  1. I hate this story line. Please let me know when Barry is out of jail so that I can watch again.
  2. I actually like Sam and hope that there is some way for the Reign story to end with Sam still being alive and in town. I doubt it but I would like it. I also have someone with whom I became best friends very quickly. My point is that we didn't seem to see that here; I didn't feel the closeness between Sam and the others until we were told that they were BFF.
  3. Sam becoming the immediate best friend of Kara, Alex and Lena really blunts the impact of the storyline. She was in town for 10 minutes and is now their best friend such that her death will be devastating to them and to us? Nope. I am looking forward to someone (Alex?) figuring out that Sam is Reign. I liked LiveWire and felt badly at her sacrifice. Will not feel the same if Sam ends up sacrificing herself to save her daughter - which I suspect is how this story will end. We haven't known Sam long enough because of the "instant best friend" decision. I liked the Ruby/Alex scenes - Alex scaring off the bully was great.
  4. Rich Dot Com cracks me up. I'm glad they have kept him as a recurring character.
  5. I hope that there is some way that Great News makes it to Season Three because I enjoy it and I rarely watch comedies. If it doesn't, the Season Two finale was a fitting windup. I will miss Chuck and Portia.
  6. I took a break between episode 7 and this one so I didn't recall Rose and Abe being so estranged? Did one event lead up to this? Loved that it was Midge's act of helping Lenny Bruce in the beginning of the series which led to his returning the favor now. At first, I was surprised that Midge slept with Joel again and decided take him back. Given the time and the fact that she still loved him, I think that I can understand her decision (trying not to look at it with a 2018 lens). Looking forward to the parents finding out about Midge's new career. Loved the triumphant declaration of her name.
  7. How about in the garage which Gabe just vacated?
  8. I finally caught up. I liked this episode a lot more than I thought I would. I particularly liked Stef telling Callie that it was time for her to come home -- and that the issue was not up for debate. I never warmed up to Diamond and think that the difference is that Ximena has a past with Callie so it was understandable that Callie would want to help her. I'm glad that the Fosters are fostering Poppy so that the Ximena sanctuary story will continue. Nice to see how Noah's permissive mother finally came in handy. I also liked Grace and Brandon more than I thought I would. Grace is the first girlfriend of Brandon who has been decent and nice. The storyline shows Brandon in a very positive light - which he needs after his recent past. Mariana never seems to learn; the last time she kept secrets involving Nick, many people suffered. Here we go again. Points to Lena for thinking about her family and keeping her job options open. Being a co-principal would be a step forward for her as well career wise. I hope that this is the first step towards Callie showing Aaron the door. I've never liked him and his comments to Callie at the prom about stealing her from AJ really soured me on him. She can do so much better. More Moms, please!
  9. Super Weller saving the day by jumping out of the airplane and disarming the bomb was a bit over the top. What a shock that Jane's possible daughter is actually alive! It feels as if Roman is off on his own tv show. They need to connect the two stories quickly.
  10. Having Valencia teach yoga at White Josh's gym would be interesting. Loved the pairing of Nathaniel and White Josh - inspired. I hope it continues. Great way to bring Nathaniel into a wider group of people. Rebecca offering to donate her egg to Darryl is a lovely gesture especially considering how supportive Darryl has always been of Rebecca but....a terrible idea. I wonder if this ends up with Paula stepping in for Rebecca and donating the egg? The expansion of Mrs. Hernandez's role cracks me up.
  11. Sherri Saum from The Fosters! Loved the kid...he is definitely going to be a recruit for the Library. Loved his secret room. Cassandra usually annoys me but she didn't bug as much this time. I prefer stories when all 3 Librarians and Baird work together.
  12. My Tivo cut off as Rebecca showed up at Nathaniel's door. Did she break up with him?
  13. I just binged the first season on Netflix and wow....I knew that there was some sort of twist coming but couldn't imaging this one. So well done. Looking forward to Season 2. I hope that they can maintain the quality. Kristen Bell is marvelous.
  14. I liked the Christmas episode even though I think that the actor playing Ezekiel overacts and hams it up too much. I love Steven Weber and he was quite good. Eve is my favorite character so I was not pleased that she was absent for most of the episode. I just could not get into the second episode and turned it off after 15 minutes. Can't stand Flynn.
  15. I love that Midge is so friendly with the sales girls at Altman's. Cracked up at the giant mezuzah.
  16. I worried the whole time Midge took her eye off of Ethan in the park so she could attend the rally. Given the grandchildren, I can't believe that Moishe and Abe wouldn't have worked out an arrangement even after Midge said No to Joel coming back.
  17. I thought the twist was terrific but I really don't like frame up storylines -- and have no interest watching Barry in jail (shades of his dad at the beginning of the series). I do like the Devoe is a really smart villain who uses his brain rather than his speed. Nice change. I'll probably have to FF through most of the Barry in Jail/Trial scenes. I do love Iris as Team Leader as well as this incarnation of Wells. (Could not abide HR.)
  18. I also thought it was OOC for Midge to talk back to the Judge in such a fashion. She never seems to spend any time with her kids (except for the walk in the park with the Bunheads actress). So glad that Midge said "No".
  19. Loved the 3 women dancing on the bar. Was surprised at how Alba responded to Jorge - it was cruel to him and she is not usually cruel. The flashbacks with Rafael always being supportive of Jane's writing were great and I loved Patricia coming to the reading.
  20. Loved the Penis song. Didn't love Rebecca bonding with Paula's horrible father. Surprisingly like the Nathaniel and Rebecca pairing.
  21. I thought this was a terrific crossover. Loved it. I watch Supergirl and The Flash and stopped watching Arrow in the middle of last season. Haven't watched LoT since the Hawks and the British guy from Broadchurch were still involved so I don't know any of the newer Legends. Sara seems to be a bit different than the last time that I watched. Loved all of the fight scenes, Sara/Alex, and the double wedding - which shocked me. I was aware that Victor Garber is headed to Broadway so I figured he would be the "shocking death" which the CW kept promoting. Still - all of his scenes with Jefferson were phenomenal. I cried real tears when he died and when Jefferson went to tell Clarissa the news. Well done!
  22. After everything that Reade went through, it is hard for me to see him as the Assistant Director. I'm still surprised he wasn't fired. I like Mary Stuart Masterson and hope she isn't evil.
  23. First episode in a while that I have hated.
  24. I really like Ray's girlfriend and hope that they keep her around.
  25. The actor who played Kenny was Twon from this season of The Americans. Loved the Noel Neill mention. Nice episode. Enjoyed seeing the development of the sisterly bond.
