Just for yucks, I thought I'd share this recipe from WaPo. For those of us who'll eat a whole batch if we make one, but would like a fresh sweet sometimes.  I've got it saved on my browser!

Single Serving Chocolate Chip Cookie

How big is it?
Have you ever doubled it, and, if so, did you make one giant cookie or 2 cookies?

Week 23 • February 10 - 2025 Tournament of Champions - No Asterisks

If someone brings soup, I've got the ladle...

My copy of Our Bodies, Ourselves got lost somehow, but I still have my Moosewood Cookbook, so I'll bring a big pot of my favorite soup.  Its name is now considered offensive but it's great soup.

Speaking of books, I too had bookends for Week 23: 2/5.

2/5 this week -- bookends again.

Quoting myself because I inadvertently lied -- not bookends.  Tuesday and Friday!  The recent ice and all the tree damage in my yard apparently made it impossible to read my notes from the week.  And we're meant to get a big snow this week.  Hopefully just snow and no more of this stupid ice.

I haven't made it yet. Judging by the ingredients, I think it's a big cookie. But I haven't had the right chocolate around the house yet. I'm sure you could split them in two. I don't think I'm gonna share, though. (still, you could double the recipe to make two).

Week 23: 1/5 Fri. Atlas

I'm recovering from a dental procedure, so will be sharing pudding, yogurt, gnocchi, and other soft foods.

What no melty ice cream? Mmmm, gnocchi. I love gnocchi.
