Julyolo December 14, 2022 Share December 14, 2022 (edited) Okay, so Lily will cut Billy to the curb soon it seems. Hi, Ashley, did you know that your buddy Tucker has a bit of side action, known as Audra? Phyllis trying to negotiate now with Jeremy Stark is ridiculous. Like she is such an ingenue to the world of consequences that accumulate as a result of intrigue. Genius Phyllis never considered that unleashing some psychotic newly paroled prisoner on Diane could get out of control? Sure. I guess she thinks now she deserves credit with Jack and Summer for trying to stop the dumpster fire she's started....and IMO Auntie Jack backtracked a bit by leaving it to Summer to decide whether to terminate the employment of Phyllis the firestarter. Did he not tell her last week that one more transgression from her would lead to him (as the head of Jabot) severing her employment? Edited December 14, 2022 by Julyolo 2 1 9 Link to comment
Js Nana December 14, 2022 Share December 14, 2022 So once again Jack Abbott is in a situation of "chaos and drama, thy name is Diane" because one of her "chickens" has come home to roost; and what, since Stark isn't interested in Jack paying him back the $$$$$$$ Diane stole from him, is the other thing she stole that he wants back - I'm guessing that it's something that's going to expose DJ's true motive for showing up in the Abbott's lives as being because she needed a secure hide-out from the repercussions of criminal behavior. 10 minutes ago, Julyolo said: Tucker has a bit of side action, known as Audra? Joimiaroxeu December 14, 2022 Share December 14, 2022 I think it's nice how they've maintained Lily and Traci's relationship. Lily's BFF and Traci's daughter Colleen died a long time ago. I'm with Tucker. Who drops the word "excoriated" into casual conversation? Ashley's a trip and Tucker's not going to held at bay by her fancy talk. 🤔 Wow, Harrison said 10 words! Two whole sentences. Now I know someone from the show is reading this forum. But Harrison's still got that hair tho... Jack told Harrison Diane is coming back. Uh oh. And Harrison said six more words! He's a regular chatterbox now, lol. Aw, Billy, you need a bit of peanut butter to go with that jelly? Daniel is not fazed by you at all and I am here for it. 🥳 If that spot Tucker took Ashley to was outside of town, why did it look like a combination of Chancellor Park and the backyard of the Abbott manse? Stark has a way of looking Phyllis dead in the eye that is...something. Bet Summer wasn't using a burner phone and Kyle wasn't either. That's probably how Phyllis will find Diane, by tracking their calls. Meanwhile, Jack and Summer were just yapping about Diane openly like their voices can't carry inside the house. Yeesh. Jack won't say it so I will: Shut up, Summer. And stay out of grown folks' business. Wait, Phyllis admitted to Stark she lied about Diane ratting him out. She's having a crisis of conscience for fear of what harm he might actually do to Diane? I cannot with this psycho. Now that Diane's "gone," I'm at a loss to understand Ashley's motivation to keep entertaining Tucker's overtures. Does she get off on the attention? Phyllis has starting setting herself up to be the hero in this Stark situation. KMN. Daniel, you can't design a platform big enough to fix Billy and help him find his purpose. Don't doom yourself to failure. Hah, hah, YOU FIRED, BIATCH! Jack did not stutter and Summer better not either. Quote I can't take my eyes off her bookshelf, where all the books have either white, light brown or beige covers. Those books were on the shelves when Mariah and Tessa lived in that apartment. Then when Chelsea first moved in they were gone. It's weird that they're back now with no explanation. I guess the people who handle the sets don't expect the viewers to notice such things. 4 1 5 Link to comment

boes December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 Poor Noah. It's bad enough that he has all the energy of Rip Van Winkle with half of his decades long sleep to go, but now he's got ButtBiscuit at his club as a regular. A few days ago, he went to the club (can't for the life of me remember what it's called) and made a beeline to stir up trouble with Adam. Today, ButtBiscuit sees Daniel and does the same thing. He's not looking to discover his "passion" he's begging for a punch in the nose. And who could miss that target? ButtBiscuit is nothing if not predictable. He goes looking for trouble and when he finds it, gets offended and skulks off to stink up another part of the club. Lily, Traci won't say but I will. Give yourself an early Christmas present and take out the trash. You'll be surprised