@druzy, is it normal for something like this to take so long? Did he wait 5 months to actively pursue contesting the name change or is this just a case of standard court system delays?

Chris filed back in November. It seems to be the usual court delays.

There is an article on Radar about Javi blindsiding Kanal. He was trying to work things out with her, but he chose Lauren instead. I hate RO. It won't let me post the link here.  I hate Javi and his woes about hurting Kanal. Suck it up, dude. If she is hurting, that is her own damn fault for cheating on you to begin with. According to property tax records, they paid $127,900 in August 2017.  According to Zillow, they rented it for $1,300/Mo in September.

I'm not trying to make excuses for Kail but it IS entirely possible that she traveled to NY (a stone's throw from Delaware) for a few days while her sons were with their buffet of baby daddies for visitation.   Or maybe not.  It's hard to know what's really going on based on a few pictures.

And my arm chair psychology opinion on Kail wanting a fourth child is that it's a reaction to her shitty childhood.  She's determined to prove that she's a better mother to her many offspring than Suzy the irresponsible drunk was with her one.  Which Kail is on a lot of levels.  That being said, she does mirror Suzy in other ways and since I used to be in Kail's corner, I'm hoping she gets some good therapy to address that.   If she slows her roll, gets her shit together, and recognizes what she's doing, she might eventually evolve and mature.
