smooching? Who likes users?

Scheana is and has always been unlikeable. I’m not sure why she’s on the show except for being Pandora’s friend. She’s a very dramatic complete and total bore. Has absolutely nothing to offer, except to highjack someone else’s engagement party to show off her cheap showy ring. 
 

The fun Tom’s lost their shine. Sandoval is gross.

Ariana was never great, nor particularly interesting but was gifted with beauty & made a wonderful victim.

Charlie not interesting.

I actually like Katie bc I feel she was at her worst due to Sandoval & Schwartz & then Raquel, but is she really interesting on her own? 

The Tom’s were, and they carried the show, until…

The point for me is that there are just wayyyy too many unlikeable characters and absolute chronic liars who have been exposed, starring Tom and Raquel.  Supporting characters of liars include Ariana who covered for her liar boyfriend re Miami girl, and Scheana comes across as shady. Did you punch Rachel like you first said? Or was it that your long gold nails can’t make a fist, like you said later? Both Scheana & Ariana are full of themselves and completely lack judgement while  denying whatever is obviously in front of their faces. 
We all know about Lala, but has she redeemed herself? So we end on Lala and Katie being the only voices of reason. 
Jax was right, Tom was all for show. This current cast is unappealing and honestly I don’t care who ends up with whom.

 

Bring back Jax, and instead of Tom & Tom, let’s have Jax & James! Now that I’d watch.

I am embarrassed to admit my fascination with the escalation/descent of the behavior we have witnessed from the throuple sandoval schwartz leviss. I would love to hear from a psychiatrist, behavior analyst, body language professional. 

So many weird random thoughts are floating around. Like leviss Immediately obtaining crisis pr assistance. If it was just an affair, that she clearly has no remorse for, why the 911? Was it the infamous video? If so, you'd think she'd go the Kim Kardashian route and go for it. She has stated she has no regrets. Doesn't appear to be working. Not much you can do to uncheck this filmed narrative. I don't think the media and public appetite will go away anytime soon, much less shift any of them into a brighter light. Maybe if they start going after each other . . .  nah, won't help them but good for us. 

Her behavior has been so foul, yet her tone so flat and robotic. There is a scene at her puppy party, where her mother had a very weird interaction with Peter that I can't shake. He is seated, she is standing, kind of "hitting" on him and then she takes her hand and does a clawing motion toward his chest. Strange, especially since she knew she was being filmed. 

I've always been bothered by some of the Lisa Tom Tom interactions. Not all, but enough to think it odd. I've managed many people younger than myself, and the fawning and statements made by these two fools would make me very uncomfortable. A recent episode saw an oversized image of Lisa in the Schwartz apt. 

Maybe some of this is staged. Maybe it's a LA/Hollywood thing. These three blowing up their lives for all to see is a sensory overload. If VPR continues, an upside would be to tone down the misogyny. I for one could use a break from it.

Very well said. I just will have a difficult time believing ANYBODY except Katie who is one of the only central characters who has not massively lied. James Kennedy is great for reality TV, drama plus quick wit & jokes makes for great entertainment.

Sandy is such a fraud, douche & constant liar that anything about him: don’t care. So many have entered Brandi & Nene category = just too ugly to watch.

What storyline for him? Overinflated opinion of Brand, self, and nail polish. I’d rather watch Jax. James & Ally have an opportunity to take the reigns and lead the show, bc Ally is smart. A great combination of cute ☺️ plus aware of what’s happening around her. I guess her astrology is working out after all!

Ariana moved out of their shared home today.

Curious how quickly it'll be sold.  Even if he could afford it keep it on his own, he certainly can't afford to buy her out. Not when he's already leveraged all the equity for his bar. 

We won't see it on the MLS, it'll be a pocket listing with NDAs signed for sure. Way too many lookie loos.

Edited to add: apparently, she did not move out. It was staged, sponsored photo shoot.

I saw this, and I came to comment. I believe it's over with Raquel. I think it was convenient for Sandoval to have an affair to feel better about himself. Karlee Hale was the woman he was kissing in Austin a few days ago. She is less attractive than Ariana, and Raquel, but she is an influencer. He is now famous/infamous, and, shocker, other women (probably more famous than Raquel) are approaching him.

I don't think he can afford to buy her out (her part of the mortgage/loan, and equity loan). It might take longer for the house to sell because the real estate market slowed down, but not necessarily for a lot less (the prices are still high in popular areas like Florida, for example). The house is not expensive for Los Angeles, so more people can afford to buy it. 

Sandoval is lucky because without Scandoval wouldn't even have a job (VR would most probably get canceled before the scandal). It will take some time for the lounge to become profitable. As for his band, he wouldn't be able to promote it as much without the show. It was a storyline this season.
