Attatude February 12 Share February 12 I can’t wait. It’s been a long time since last season. 1 Link to comment
Linderhill February 13 Share February 13 I wish I cared more about Nick and his continuing melodrama. I'm much more interested in what the rest of the team was doing. And of course the FBI are the heavies. Funny how on TV federal employees can be fired and hired with the snap of fingers. There's a whole lot more paperwork and time involved in both firing and hiring. 10 Link to comment
Grizzly February 13 Share February 13 Remind me to have tissues on hand next week. This week not so much. 10 Link to comment

Aliconehead February 13 Share February 13 I have liked Kim Matula since LA to Vegas, so I am hoping we see more of the cyber division. I liked her chemistry with the team. next week will be a hard episode. 4 1 Link to comment

I'd rather watch mcgee dealing with the cybernerds😂 And a minimum wage part-time job has more paperwork😂😎 6 Link to comment
milkyaqua February 13 Share February 13 I do hope we're done with the Nick drama because it always sucks the oxygen out of the room/episode. Next week definitely looks like it will be heavy. 6 Link to comment
Slider February 13 Share February 13 Quote I have liked Kim Matula since LA to Vegas I LOVED THAT SHOW! Not ready to say good-bye to Ducky. Starting crying when the phone rang at the end of the episode. 3 Link to comment
StarBrand February 13 Share February 13 I couldn't care less about Nick and his personal demons. That's been done to death. Of course he's far from the only character on this show that's been done with. I liked this episode mainly because of the fact there *was* one. It was looking for a while like there's be a much longer wait for new stuff. As I said, I liked everything about it except the Nick drama. Next week's gonna be a difficult one to sit through... 2 Link to comment
MDL February 13 Share February 13 Did I miss something, or was it obvious/ Implied (especially considering the way the team was dressed in the preview), that the phone call they got at the end was the news that Ducky had died? If that's correct, I like the way the It was handled. It was well known that David McCallum had passed away. That phone call can help show how the team reacted to the sudden news, as the fans reacted to the sudden news in reality 1 Link to comment
Ceindreadh February 13 Share February 13 Vance saying something along the lines of NCIS not having cold blooded killers. Yeah, not now that Gibbs has gone. I didn't expect to see Ducky in the opening credits still 😢 and next week looks like it's going to be a sad one. 6 Link to comment
auntiemel February 14 Share February 14 The Nick drama was less tedious than I expected it to be. I am seriously not ready for next week. 😢 Link to comment
jabRI February 14 Share February 14 This whole episode was a reminder like toddlers to 'use your words' if the sister had just stated clearly she'd defend nick the whole episode could have been avoided. Why tv shows this cryptic messages are part of real life is beyond me 2 Link to comment
12catcrazy February 14 Share February 14 Sigh. I'm wishing that the writers had stayed on strike. If this is what they are being paid for, bring in some scabs please! I'm so sick of the characters being given "demons" and tragic back stories. And Nick being a human punching bag (yet again) just veers into violence porn. I'll pass on that. Next week looks like it will be very sad, and probably very heavy with flashbacks. David McCallum had a very long acting career; may he rest in peace. 4 Link to comment
Chaos Theory February 15 Share February 15 Episode turned what should have been a fifteen minute issue into an hour episode. McGee and the cyber nerds were more interesting. 3 Link to comment
Poohpoohpooh February 15 Share February 15 Yes, nearly no one cares about torres stilted acting, except for the actor himself. Wilmer did an interview about this ep, where he romanticized that this ep "broke something" in torres. Puh-leeze. Stfu. I think Parker is a younger brother with a big sister history too, from the knowing look he gave Sis Torres when they first talked in the conference room. The team bettah stick their necks out even more when Parker has his inevitable-in-grave-danger ep this finale. He's really doing even more for team than ever before. This writer Christopher Waild is usually one of the better ones, but he was saddled with torres. What can you do? 3 Link to comment
Sake614 February 16 Share February 16 Joining the chorus of those who are sick of Valderama and Torres. Can’t he go find Bishop and live happily ever after off screen? 3 Link to comment

I saw the prison fight sequence thinking that someone had seen the real violence porn of Netflix's Daredevil and Frank Castle/The Punisher in jail. And asking myself why did none of them have a weapon until the last one came up. But before the fight I was thinking what was up with the Bureau of Prisons throwing a Federal Agent, one who was just undercover in that very facility, into the general population. With a seemingly caring guard who stayed just far enough out of range. 2 Link to comment
Chaos Theory February 17 Share February 17 (edited) I posted this in the "unpopular tv Opinions" section but I got tired of NCIS GIbbs tragic porn, which somehow leaked into all the characters lives eventually. It is why I am really enjoying the last couple of seasons and the "this learning to live again is killing me." idea that permeates the show now is really working for me. Torres is now only real tragic character on the show. Maybe because I never really liked his character. Heck I prefered Bishop with the muslim dude who only appeared a couple episodes and got pissed when they killed him off. I kinda liked Bishop and Torres as a couple but they never really worked for me. Knight and Palmer are at least fun and the show is at least trying to make them make sense. Again as a learning to live again for Palmer. Still to make my entire rant at least make sense for this episode Torres could have fixed the entire problem with a single conversation. This is such a Gibbs move. And I hate it. I hated it when Gibbs did it. And really Torres is not Gibbs. Edited February 17 by Chaos Theory 2 Link to comment
Poohpoohpooh February 17 Share February 17 It hit me. They had to waste the finale and this "miscommunication storyline" premiere on torres, because they weren't sure if wilmer wanted out for Zorro. Obviously, Zorro ain't happening this spring/year, so we are saddled with another season of tedious torres. At least they gave Parker some small comedy and drama bits to play here, including the call "cliffhanger" (it isn't). Parker is the only one who can anchor the show. The rest may be likable (or tedious), but forgettable. 2 1 Link to comment

I've said this on other sites but I hate cliffhangers season finales and the inevitable next season back flips to bring things back to "normal". I would have rather had two good episodes instead of "Torres drama". 2 Link to comment
