  1. The Count of Monte Cristo was my favorite as a kid.
  2. Someone on TWOP, suggested Cody Fishe. I thought it was funny.
  3. I think some of you followed Peace I leave with you. I thought was abandoned, but the author just posted a new chapter.
  4. I think everyone was tired and it is very hot in SoCal, granted LA is way hotter than San Diego. Usually the OUAT folk come in the day before and have dinner at a certain restaurant in San Diego. This year it looks like they gotten at late, skipped the dinner. I don't think Colin does well with the air travel and lack of sleep. He seemed subdued. His answers seemed fragmented. I get that way when I am tired and air travel is hard on my body. I could be projecting. it's too early in Season for anyone to know what A&E are cooking up, so they don't have anything to say. given all the tweets and other fan comments you can see that they are very gaurded about what they say, but you can see them light up for the fans that are inspired by them.
  5. Jessie Graff is going to be at Comic Con on a panel for stunt people.
  6. Even if they were thinking about Bella and I am not saying they were, why is it wrong to say anything about? Bella did get a DUI and that is a serious offense that could easily lead to harming innocent people. What makes Bella sacrosanct?
  7. Lol! If someone just said what do you think of when I say a immortal Scottsman, I would say Connor Mccloud, not Rumple. I can see an Author having an actor in mind when they are creating a character. If Carylye was the inspiration that is great because if it hits big and becomes a movie he might get the part.
  8. I may have missed this, but is there a reason why none of the contestants did the Rolling Thunder facing forward? I liked that four woman made it. I was impressed with Flex and daytime job. I think being a caretaker for a very disabled person would be very hard. I was also impressed with the 64 year old guy i am very bummed about Abel. He seems like a very nice guy. Except for the rolling thunder this course didn't seem that bad. Did the Panther run? I kinda feel like there were a lot of old contestants we didn't get to see, like Panther, Kung Fu Ninja, the short order cook.
  9. Sorry about the repost. I have issues trying to use the edit feature. I tried to erase it but can't.
  10. I have no issue with ANW paying Kacy to make appearances at all city finals. Kacy wasn't just the first woman up the warp wall. If that was all she did, then I think she would get the same level of attention as Megan. Kacy completed a hard city finals that most men failed at and that I thought was physically impossible for someone her size to complete. I was so angry when I saw the course because it did not seem possible, yet she did it. And, that is what made her a SuperStar. She rocked and no other woman has completed a final course yet. Megan was the first woman to complete the spider jump because she was given a wild card, unlike Kacy who earned her place in Las Vegas. [ETA: I don't mind wildcards, but mind when people act like Kacy is the only one that got a wild card]. Kacy had perfect form but it was physically impossible for her to nail that jump. If the course was adjustable so that distance and heights were proportioned based on a person's height. I think only a handful do of the contestants - the Weatherman, Kevin Bull, flip and maybe a few others-- would be able to go as far. A 5'8" person would have to face a 15.8 ft warped wall to match a 5ft person with 14ft wall. ANW favors taller athletes. Kacy inspired women to become ninjas. She also inspired kids who could see someone small do the impossible so maybe they could too. She has been good for ANW. as for the Wolfpack, I am glad Isaac is not competing whatever the reason. I don't like Wolfpack. They take themselves too seriously and are not fun to watch. About this episode.. It is much improved over last week's. I felt so bad for the Strager family. You can tell the illness is taking a heavy toll on the family. His run was not the joyous affirmation of life like last year. The wife seems to be in a lot more pain and struggling. It's so sad about the kids. I hope they only found the markers and the disease has not been triggered yet so there might be time to find a cure. I don't like the rolling log. It's too dangerous.
  11. Here is a link to the Tink Hook question: Colin on TinkerHook here is a link to the Hook Queen Question:Colin on HQ I found this all on mindyourhelm tumbler site. It is a CS site. The he best clip is the one where Colin talks about a deleted scene. In Tallahassee Emma slips and Hook catches her with his hook. Unfortunately, Colin missed judged his mark and conked jen's double in the head with his metal hook.

  13. In high school, one of my math teachers had a hook for a hand. It makes me sad that a useful prosthetic is not allowed. A rubber hand might look nice but it can't do anything.
  14. Off the top my head.... 1. Black and tan 2. Lights Camera homocido 3. High top fade out 4. Spelling Bee 5. Tuesday the 17th 6. American Duos 7. dual spires 8. Not so close encounters 9. Autopsy Turvy 10. Tie:. "Let's Get Hairy" and "Shawn vs the Red Skull". I love MagicHead.
  15. I didn't like this episode at all. it was boring. Almost all the contestants were forgettable. It's too bad because I think I might have gotten two co workers to watch tonight
  16. I can see Hook and Regina having an antagonistic friends with benefits type relationship. I don't see them going the distance, and Hook ultimately committing to Emma. I would worry about Hook being gutted to prop up Regina.
