Well, at least Botched is trying to mix up the stories a little bit by sprinkling in the fame whore "patient," throughout the show, but sorry, Botched, I am still NOT watching them. Fast forward is my best friend!

I had to look away when the bodybuilder was getting the silicone injection in his arms. All I could think about was Rajee and all the problems she had. He’s lucky he only has a few bumps.

Big Scar/No Navel woman: I wanted to know how the lipo/tummytuck surgery 'caused  my divorce'. I have to admit, I'll never think about navels the same way after this show!

Ugh at Fake Body Builder and his friend Fake Abs. None of that would fool me for a minute, and I wonder if they lie to other people about how much they work out. 

Nice result on the girl with the collapsed septum repair.

Silicone dude was grotesque. He thinks he's hot? Yuck. Tummy tuck lady sure had a rough time-I would have gotten a different doc right away. Didn't she say she had it done in Mexico? Never go to another country to get surgery. Nice job from Dubrow (even though I thin he's a bit of an ass sometimes) and Dr. Nassif did a nice job on the nose repair. When the smoke alarm went off I was saying "Don't forget about the patient! Take her with you!"

Hiker girl's nose result was incredible!  What a great job by Dr. Nassif.  

And speaking of Dr. Nassif, the gross silicone dude did resemble him facially.

Loved the nose job this week. What a fantastic job Paul does. The hiker girl looked so beautiful afterwards, and I am glad her breathing was improved. But let this be a warning: don't use nasal allergy sprays! I worked in a hospital pharmacy years ago and the pharmacists disparaged them to me. (They weren't in retail so had no "skin" in that game!)

ISO Belly Button woman kind of annoyed me, though I wouldn't wish scarring like that on anyone, but I think travelling to Mexico for surgery to save money is a recipe for disaster and that's what happened. I think reality plastic surgery shows give the impression that tummy tuck surgery is an outpatient procedure...but you are opening your abdomen and gut to all kinds of infection vectors. Yuck, buying stretchy clothes is cheaper in the long run 😄😉.

I'm glad Dubrow was able to fix the firewoman's boobs but after the second dr tried to cram to big implants in, I would have stopped. Sounds like none of them listened to her. Jerks.

Well-Miss rich princess was a total waste of time-the docs will not remove ribs and I think she's addicted to plastic surgery. I wonder what her father does for a living to just give her tons of $$$. Nice job on the nose guy-it would be hell to have to live like that for 50 years. At least now he can breathe. Decent work on the firefighters boobies-to me they looked just a bit uneven but at least she has breasts now instead of lumps of scar tissue. I wish they would show just the people who really need the help but the freaks offset the real people, I suppose.

Yeah, I didn't think the results warranted the 'look at my boobs' swimsuit design.

When I saw the congenital dude's baby/child pics, it was SO obviously congenital that I couldn't believe all of the other surgeons didn't suspect it. It could also be that they thought that he knew his condition was congenital and figured they didn't have to mention it.

And same with Princess Corset of Fakelandia. I love stories like Cassandra's (the transgender Jessica Rabbit model), but ones like PCoF's and others who have obvious body dysmorphia are tedious. Then they don't even have surgery, and it's pointless. If I never see Phoebe Price's face again it will not be a day too soon.

It really bugs me when Dubrow jumps in and tries to make it seem like whatever Nassif would have to do is IMPOSSIBLE or SO RISKY!  Let him handle his own patients Dr. Drama!

Female firefighter had a good result. Her breasts looked good. Too bad she has terrible taste in bathing suits. I would rather look at her mangled boy chest for a year than her in that god-awful bathing suit. Nose man looked good. I was glad that the nose looks normal, not perfect, but like he never had a birth defect to begin with. Wife was so supportive after his world fell apart at the initial consult. She'll love him for another 25 years, I believe. Lets hope he doesn't ditch her for a younger woman.

Yeah, his wife was a good, supportive partner.   I felt for him.  It was easier for him when he was a victim of a weird accident than being born defective.   But huge improvement especially with the breathing.  Hope it fixed his headaches too.

Well-big lips rent boy was a joke-he is in serious need of a cheeseburger-so skinny. Maybe that's how his sugar daddies like him. I'll bet he will go elsewhere to get the lip implants then end up on the show again when things so wrong. The nose lady turned out great- Dr Nassif really does have a gift. Big booty lady also came out well-once again why do people go to Mexico for these surgeries?? Her butt was full of pus, FFS! But the result looked pretty good-I was afraid she would have a flat butt but it had a nice shape.

Top ten rejects show: WTF with the 50-something woman who smashes watermelons with her giant, tragically saggy boobs- didn't medical authorities once warn against breast trauma as a possible cancer trigger? And why did she care about her flabby stomach, which you could only see if her boobs were (laboriously) hoisted up? How is any of this monetize-able??

The Brazilian 'Ken Doll' did have a beautiful face and stunning eyes. He looked ridiculous shirtless, but he wants to purchase his abs at the plastic surgeon, rather than earn them in the gym. 

I hope the Filipino moms keep their kids far, far away from Creepy Super Man guy, who wants to 'inspire' them. 

The several 'tits on a stick' women: kind of hope they explode.

No, that's Rodrigo (now Jessica) Alves. Everything about him is fake. The guy last night was the real thing- he even let the doctors look in his eyes to verify they were genuine. He showed a pic of himself as a child and he looked like an angel, so I pretty much believe him.

See, I DO like it when Dubrow praises Nassif since so much of the gimmick of the show involves him mocking Nassif mercilessly.  I loved that little quiet moment when Nassif said that the guy's nose was about an 8 on the difficulty scale for him, and Dubrow said right away that it would have been an 11 for any other doctor.  Just to remind us that fun is fun, but they both respect each other's abilities.