how sweet smelling the air is once it's no longer filled with the scent of ButtBiscuit. Or, wait until you have another "talk" with him and then try to figure out how you're going to bury the remains all on your own. Speaking of trash, I'd say that Jeremy Stark is most definitely dumpster material when it comes to Phyllis. He's like ordering one Deacon and having a dozen delivered, right to your table! Those scenes certainly put the lie to all that bullshit Phyllis has been spouting for months, years, about how she's changed. She has no more regret about setting Stark on Diane than she's ever had about mowing down Paul and Christine or leaving Sasha to die in that fire. She's scared, though, and a mite delusional, if she thought telling Jack and Summer about her meeting with Stark would earn her brownie points. She'd do better brushing up on her dumpster skills and hoping the lighting in the alley is kind if she wants to get out of this one. 1 7 1 5 Link to comment
Joimiaroxeu December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 Quote You do know, <snipped>, that Y&R is a work of fiction and that the role of Dominic is split between the very adorable and obviously intelligent twins Rainn and River Ware, don't you? I think at this point most us know Dominic is portrayed by twin boys. I also think the twins' adorableness is a matter of an individual viewer's personal perception. Mileage varies. Additionally, I'm unsure how much if any of the audience would be able to measure the boys' intelligence just by looking at them for a few moments on a TV screen. Quote Baby Dominic is alternately played by the "at that teething age, hence the slobbering" twins, Rainn and River Ware, so which of them do you think is the main slobberer? It's likely not all of us here are read into the common behavior of babies and toddlers at the various stages of their development. IMO, no one is deliberately attacking those little boys. However, I think this is like the discussions we've had about Harrison's hair. It's possible to distinguish between what's relevant in real life and and what's significant within the context of the show. If the twins' parents (or whoever else is concerned) don't want them to be subject to any criticism on the way they're seen in the role of Dominic, perhaps having them on a broadcast TV show isn't a good idea. 3 3 1 2 Link to comment
Waldo13 December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 There are only two jobs, in nature, for ass holes. An opening for shit to be ejected out of the body and to relieve gas pressure. Nostrils is an ass hole but he doesn’t have one. Nostrils is full of shit and gas comes out of his nose. Why wouldn’t Copperhead throw in with Stark. She’s an advocate of self preservation and doesn’t give 💩💩 about anything or anyone. In addition, Copperhead is a proponent of violence so if Stark wants to hurt Diane is just the icing on her muffin. Copperhead reminds me of the song by The Bee Gees. I started a joke Which started the whole world crying But I didn’t see The joke was on me I started to cry which started the whole world laughing Oh, if I’d only seen The joke was on me. As I said before, in a confrontation between a snake and a mongoose, the mongoose most often comes out on top. It's more like The Gloom Club. I did enjoy watching Phyllis crap her pants when she realized Diane wasn't exaggerating about the threat Jeremy posed. Of course, she's going to be proven right in the end, but can I just have this moment for now? Jeremy kind of resembles a beefier Rob Lowe. That's not a bad thing... Lily has been taking up that table at Society for ages now, stewing over that waste of skin she lives with. The servers can't be happy about that, so I hope she plans to leave a 1,500% tip. He was the original ButtBiscuit to me. I'm still a trifle unbalanced just thinking of him. Lmao 😭 that's actually a good point though. I hated Ryan too and I ended up hating him more, especially after AMC got canceled. I remember some lame promo that had Ryan at the center and he had like...3 women to choose from and it was so damn dramatic even for a Soap promo and then, I turned to my mother, with a straight face & said "Are they fucking serious???" I don't think she liked Annie either but she always maintained that she could do better Ryan Lavery's basic ass, which I agreed with even if she got on my nerves. I guess MCE is just good at getting me to hate her characters. But the difference between Annie & Chelsea is like night & day. Acting and writing wise. Not getting my hopes too high with Jeremy either, but it was nice to see Phyllis shook by him and even nicer to see Jack & Summer not cut her any slack after she finally stopped lying. What I really don't want to get my hopes up for is Lily setting herself free from Nostrils just in time for the holidays. mjt626 December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 Can someone explain to me what MS is doing as Phyllis? No matter what any of the characters that she is supposed to care about say about her actions and how they affect them, she just smirks. Is the audience expected to be on her side? Is she not a villain? With any other character, I would be confident that she would pay for her transgressions and either leave town or change. But with MS in the part, I know that won't happen. I'm not sure what photos/documents MS has over BB, but I wish someone would find out and destroy them. At least GT's Phyllis seemed to know that she was messed up. 6 2 7 2 5 Link to comment
Julyolo December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 So Summer firing Phyllis was a good start, now someone setting Phyllis on fire next will make a great beginning on my Christmas "wish list." Loved the bitterness oozing out of her, no job, wrecked relationships, living wherever....get a clue, leave town, and get a life! I hate that wavy hair on Ally, I find it extremely unflattering to her face. Her scenes with Noah are so lacking in energy, arguing like two stupid eighth graders at the school bus stop. Hopefully the Chelsea Apology Tour will end soon. With Phyllis, it’s just straight up, radioactive self-absorption delivered with all the warmth of a yeti’s ass. I started to feel sorry for Summer. For Summer! That ain’t right. I would like to watch an hour of Adam just heckling people from the bar. Nick and Sally are still gross AF. He just comes across as skeevy when he’s plying her with his, uh, romantic charms. And Sally looked like she’d just tasted a fart when she told Adam that she and Banana Breath had decided to see each other. Nikki has always chosen fine, upstanding partners, so she can judge Sally without coming across as a hypocritical asshole. What a relief. Sharon pursued a degree in psychology so she could listen to chuckleheads like Chelsea blither blather self-help pablum? I can certainly see how that would be rewarding! She should ask Billy to share his fascinating odyssey through finding his bliss if navel gazing turns her crank. Seriously tho, Phyllis was totally off the chain today. TobinAlbers December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 Phyllis continues to be a deluded, obnoxious, narcissistic harpy. Jeremy Stark can make her disappear at any time now. I will be so disappointed if her takes her on a hop against a dumpster. I'm holding onto my dream of his being a Traci Abbott fan. Speaking of Jeremy Stark, what's the timeline of Diane's 'death' and her hooking up with Stark and his going to prison again? Because if all the man wanted was money then Jack's offer of a payout ( ask for interest, Jeremy!) should cover his interest in Diane unless there is more to the story. Revenge is the obvious motive but Jeremy can't really think he'd get away with making Diane disappear or any of the Abbotts without landing back in prison. So his hanging around has to be about something else and I'm wondering if he and Diane had a child and that she put the kid in hiding which is why I'm asking on what the timeline is supposed to be for all her offscreen activity. She was still of child-bearing age when she left but with SORASING of Kyle not sure how old her new potential child could in. In any case it would make sense why Jeremy won't leave her alone if he wants to know where his kid is. Going back to yesterday's ep, yeah, okay I'll admit it - Nate's being an ass about Damanda-gate and it is wholly none of his damn business what's going on in Devon's personal life. Having said that Devon as ever remains a judgemental condescending ass and I'm fine with Nate annoying the crap out of him for kicks. Devon didn't play that confrontation smart at all. His showing up to have a pissing match at Nate's office was all the confirmation Nate needed that Devon was covering up someone. You know how you let someone know they don't matter and need to mind their business, Devon? You pay them dust. You ignore their presence. You don't get in their face to tell them to back off -it only makes them want to get right back in your face as well. Dummy. 9 2 2 3 1 Link to comment
