  1. And probably Nakia, Okoye, and Shuri as well.
  2. I half-screamed, "It's the crack in Amy's bedroom wall!" when I first saw it. Considering all the space/time travel this show has done in its history, it seemed oddly fitting for the 100th episode.
  3. I agree that it was kind of a low blow, but I got that Daisy was already freaking out about losing Coulson and lashing out where she could. She's grown as a person, so she didn't just run off against orders to save Phil like she would have in earlier season -- but she's not so mature that she won't resort to cutting remarks to family members in the heat of the moment. Plus, it was a quick way to reference that the memories of the Framework are still with them. I mean, we know Fitz hasn't forgotten and even believes that's always been a part of him, but the rest of the team hasn't really talked about Framework!Fitz, so this was an easy callback in an episode full of them. (Also it made sense to me that Daisy would bring it up, being one of only team members who hacked their way into the Framework and didn't live a whole life there -- of the other team members to do so, one was not in the room during the tense situation, and the other one is now his wife.) When the boots and long black coat first walked into the basement, I thought for sure it was gonna be Ward. Since the body was not CGI, my headcannon is that that was Brett Dalton as the full manifestation of Hive -- whom Coulson got to punch full in the face before DeathLok blew his head off, so that's pretty close.
  4. This got me thinking: Imagine (in a world where Arrow is run with much more solid writing and plotting) what this "civil war" storyline could have been like if we had been able to keep Thea, Roy, and Sin as Teen Arrow since Season 2. They would have actually grown up in and out of the lair, and would have brought some nuance to the trust/betrayal/partnership dynamic. Oliver swinging from the moon (or whatever black hook in the night sky onto which those arrows are apparently latching) also needs to stop. Judging from the Season 1 episode with the same title, somebody seems to think that having the villain "dead to rights" means you have to let them go.
  5. My concern is that, despite all the nonsensical team drama, we'll end up losing all the non-mask players I actually like (Quentin, Thea, even Alena, etc.) and be stuck with the mask characters I never want to see again (aka N., T., and A.).
  6. MTE. Maybe because I don't do scary stuff at all (I know I know, why do I watch this show), but even the name -- Mr.ChuckleTEETH?!! -- had me NOPE-ing out of this episode so hard. Glad to know most everybody enjoyed it though, dodgy dialogue notwithstanding. I just won't be able to actually sit through it. I like my nights mare-free.
  7. Reading the quotes before watching the episode is an absolute trip. This show is so crazy.
  8. I missed Rigg's "UGH", as I was too busy with one of my own. Oh Avery. I love him so much. I kept repeating that throughout the episode.
  9. I'm still not entirely sure what I watched, but I did enjoy it. And I might have a tiny crush on Overkill now.
  10. Only if he's a speed demon. Sorry, I'll see myself out.
  11. That reminds me -- ... when you go to your company's annual car show (employees and retirees bring in their vintage and/or special edition vehicles) every year looking specifically for a '67 Impala. (I haven't seen one yet -- the closest I've seen is a '65 Impala.)
  12. I may have severely overcomplicated the thread between all the timeline scenes, but I assumed those were glimpses of Robin's past/our team's future in the same timeline. She said they could get back, but did she actually say they would stop the world from splitting apart once they did? (I might have missed it.) I kind of figured that somehow all of those scenes would come to fruition eventually, thus reinforcing Fitz's point about trying to change time. Even once they do get back to their own time, it may take them a lot longer to save the world than they think. But like I said, I may have overanalyzed some things. (I kind of hope I did.)
  13. I will never not hate the pseudo-video game shaky cam view. Never.
  14. Ah, thanks for clearing that up @CaptainTightpants - I really didn't remember.
  15. I agree that Deke is not trustworthy at this point, but I've also had a feeling he's not going to betray them again. (Not quite the same as being good, though.) However, I had completely forgotten about his description of his mother as an Elder sent to the surface; the idea that Robin could be Deke's mother makes sense to me now. Works for me. *winks*
  16. As long as the principal three (Michael/Lincoln/Sarah) are back, I'm in. If they switch out T-bag for Mahone, I'm ALL IN.
  17. That's odd -- the series pick up was announced earlier, but I don't think I've seen a cast listing yet, so maybe that's the new part.
  18. The closest I could get for most seasons was my top two -- S1: 1x16 Dead to Rights (Tommy finds out) / 1x22 Darkness on the Edge of Town (caper awesomeness) S2: 2x07 State vs. Queen (three arrows) / 2x23 Unthinkable (heart eyes) ; Honorable Mention: 2x08, 2x09 (sweet Barry intro) S3: 3x19 Broken Arrow (Ray comedy + Roy drama) ; Honorable Mention: Flash 1x08 (Team Flash + OTA) S4: 4x01 Green Arrow / 4x09 Dark Waters (both for obvious reasons) S5: 5x20 Underneath (OTA + Snarky OTP)
  19. That was perfect, right down to the Star Wars reference.
  20. All credit to Kurt Fuller: I still have trouble processing that Woody from Psych and SPN's Zachariah are the same person.
  21. Sigh. Why can't we just keep Karen on this show? I like her so much better here than pretty much her entire existence on Daredevil. She and Frank are fantastic together. This is my favorite episode of this series. Intense, pivotal, so well done.
  22. Aw, there was a short behind-the-scenes Psych promo on USA. But don't worry, it was geared toward wrestling fans, so you didn't miss much. Can't wait until Thursday!