  17. On a blog, I read someone made the argument that Last Rites should have been the finale. That way the underworld arc could be better resolved. We could have gotten more on the lost souls becoming sentient. Someone on this forum suggested that Milah would have been one of the lost souls coming out of the river and helping Hook and Arthur. I would have liked closure for her and Hook. She could have walked into the light as soon as she helped but before the pages got added to the storybook. We could have seen Merlin helping Arthur. Merlin damn well better be in the Underworld. The writers could have done a better job building up to robin's death. We could see him with his son and daughter. I agree he should have stayed in Storybrook. We would have time to see Regina actually react to his death. Regina seemed strangely unmoved. We could skip the whole NYC trip. We could have had some characters, not sure which ones go to the land of untold stories and just introduced Hyde and Jekyll. It it would give A&E time to really think about the next arc and set it up right.
  18. Hmmm, I wonder how Cora would feel about Hook hooking up with Regina. On the one hand, he isn't a prince. Cora would not like that given her royal obsession. But on the other, Cora seems to like Hook in her own way. She appreciates his pretty face and charm, enough to like his company and considered him her fairy godmother. While Cora would not hesitate to kill Hook, I don't think she would enjoy it or do so without a strong reason. I won't say they're friends but she isn't cruelly indifferent to him as she is to pretty much everyone else. To Cora, people are like bugs to crush for fun. Cora probably be ok with Hook as a consort that could keep his heart and do his own thing so long as he knew who was boss. Cora might want to keep him for herself. I wonder how Rumple would feel about that.
  19. For me the way to bring I'll Robin would have been in Season 1 or 2. Robin should have been a minister constantly challenging Regina to budget more money for the poor (you know give to the poor). He should have been challenging her. Snow should have also challenged Regina to do good works and see how the poor lived. Gradually as Regina changed from her myopic self absorbed perspective, she and Robin could explore their attraction. This would be a good growth for Regina and a way to use opposites attract. i sometimes wonder and this is pure speculation if Lana sees Regina as the main protagonist instead of antagonist and fights to have Regina get everything that Emma has. First it was a close relationship with Henry. Regina was emotionally abusive and wasn't a good step mother to snow. The Evil Queen is not very maternal, but the Evil regals complained that this portrayal hurt adoptive families. So Regina's less than stellar parenting is swept under the rug. I would be ok with Regina changing but addressing the relationship issues. I don't blame Henry for loving Regina and being protective of her. It's normal for kids to love their parents regardless of how worthy the parent is. Emma gets to be the Savior and break the curse so Regina has to break the curse in 3b. Emma and Hook become a popular pairing with epic moments, so of course Regina must have her epic love without any build up. I hate that they wasted Tink's introduction on Regina. We should have seen Tink interacting with Pan, Hook and/or Baefire.
  20. I've never listened to a podcast, but I might give the CS one try.
  21. Wishing on a star, my wish is that Merlin is in the Underworld and his unfinished business is to constructively help and provide clear good counsel to Arthur, so that Arthur is able to fulfill his destiny.
  22. Looking at the photos, Regina and Rumple seem to be working together. I am wondering if Regina and Rumple will use each other/ team up to get at Hook and Emma.
  23. I am not sure of this has been mentioned, but I loved Regian pointed out that TrueLove requires a willingness to sacrifice for their partner's wellbeing and pointing out that Hades was unwilling to sacrifice anything for Zelena and therfore didn't truly love her. I could only think about Rumple and Belle. Like Hades, Rumple is unwilling to give up power. i liked this episode. I loved the Underworld scenes. Loved the HooKing bromance. I like that Arthur got redeemed. I always felt bad that they made Arthur a villian. I loved Cruella and the BlindWitch. I hope Arthur is able to help the children move on and the Lost Souls. the only thing that could make the Underworld scenes better was some sort of closure on the Lost Souls in particular Hook with Milah. I find it interesting how Hook really fits in other fairy tales without seeming forced. Like his backstory with Ursula felt organic, as did his later friendship with Ariel. You almost have to take a step back and remember Hook is not from the little mermaid. His relationship with the Queen of hearts workers as well. I could see hIm playing Knave to Cora's queen. Compared to the forced Tink and Regina friendship, Regina playing Ursula and the Pan-rumple relationship. With the last one, I did come to like how Robbie and Bobbie played off each other, but I felt the Neverland arc was hurt by hamfisted attempt to make Rumple and Pan related. i like Sean but have been underwhelmed by Robin. while I was somewhat moved by his death, Regina's nonreaction took me out of the moment. It was very odd. It never felt like she truly loved him and While Robin summed to care for Regina, I felt like he didn't really know her and so his love felt misplaced. The funeral was not as moving as it should have been. the CS reunion was very cute. They seemed so happy to be reunited. I buy that they love each other. I liked that Snow was there for Emma. I wonder what happened that we are getting Snow instead of Mary Margaret.
  24. When did Neal find out pan was his grandfather? If he knew before Neverland arc, maybe that is why he became afraid of his father. He knew what his grandfather became, maybe he thought his dad would be the same.
  25. I think that Hook came to realize that revenge was not worth it. He thought he had killed Rumple and realized it changed nothing. Milah was still dead, he felt empty and realized he wasted centuries. The timing was right for him to have that moment of self awareness/realization that let him move on. Emma was willing to give him a chance for something more and he took it. Hook was tired of being alone, probably tired of having to turn off all his feelings to get revenge.