nasir jones December 15, 2022 Share December 15, 2022 Maybe I’m sleep deprived or high on medication, but I really enjoyed today’s ep. Even the parts I hated were still fun to laugh at. Well, everything except for Sick. There’s nothing enjoyable about those two. They’re just FF material at this point. We need to call the FBI, CIA, ATF, Mounties, and Federales to come and arrest whoever’s at wardrobe giving SC those outfits. They’re crimes against fashion, eyesight, and humanity. Do the people in wardrobe hate her? I can’t imagine a conversation went, “You know what SC would look good in? A tank top rolled in broken disco ball glass.” Adam trolling the Dumpster Humper was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on this show. I didn’t even realize that he was in the background. And while I can’t stand MS eating the show, I always enjoyed her friendship with Lauren and Michael. The two of them needling a whiny Phyllis was also funny. But I also LOLed when Phyllis said that she never sees Adam at the office, yet Jack didn’t fire him. That seems like a line lifted off of a message board. As someone said yesterday, the dumping on the Dumpster Humper will only last but so long, then she’ll have to be proven right about Diane in some way. So not only is Noah The World’s Least Interesting Man, but he’s also The World’s Worst Truth Teller. “I don’t know if I stuck my tongue down (Audra’s) throat or fondled the breasteses.” If you don’t know, then what did you bring it up for, dopey? Allie’s response was so sad and just showed how truly out of her depth she is here. Your bf just said he doesn’t know if he kissed his ex back and she says… “Is this something I should be worried about?” Ugh… yes!!!!?!?!? Copperhead Copperhead Copperhead, your like a the snake that has ate a rat that’s too large to be swallowed. It’s as obvious as Copperhead’s shit ass acting, from the start, that Copperhead holds herself blameless and everything is Diane’s fault. Copperhead demands that Summer defends her even when it’s indefensible. Copperhead , what happened to any confrontation with Diane is an immediate dismissal? What happened to getting a second chance at keeping your job? Talking to Copperhead we know the lights are on but nobody is home. Well until she heard “YOUR FIRED”. Sharon asks why Chelsea looks so uncomfortable? Sharon, how can you tell the difference. Chelsea always looks like her panties are in a bunch. Did Summer actually give Adam a dirty look or was she just upset that Adam was there to see her and her mother airing private business in public. I don’t remember Adam doing anything to Summer but being upset when Summer ran Adam and Chelsea off the road and killed their unborn baby. I also remember Banana Breath buying Summer a new car instead of suffering any consequences for her actions. Hypocrisy rears it’s ugly head once again. Sally misses an important meeting but Chloe, the COO, takes over for her. Nikki, as CEO, will not be at an important meeting but it’s ok for Banana Breath, as COO, to run the meeting. Sally is bastardized by Nikki for what she has done in the past but Locke is worse than Sally but is not bastardized by Nikki because her wonderful fabulous daughter is in love with him. Oh, by the way Nikki, hasn’t Victor fake his own death also? Banana Breath business savvy comes from using Victor’s method of acting which is reading your lines. To make Banana Breath look smart, the lines were written on the tablet. This was obvious since Banana Breath never looked up as he delivered those lines. Copperhead/Summer = 🤢🤮 Sally/Banana Breath = 🥶🥶 then 🤢🤢🤮🤮. Sally saying to Banana Breath “I’ll pencil you in” a quip on Banana Breath’s manhood 🤪. Holey moley, Sally's whole look today was giving, "Bend me over a desk, daddy." Bet tongues were wagging all over the Newman Tower. Of course Summer couldn't keep her mouth shut. She got a tad hyper and almost slipped about the Diane situation to her nutbag mommy. Sigh, Stuporgirl. I get the concept of making amends. The way Chelsea's going about it though, putting people like Victoria on the spot to accept her sudden apologies, still seems self-centered to me. Allie and Sally appear to have gotten their hair did at the same place. Oy. 😼 Way to bury the lede, Summer. You could've spared yourself and everyone else in Society the noisy aggravation and fired Phyllis back at Jabot. Lauren and Michael were color-coordinated. Some couples I don't like to see doing that but those two work it well IMO. Annnddd now Allie's finding out what a weak snake her boyfriend actually is. Plus what a shite-stirrer her possible future MIL is. Quote I hope Allie punches Audra in her enormous boobs! Nah, too much risk of Allie getting spray-painted by whatever's in those jugs. 😉 I'm thinking Audra could use a good MMA-style kick in the lady junk. Quote wondering if he and Diane had a child and that she put the kid in hiding Me too! Great minds, tee hee. As that scene was playing my husband asked if they do a Scrooge storyline every gear. It is my guess that Phyllis will be Scrooge this year. I miss Michael as the bad boy. Loved him back in the day. NinjaPenguins December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 Here’s an even better idea! How ‘bout A Christmas Carol starring Chelsea Lawson? Wouldn’t that be amazing? Buttbiscuit could be all three ghosts, giving us six supernaturally large nostrils in one episode. Noah: “It all happened so fast!” I bet he’s heard that from both Audra and Allie. 1 1 19 1 Link to comment
