Rina99 August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 I don't understand why he's suddenly being nice and taking Nicole and Donny with him on the reward. Clearly so he can finally call them both out! 13 Link to comment
ParadoxLost August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 As tacky as he's been about Donny, it seems out of character to me. Why would he care about them eating when he chose them to be have-nots? Maybe he's been doing dumb as a strategy all this time. Its sucking up to the jury. He's not going to take anyone off because he can't mobilize enough votes to get anyone else out. I wonder if Derrick and his 'thou shall not talk to them in private' is losing his mind. 2 Link to comment
TexasChic August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 If he leaves Donny behind, it leaves him time and opportunity to work on the others for votes? That would be the smart thing to do, which leads me to believe that's probably isn't the case. 1 Link to comment
Stinamaia August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 If they do the play or actually anything that is not saving Donny, America must give it a thumbs down. Of course Frankie will have a staring role, and sure that will charm America, Blech. 3 Link to comment
peachmangosteen August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 It's so annoying that they did a comp that makes it easy for the majority alliance to fuck over the targets. Ugh. It's like Production actually wants this season to be boring and unwatchable. 3 Link to comment
choclatechip45 August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 Ugh Frankie's Team America ideas are terrible. Pretending to walk someone around as a dog? Pledging a Fraternity? Yeah no wonder you can't get a manager with all your "connections". 9 Link to comment
peachmangosteen August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 (edited) Derrick said, "Groundskeeper, my ass!" during the comp when Donny only missed the first one by 30. peachmangosteen August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 (edited) Derrick is already starting to switch the target to Nicole. I figured this would happen, but I thought he'd wait a couple days. I don't know how to feel. Donny is the only person I actually like/root for, but I do think Nicole probably has a better shot at getting further/actually going after Derrick than he does really. ETA: Sara2009, they said that Cody said that Derrick said it. Here's what the Joker's post said: "Cody says when Donny only missed by 30 in first round, Derrick said 'Groundskeeper, my ass!' Vic asks if Donny replied. 'Of course not,' says Christine." Edited August 24, 2014 by peachmangosteen Link to comment

ParadoxLost August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 It's so annoying that they did a comp that makes it easy for the majority alliance to fuck over the targets. Ugh. It's like Production actually wants this season to be boring and unwatchable. The problem is that unless Donny or Nicole win HoH until numbers are more even, the week is boring and unwatchable and I don't think they manipulate it to a degree that they can make that happen. They may be hoping that getting the alliance in there alone will split it in half and the infighting will make the show slightly less unwatchable. I personally think that is a slim hope as well. Its going to be carving a defeated "Zach" from the alliance each week that naps in the face of overwhelming odds. Its basically what Nicole and Donny are doing too. Link to comment

peachmangosteen August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 I really want Donny to be the one to take out Derrick. It would make this season worth it for me. But I just don't think there's much chance of it happening. So, I've decided I hope they vote him out this week so I don't really care anymore and I can stop worrying every day about whether Donny will stay or not. LOL. Plus, I'm fairly sure he'd rather be in jury house and away from these assholes anyway. 8 Link to comment
ottoDbusdriver August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 (edited) It's pretty sad that Production has so little creativity anymore -- there seem to be very few new comps each year, and they keep recycling them to the point that they become so predictable for the houseguests that they even know which week they will happen. They need more unpredictability in this game. Team America's mission is create your own mission (talk about your lack of creativity, let's get TA to do it), but as @choclatechip45 indicated the ideas Derrick and Frankie have come up with so far suck balls. Donny's idea is the only one that would actually be challenging -- to get him off the block. Edited August 24, 2014 by ottoDbusdriver 3 Link to comment

AndreaK1041 August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 I think the play idea is fine. The point of this to me is to vote against TA's success so they get a hint that America doesn't like them. If it's something Frankie-centric, all the better. 1 Link to comment

Pixel August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 Dare I hope that Cody is taking Nicole and Donny because he's thought about what Donny's said to him? And I can't even believe we haven't heard backlash. Where is Derrick throwing a fit? Why is Christine not moping about her boyfriend not taking her on a date? 1 Link to comment
Callaphera August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 (edited) Derrick was subtly backing that bus over Cody earlier during his living room conversation with Caleb when no one else was awake. Just a couple mentions about how everyone loves Cody and blah blah blah. Caleb had a thoughtful look on his face and said, "Hmm" but since it's Caleb and he needs things spelled out for him, it might have just been a gas cramp or something. ETA: Unless they throw a luxury comp or a Pandora's Box out there this week, this is going to be a really boring week. It's only Saturday and we're already done with the weekly comps? What else is there to look forward to? Them getting the magnetic darts back for 24 hours? Yay? I mean, we usually don't get comps past the weekend anyway, but still. Without BotB, it's even more dull, although I'm happy that stupid twist finally died. Edited August 24, 2014 by Callaphera 2 Link to comment

At this point, he's pretty much stuck being the sideshow clown (social media) in the freak circus his wife has created (on the show). If I was him, I'd just drop off the radar. Maybe even close down the Twitter account. Bad enough to witness, but to have to defend or 'write off' your wife's actions to people all across the globe, continually? And that's not including the family/friends/community(s) they are a part of. Nuh-uh. I would be having none of that. Edited August 24, 2014 by iRarelyWatchTV36 3 Link to comment

TimWil August 24, 2014 Share August 24, 2014 (edited) OK, I thought for some reason Lik-M-Aid was a highly popular candy. But I think Frankie said he never liked candy much so I guess that's understandable. Wow, Frankie just talked a load of s**t right now about homosexuality being both a choice and a matter of genetics. He believes that a lot of sexuality has to do with how you're raised. It stemmed from Donny talking about a true/false question which had been posed to him by one of his online pre-HG interviewers. I remember watching him being asked that question and feeling bad for him because it seemed to throw him and it was fundamentally unfair to ask as a simple true/false question. Anyway, Frankie said point-blank that lesbians choose to be lesbians later in life-"Women who have been with man after man after man after man CHOOSE to be a lesbian later in life." Way to generalize, Frankie. Edited August 24, 2014 by TimWil 1 Link to comment

Although by his theories of sexuality, didn't Jocasta choose to be straight later in life, according to him women choose to be lesbians later in life after having so many men. Since when did Frankie become the leading scientific authority on genetics, and lesbians? How is no one calling total bullshit on him. How does he know ladies don't have pharemones up their nose that attract them to other women? And aren't pharemones based on smell? So if I just put on some Brut and Old Spice, I can wait for the gay men to start approaching me? so how does it explain a man who realizes he is attracted to men when he sees them on TV? And if its all based on pharemones, how come not all gay men are attracted to each other? shouldn't they all be excreting the same pharemones? I know they are all afraid to say anything to Frankie, because you know he is the sort to get all "mean girl" whiny and angry and defensive if anyone questions him, but come on man!