Well said Ratgirl.  That was perfect.  Exactly how I feel.  I love the camaraderie they have.  Love how Nassif just ignores him hahah. BUT in an instant they are totally professional, all in 100%, and there to back each other up.  Does anybody remember Nip》Tuck?

Did Dubrow go to the wedding? I think it was in Greece or someplace.  Might not have been able to travel with all the weirdness.  Just curious.

Well, body modification guy was weird-pleasant person but I guess its his body-he can do what he wants with it. Not a surprise the docs wouldn't help him. As usual, Dr. Nassif did a great job on the nose lady. She said she was from Michigan?-I live in Michigan too and have never seen a billboard advertising plastic surgery- lots for lawyers but not plastic surgeons. Boob lady came out well- the scarring wasn't too bad but I thought her boobs were just a bit too big. But, its what she wanted and she was happy so who am I to judge.

The guy with the body modifications seemed nice, and I don't judge things like that, but the eyes freaked me out.  Maybe you get used to it if you see it all the time.  I think it would still be jarring though. 

We have billboards for plastic surgeons here in Cincinnati.  I've never had plastic surgery so I can't speak to how competent they are.  But if I were looking to have surgery, I don't think I'd choose a surgeon based on a billboard.

My curiosity got the best of me and I had to look up eye tattooing. From what I gathered the sclera (the white part of the eye) is injected with dye which spreads through the sclera and turns it whatever color is chosen. Black seems to be the popular color. However, it is very dangerous (DUH!) and many people who have done this have lost or partially lost their vision. It is not reversible and could lead to many other eye problems (detached retina, etc.) So kids-don't try this at home! I guess very few tattoo artists will do it and it is very expensive. Different strokes, I suppose.

To tell you my truth, I didn't think either real (not famewhore) patient looked that bad compared with some of the horror show cases we've seen in the past. I know I am not living in their bodies, but I wouldn't have run screaming away from either one. The side-by-sides at the end didn't look that different to me. I agree that Triplet Sister had the potential to turn into a plastic surgeon's dream/nightmare. Color me surprised she was happy with the results. Or maybe she just needs more time to focus on her breasts...or stomach...or butt, especially if the sister's (fill in random body part) looks better.

OK-anima girl was just stupid-Mama was not happy with her at all. I'm glad the docs suggested therapy ,not more surgery for her already too big boobies. Nose lady came out very well. I hope her daughter doesn't go down that same road. Her nose looked pretty normal for a young girl, but lots of people have larger noses due to their ethnicities like Greeks, Armenians, Lebanese, Egyptians, etc. As long as you can breathe, who cares? And Cali woman with the messed up booty-yikes her scarring was bad. After she lost weight her butt was just flatter (I have a flat booty also) but she wanted a J.Lo butt. Why? I swear these people have more $$ than brains. At least the repair came out decent. I would like to see more people being helped due to accident or injury instead of sheer vanity but I guess that would make for a boring show.

Couldn't understand why the anime girl could afford 3 (?) boob jobs, nose job, lip filler, etc., but was still living at home. Also, can you really go home right after boob surgery, with no dressings, drains, or aftereffects of anesthesia visible ? I think Mama is getting a cut of whatever this dummy is making with her online porn.

Nose lady looked pretty much just like her mother after the fix. And her daughter is going to look just like both of them. That super blond hair was a mistake, imo. 

Flat butt lady looked really cute to me after her fix, but I'm from a time/culture that didn't admire big backsides.

Yes, I am too. I did think that she and the bent nose girl from the previous episode were similar in that they had relatively minor things wrong with them,  but both of them felt majorly disfigured.  I hope both of them will feel like their improved faces are good enough in the long run.

Probably not successfully for a lot of money, unless she actually came down with cancer, but maybe a malpractice case just on principle? I think the textured implant issue is a recent discovery, so probably not malpractice at the time they were put in.

We didn’t notice much difference in the before and after photos either, but the improvement seemed more noticeable in the video clip.

Ref, the mother who was disfigured in motorcycle accident.  Her state,  AL, requires helmet with face covering when riding a motorcycle, so how did her face and head get that much damage?  She must not have been wearing one😞.

Tuned in last night-the lady with the birthmark came out very well! Her new hairstyle was cute too. Didn't really understand calf implant lady-her legs looked fine to me even if they were a little thin. Exercises can target that part of the leg so why put plastic in there? And don't get me started on skinny rent boy- all he needed to do was eat more, work out, and get his body the way he wanted a more natural way instead of implants here and implants there. Some people have more money than sense.

I've been wondering if there's a stylist who dresses the patients for their final reveals or whether they do their own wardrobe. The woman who removed her breast implants and then had them replaced was dressed so badly for her figure, with that tight, short white skirt that made her look six months pregnant. If there is a stylist, s/he needs to step up their game. Some of these wardrobe choices make the people look worse rather than better.

Well, helmets are not magic. Have you ever ridden a motorcycle? Although exhilarating they are Dangerous machines.

I have ridden many times and I shudder at my naïveté.  I am grateful that I didn’t encounter any injures. I haven’t known of anyone who sustained severe head and face trauma if they wore a helmet with a face cover, but I suppose it is possible if the helmet comes off.  I do wonder why that wasn’t addressed on that episode.  Understandably, it was tremendously traumatic for the daughters.  I do have compassion for them all.

She didn't listen to the Botched doctors (no surprise there).  She's had more work done and once international travel is open, she's heading to Turkey with plans to get ribs removed, like all the other Botched rejects.

Thanks for the update. I won't be watching. Beside the fact I can't stand Terry, Botched is the same old thing...messed up boob jobs, weirdos wanting more surgery to look weirder, more implants.
