Kandi makes a last minute decision to escape the impending hurricane and head home to open Blaze Steakhouse. Back in Atlanta, Porsha reveals to Cynthia that she's drawing a line in the sand in her relationship with Marlo.

I felt bad for Marlo when Kenya was going against her at dinner. Porsha can handle Kenya. I don't get why Marlo even wants to be Kenya's friend given their past history. I love Porsha's clothes and looks this season. She is beautiful.

I wonder if it's true what Porsha said about Kenya trying to get her to drag her again because I don't understand Kenya's fixation. Marlo looks as desperate as Latoya, claiming she can't have a friend whose a liar. It's similar to when the women were carrying on about Phaedra's due date. Beyond giggling about it for a bit, the issue does not concern them. I hated when Kenya declared she was over it when she was the only one, besides her new friend Marlo, who kept bringing it up. Of course Cynthia cosigned this revisionist proclamation.

Kandi mentioned it was a soft opening, only the cast and her family. My guess is that OLG had to follow whatever the Bravo protocols were to participate.

I don't care how much social distancing they claimed to be doing - those people were packed in together and weren't wearing masks. And the face shields do nothing to protect the wearer and only minimally protect those around you.

Bravo's protocol involved testing which isn't foolproof as was shown by various spreader events in the White House where they theoretically tested everyone. Bravo required the crew to wear PPE but judging by what was shown on the screen, they certainly didn't follow CDC recommendations - the ladies continued to hug each other - WTF and visit each other without masks. 

They didn't shoot Cynthia's wedding because that was a bridge too far given that it was illegal at the time.

And all of the ladies have been shown interacting with the wider world with minimal precautions.

People I know were not seeing their parents for a year because of the risk and Mama Joyce is squashed in with 30 people plus crew in order to be filmed?

I'm in that camp. My mother is very ill and I have not been able to see her for a year.

When Kenya was bragging that her South Carolina trip was way better than the New Orleans trip and therefor was better than Drew...I wanted to scream out that was only because of Kandi. Kenya did nothing to make her guests feel comfortable, provide food, or have a good time.

The little good time they have had she is screwing over with the "who slept with Bolo" nonsense. She even drove Tanya off the show.

I also noticed that she had her cousin with her  during the beginning of the show. It makes me think her protests of "I don't have a village" and taking her baby on every trip is just a way to make sure that she does not have to participate more than she wants to.

This show is now beyond boring and lame. I only watch it as a kind of bad habit I am reluctant to break.

Watching this episode, I was struck with how beautiful the ladies are..  Black women are stunning when they take care of themselves, it is funny how some Black men like to say that other races of women are better than looking, I beg to differ in my humble opinion..  I have always felt that this is the best looking cast in all of the franchise. Having said I will now snark.

Kenya is obsessed with Porsha.  Why does she care who Porsha sleeps with, jeez. Porsha is not your woman Kenya.  Kenya needs to get a life and I don't understand Marlo's preoccupation with this Bolo situation either.  Plus, She made a fool out of herself at the dinner.  Mature people know how to get along with all of their friends even the ones that you love cannot stand each other.  

I thought it was interesting when Marlo was bitching about Kenya and Porsha putting her in the middle of their spat. Both ladies refuted that and told Marlo she inserted herself and they had nothing to do with it. It would not surprise if Kenya and Porsha get to a place of understanding at some point and Marlo is out in the cold.  You don't get in the middle of people's arguments especially Kenya and Porsha who have been fighting on and off for years.  This stupidity will pass too. If Kenya can tolerate being around Porsha after she was dragged by her hair all over the floor by her at the reunion years ago.  Then, that tells me that their animosity is not that serious.

Porsha and Kenya have had moments of kindness towards each other over the years in addition to the  nasty fights.  I remember a scene where they both longed to have children and both ladies cried.  Seeing them years later with their babies having fun and hanging out was really heartwarming.  Sometimes dreams can come true.  It is why it would have been smart for Marlo to have stayed out of their dynamic..

My guess is that production told Marlo that being in between Porsha and Kenya with the Bolo situation was her avenue to finally getting a peach. However, the truth is this storyline is stupid and Porsha was unbothered, because again...who cares what a grown ass single woman is doing as long as it is consensual?

I think in real life the stripper has said that he did not sleep with anyone at the party.

I don't think Marlo needed to get in the middle of Porsha and Kenya's friendship for it to implode. I just don't see those two staying friends for the long run. Granted, I would say the say the same of Porsha and Marlo, and Marlo and Kenya.

To be honest, I'm surprised Cynthia and Kenya's friendship has lasted for as long as it has.

Someone could bulldoze Cynthia and she would still call them a friend.

When did Kenya and LaToya reconcile? Last I recall, Kenya was berating LaToya like a child. LaToya was mocking Kenya's Indian costume while walking up the stairs at Fallan's house, and then nothing more was mentioned of their fallout throughout the next two episodes and they seem friendly towards each other.

This episode was boring.

Another poster mentioned she stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Asheville (I also agree with another poster that they likely just rented the whole hotel).  I also have stayed at the one in Asheville, and was put into what my best friend and I called The Accidental Lesbian Porn room.  We never had a problem sharing a bed (we were the Ramona/Sonja of our group, but our friends were happy to have their own rooms over sharing the master primary, so we weren't so obnoxious about it), so it wasn't a big deal when we realized we had been put into a king room.  However, I then went into the bathroom and immediately started laughing because I realized the shower had a glass wall to the bedroom and there were mirrors all over as well.  I spread my arms and squished my (fully clothed) body against the window so my friend would see me and yelled IF WE STAY IN THIS ROOM WE ARE GETTIN IT ON and watched her pick up the phone to the front desk and ask for two queens.  

Also, Porsha is awesome.  That's all I got.