MsMalin December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 Observations as I watch live: *OMFG are you kidding me? After all of Lily's protestations Billy and Chelsea are Netflix and chilling again? Just the sight of Billy makes me nauseated. * Will Daniel be around for the next 2+ years because a project like this doesn't happen overnight especially when you are starting at ground zero. Oh I forgot: this is GC...it will be ready by Christmas. Oh, change that timeline to Easter. Daniel just said he wants to announce it in March. * Fabric House = code for the Abbott Cabin in case nobody caught on, lol * Oh no, is Billy ready to make his move on Chelsea? He just looked at her like he wanted to stuff her in his mouth more than the popcorn. * Dom is teething. Great news. Now he can start biting Devon. * Holy cow: that is one large punch bowl of eggnog at the Abbott house. Have you seen the price of eggs lately? As of where I live in the Philadelphia suburbs they were $7.02 this morning for 18 eggs! I guess they really are rich. * Kyle lunging at Stark was just precious. Is he supposed to be Nick 2.0? * I guess Phyllis will spend Christmas alone this year unless she puts herself under Starks tree. * Cockblocker Adam just spoiled the "chill" part of Netflix and chill. 😝 * You're smiling so hard your teeth are turning blue. * How did I know Daniel would ask Phyllis to work with him? It disgusts me that she always manages to bounce back when most of us have to go through 3 interviews to land a job at McDonalds. He needs someone he can trust....a hacker. 🙄 Have a lovely weekend everyone!!! 4 2 5 6 Link to comment
Julyolo December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 (edited) Billy sitting around with Chelsea spouting cliches and platitudes is just cringe worthy. How much more of this PSA will we be forced to watch? "Supporting A Friend" needs a deep dive into how SELFISH it is that Billy is actually using Chelsea to make his own directionless life appear to be superior in some way. Notice how hostile he got when Lily suggested they could use a little counseling help too? He, the great proponent of getting help, was quite deflated IMO. Jack and Kyle visiting Jeremy Stark is over-reach IMO. If Diane was really gone (as they are trying to portray) they have no further reason to work out any deals. Danny has worked for C-W for 5 minutes and he's hiring Phyllis? Guess he's replicating that corporate nepotism model already entrenched throughout GC. This whole aspirational gaming concept of Danny Boy's sounds stupider each and every time he explains it. Now his Big Daddy is in GC. Hope he doesn't need a job too, and brings some energy to the show. Edited December 18, 2022 by Julyolo 7 6 1 Link to comment
MollyB December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 19 hours ago, nasir jones said: But I also LOLed when Phyllis said that she never sees Adam at the office, yet Jack didn’t fire him. To be fair, Summer was there to pick up take out food for lunch, so maybe he was just drinking his. And when Sally commented on same thing, he said the work gets done. Was he still there when Phylthy was three bamboo picks into her martinis? I will say MS has the confused drunk character nailed. That foggy mouth-breathing stare at Michael and Lauren was priceless. And Michael's "a bottle of bourbon and two straws" was a great exit line. Nothing's to good for his sweetie. 17 hours ago, Joimiaroxeu said: Way to bury the lede, Summer. You could've spared yourself and everyone else in Society the noisy aggravation and fired Phyllis back at Jabot. Joimiaroxeu December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 Quote Noah: “It all happened so fast!” I bet he’s heard that from both Audra and Allie. Heh, this reminded me of an album by jazz saxophonist Eddie Harris titled "Is It In" where the cover art showed a plug trying to enter an electrical outlet. The double entendre was intentional and Harris made it back in the 1970s. Haven't watched today's show yet but I happened to catch next week's previews. Michael Damien looks darned good for 60, and I say that as someone who's hasn't been a real fan of his. {Also, am placing bets now that Y&R will have Danny issuing an NFT of his cover of Rock On. 🙄} 1 11 Link to comment

