Kris has probably very little to do with it .Kendall has a booking agent that does her modeling gigs called Ashlea Gonzales who works for The Society/Elite Models.

 

The two shoots were by really well known photographers .The first set were for Russell James (who appeared on the show) who has done loads of Victorias Secret shoots and it was Kendall and a bunch of Angels for a book .The book was launched yesterday (huge launch party last night)and all the pics of all the models are all over this week.And it positions her for a run at a VS job.

 

 

The second (including the smoking one) was for an editorial for LOVE magazine (they were initially released weeks ago)which she is currently on the cover of.LOVE is a London publication and the circus move there tomorrow .She herself re-posted it ,probably for PR for the European castings for the next 3 weeks .

I agree that the photographer is a perv, but if you're going to wear something that short, then you should have something on underneath to cover yourself. Even if someone didn't take a picture, what if she had to walk up steep stairs? Anyone behind her would get an eyeful. Plus, she posted the picture in her instagram for everyone to see. Kendall's Instagram is the only place I've seen this picture, if she hadn't posted it, most people wouldn't even know it exists.

I don't know if she was solely referring to February, because I saw this quote yesterday from a very recent article about KenDULL. If she's trying to distance herself from her awful family, IMO she's been doing a terrible job of it.

I know I will get slammed for this but I've been seeing a few of the modeling pictures that have come out recently and while I think Kendall is a pretty girl, I don't see her as true model material. In the pics of her next to other models, I think she stands out as the least model-like.   I also don't like reading that she is trying to distance herself from her family and its name.  While I sort of "get it" that she doesn't want to be lumped in as a reality person, I don't tend to like people who turn on those who loved and supported them in the interest of fame.  I think it sets up really bad karma.  Clearly she believes, at the wise old age of 18, that she got where she is because of her looks and hard work, but I don't think she'd be ANYWHERE in the modeling world if it weren't for her name(s) and connections.  She wasn't "discovered", she showed an interest in modeling and her mother made some phone calls.  I'd have more respect for her if she didn't bad mouth her own family and did some professional shoots for JC Penny and lip gloss BEFORE thinking she's at home walking for Versace.   And the designers that she is seen draped over aren't stupid, they know the fame she brings with her, which is why every time she gets a shoot, it is translated into a news story.

I don't believe Kendall dropped her last name to distance herself at all. I think it was done as a publicity ploy. If she wanted to distance herself, she would have gone off quietly and started working as Kendall, with no mention ever of who she was related to, instead they used her fledgling efforts as part of the show, and made a name for herself as Kendall Jenner. The whole bit about "dropping" Jenner was made into a headline story. Just like Kim's BS about North's name. North was out there right from the start as the most likely name. Now she's trying to say Anna Wintour and Pharrell suggested it.

A million years ago I did some local (read really lame) modeling in high school. We were told not to smile because it drew attention to our faces & we were supposed to be more like a hanger the clothes were on to be displayed. That the clothes needed to be the where the attention was focused. That description stuck in my head & when I see models now I always tend to think hanger.

I'm pretty sure I had that Barbie walking away from the camera in the first picture. Day to Night Barbie. Business woman by day, then take her jacket off and she had on a sparkly tank top and then you reversed her skirt and it was the same sparkly material. If she does end up modeling for VS thats exactly what I think it will be for, their youth oriented "Pink" line.  Adults wear it too but its definitely not something you would have to be very large chested for.  While they do have bras and panties they have really cute hoodies, leggings, tee shirts, etc.