TobinAlbers December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 Phyllis, if you're seeing Adam all about town in bars and what not, you can't say he's not working because if you're seeing him you're not working either. Also why you gotta mess with him when he is just minding his business at the bar? The man even sent you a drink and wisely told you to keep a lid on it if you didn't want people to know YOUR business. Just walk on by why don't you. Kyle, my dude. You are hilarious thinking you can intimidate Jeremy and Jack having to 'Hold him back!'. Poor Jack was playing it pretty wisely with the 'Look we don't know nothing, don't wanna start nothing, didn't even know Diane was alive when she was up to something with you so we just want to be left alone. I've got a pen and a check or cash and a briefcase. How can we resolve this so that everyone is happy?' Jeremy giving them 'No promises but I'll think about it' was as good as it was gonna get. I appreciate Jeremy isn't showing himself to have a short fuse or popping off on people or being grabby. He makes himself at home, he uses his voice and his eyes to make his point. The few times he uses his size was him with his hands in his pockets stepping up to Diane or Phyllis but for the most part he's playing this right. Hope he's got more secrets and layers because I'm liking him so far. Billy isn't even entertaining in his jackassery. We all saw the situation. Adam comes literally bearing gifts for his son and makes no snide comments towards him and in fact apologizes for interrupting with little implied sarcasm and in fact seemed less mopey and more cautious and civil. And yet Billy complains to Lily that Adam came 'Oooozing misery' and he isn't good for Chelsea. Is he for real? YOU CAN'T CUT ADAM OUT OF CHELSEA'S LIFE YOU IDIOT. HE'S HER BABY'S DADDY! Sir, just try it and Adam, Connor, AND Victor will be on your ass. And you don't want Victor on your ass again. 9 6 5 Link to comment
NinjaPenguins December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 I’m still feeling compassion for Summer. Sweet fancy nostrils, Phyllis is a garbage person and a garbage parent. She’s reminding me of her behavior during the Lucy custody debacle; it doesn’t matter that her child has been hurt and she’s causing collateral damage. All that matters is Phyllis wins. Daniel is a goddamned fool to forget what a narcissistic steamroller his mother is. Devon was kind of a smirky dick today, but Daniel’s idea is bad and he should feel bad, so… keep on smirking, Devon. Can you believe we were treated to a scene of Billy and Chelz watching a movie and eating popcorn with no dialogue? We must be the luckiest audience in the world. All so Buttbiscuit could glance at Chelsea and see tears shining in her eyes. It’s all so meaningful. No one ever cries during It’s a Wonderful Life, so it’s a good thing Lord Flatass was there for support. Jack and Kyle, I don’t think you mentioned that DIANE IS GONE enough times to persuade Stark. Jack should have gone alone. Never send a Bouffant to do a Swoosh’s job. The worst part is that Kyle thinks he was convincing and put one over on Stark. Lily nailed Billy’s pancake posterior to the wall when she observed that he thinks he’s the only one who knows what’s good for Chelsea. Adam may ooze misery, but that’s better than what oozes out of Beely’s twin tunnels of despair. I don’t know what it is, but I get such a kick out of Tucker’s sort of world weary, laconic, slightly befuddled way. He makes that low energy shit work. Take notes, Noah. 11 1 9 3 Link to comment

Waldo13 December 16, 2022 Share December 16, 2022 Copperhead head is full of shit. Maybe it wasn’t done on the Marchetti office but there was plenty of plotting during a work day. Joimiaroxeu December 17, 2022 Share December 17, 2022 (edited) Didn't Ashley and Tucker just get back from a winter picnic out in the country? Stopping at the coffeehouse afterward seemed redundant to me. Project Omega-Sphere. Apparently "Project Techy-Sounding Nonsense" was already taken. If they start calling it POS for short I will laugh so hard. Summer put up the Abbott Christmas tree by herself. Wow. You'd think Jack would hire professionals for that. Ashley's on point: Tucker's scheme wrt her and Jabot doesn't make sense to me either. I want to believe though. This show is too cheap to give Phyllis an actual work space so she was emptying her office in the lobby. Okay. Big bad Stark was sitting around in his boutique hotel room, fully dressed in a suit and tie, waiting to welcome guests. Okay. How stupid do Jack and Kyle think Jeremy is? I'll take Ridiculous Ploys for $500, Alex. Chelsea seems quite concerned about Johnny and Connor maintaining the brotherly bond they've been developing. Hmmm. Who's stopping it? Cold busted, Billy! He didn't even try to argue with Adam and Adam wasn't particularly surprised to find him with Chelz. Saran wrap is pointing and laughing at Billy. Phyllis stays lying to her kids' faces. Oh Daniel, you don't even know. You better touch base with your sister because the reason your mommy got fired was for way more than creative differences. Ugh, here we go. Granny Gamer Girl Phyllis is back in play. Lily, when Billy said he'd be willing to go to couple's counseling after the holidays, what he meant was "not until I get back inside Chelsea's pants, NYE at the latest." Sorry, hon, but your relationship is thisclose to done. Tidings! Edited December 17, 2022 by Joimiaroxeu 6 2 9 Link to comment

JNavarro December 17, 2022 Share December 17, 2022 Phyllis is such a shit parent. And pretty much everything else, but that's the one that really gets me. She's like Victor...she'll not only fail to apologize for hurting Summer, she'll actively do so if Summer if she doesn't give her the loyalty she's "owed". They played the ominous music when Daniel was talking about his Matrix game again. The loftier/more intriguing they make the concept, the bigger the faceplant this is going to be. How about they just take a turn here, and go for full on Artificial Stupidity, instead? Plug ButtBiscuit and Chelsea into it as the star characters. Speaking of, nice PSA on depression. Don't bother showing that there's a way forward, but it's not easy and people won't necessarily give you what you're hoping for. Nah, if you have an episode, you get your selfish ambitions fulfilled bc now everyone lets you have your way. Kyle is a lost cause. But do they really have to make Jack such a non-authoritative figure in these kinds of situations? The guy is a Vietnam Vet, he's probably been in knife fights in the Mekong Delta FFS. 6 7 3 Link to comment

Daniel is a goddamned fool to forget what a narcissistic steamroller his mother is. What youse guys said. We have months and months of Phyllis's screeching giggle of "working with my DOTTER!!", with that too wide Pennywise grin with the shiny teeth, the unblinking bugged out eyes, being the most unconvincing liar in all of Liars Town and now Summer can FOAD because she finally called her mother out on her shit. This is exactly how entitled Phyllis was when she ignored Daniel's wishes, invalidated Lucy's adoption by Billy and Victoria and then forced his rapist's baby on him to raise. It looks like it all turned out okay for Daniel and Lucy, but Phyllis forgets - if she ever knew - that one of the motivators for Daniel leaving GC was the crap Phyllis pulled on him. They were never close again after that, while he was in town. She's been an undependable wild card in his life since he was a baby and was always just fine with upsetting his life to suit hers, so I don't understand why Daniel would choose to hire her now. Phyllis is exactly as toxic and nuts as she was the day he left. I see Chelsea's apology tour has taken her right back to where she began, trying to get her way regarding Johnny. All this pyscho babble has been pure horse shit, which she proved by telling ButtBiscuit the moron that she wanted to "keep Johnny and Connor close" after the holidays. She's attending the Newman Christmas with Adam?? Why does she want to be there? Why would ANYONE want to be there? If she's hoping to get that group to feel sorry for her then she's obviously also lost her memories. Chelsea is exactly as selfish and self-centered as the day ButtBiscuit stopped her from flying off to Never Never Land. What's with all the ponderous b.s. about Daniel's life-changing video game? It's a v.i.d.e.o game, not a super strength dose of cialis or senakot. Those, I hear, can be life-changing. Why on EARTH do Lily and Devon buy in to this crap at all, much less buy a pitch from a guy whose never done anything remotely like it? A guy who then hires his Mom to head up his team, a woman whose grasp on reality has not only always been pretty loose, but also one whose last creative idea was finding a way to change his paternity test so she could marry a cheesehead rockstar? Lily and Devon go from one bad hire to one even worse. Neil and Katherine would be proud. But Jill is gonna skin them alive. Edited December 18, 2022 by boes 4 4 9 1 3 Link to comment
