TwistedSoul7 January 5, 2016 Share January 5, 2016 I couldn't take Jill seriously whatsoever. She has been an absentee mother and she has the nerve to get in their faces screaming, "Where were you?!" Seriously? Jill needs to look in a damn mirror. And I agree that she was not entirely wrong. They have all did things that didn't help the situation. I did roll my eyes when she accused Victoria of bailing on Billy after Delia died. WHAT?! When? She mad that Victoria divorced her son after he fucked some random woman? Have a sit Jill. 9 Link to comment
jewel21 January 5, 2016 Share January 5, 2016 While some of Jill's ranting was over the top, some of what she said did make sense. I did enjoy her telling Vicky that she was a daddy's girl. That being said, I agree with others who said she was being ridiculous when she said Victoria didn't stand by her vows. Um, neither did Billy when he slept with Kelly so have a seat Jill. However, I thought Jess Walton did a really excellent job in that scene and sold her anguish and despair and anger and frustration. And we got to see Johnny! He's so cute! 4 Link to comment
MollyB January 5, 2016 Share January 5, 2016 banana quote The idea that Noah thinks he is a criminal because he put his car in reverse and then drove away, thus accidentally backing over Billy, is ridiculous. It is ridiculous, but this is actually a very realistic reaction. (I'm not going to give Pratt&Co any kudos for this writing-I believe it was just something they added to make draaamAAAH.) My years sitting in misdemeanor arraignment court taught me that most people (usually first-timers) think they are guiltier than they are and have a greatly overblown concept of what the legal consequences may be. This writing promotes the idea that the 'coppers' are gonna lock you up and throw away the key if you do the right thing and tell (not confess to!) the proper authorities. [rant note: yet another profession that Pratt has dissed.] What pisses me off about this, is it's a recycle of the Adam-hit-Delia crap. Adam made his situation worse by assuming he hit Dee and would be held/convicted for MURDER! and he did a lot of really stupid things that are against the law that got him in trouble and made him look guiltier than he was-I don't even think he hit the kid-but who can tell when all the evidence got fucked up and Adam goes all stalker on Billy? It sounds as if Noah is going down the same path and I can't imagine how badly Pratt will fuck up this stupid story. But I know it will be bad and an Abbott will be blamed. Hell, they may have Billy actually having thrown himself in front of Noah's rear bumper. 10 Link to comment

movinon January 7, 2016 Share January 7, 2016 Oh, Victor. You giant turd. How anyone can love that man continues to baffle me. Everyone on the planet knows how much I hate Victor, so I won't even elaborate. I also hate JFP and Chucky Prattles with every ounce of heat I can muster, but I do not believe that Victor always winning is all Pratt's fault. I have watched this show since the beginning, when Victor was feeding dead rats to a man imprisoned in his basement, and he has NEVER paid for anything, through any writing regime. I think anyone watching this mess has to realize that the show is and has always been written around Eric Braeden's wishes, including the disgusting Shicktor story. I have always believed he has a choke hold on someone very high up at CBS. It has never mattered who writes the show, or who the EP of the moment is, Victor always has the last word, he always wins every battle, and he never pays for anything. He is a ridiculous caricature of villain, with his stupid smirking face, and creaking old body. I do not expect to see him retire, ever, until he is carried off in a body bag. I have read in interviews that MTS never kisses open-mouthed and I think everyone can understand why. I felt she put much more into that kiss with Neil than she ever has with Victor. It would make me physically ill just to have to stand next to that man on a bus - he is beyond disgusting. Rant over - Peace - OUT. 19 Link to comment

Gag me now! And now, a new entry in the Soap Derby: "Innapropriate Poking Places"! Neil may be in this for the long haul, fans, so hang on to your racing forms! This was mitigated by the increasing adorable Dr MEK reading a chemistry-journal article to Ashley, and stroking her hair. Awwww. C'mon, at least they were in a bed. bannana January 11, 2016 Share January 11, 2016 Wow, I am several weeks behind, but I tuned in today to see if JT is now on as Billy. And then I was subjected to the horrific sight of Neil and Hilary. I have never thought that KSJ is an attractive guy, and Neil is especially unattractive to me, but he is certainly buff, but it still made me gag a bit. Something about his pectorals moving up and down while he was getting dressed. EEK! Pricktor and Drinki were having it out and I realized in their last few fights they appear to be taking the scripts and just yelling them at each other at the same time so they are yelling over each other. Which does seem somewhat realistic but hard to understand. Drinki looked nice today and I like her new hairdo. I wish she would leave Pricktor. Somebody please tell her about what he did to Jack!! 9 Link to comment
UsernameFatigue January 12, 2016 Share January 12, 2016 About the only people I find interesting at the moment are Dr Neville and Ashley. I love MEK and ED together - two very talented actors who have great chemistry (no pun intended). Why in the world is Billy Abbott's name on his hospital room door? Even in the wierd world of Genoa City I don't think I have seen a patient's name apparently permanently afixed to the door of the general hospital. And pretty much every main character on the show has been a patient at that hospital at some point or other. Did the Abbotts buy him a room? Victor has a wing named after him, an Abbott can only afford a room? Bizzare. 10 Link to comment
jewel21 January 12, 2016 Share January 12, 2016 I'm getting tired of this whole Billy "drama." I commend the actors for giving it their all and really selling their anguish, but because I already know Billy will survive, I find myself unmoved by their despair. I'm just not emotionally invested. Neil is still a douche. Devon is annoying. Victor can die any day now. I miss Mariah and Kevin. I hope we see them again soon. They're the only characters I'm invested in lately. 6 Link to comment
Artsda January 12, 2016 Share January 12, 2016 I need Devon to spill the beans to the cops about Neal. You could see Cane putting the pieces together today. Billy got the shit beaten out of him by his bookie right before Noah backed over him going 0.3 mph so presumably that's what caused most, if not all of the damage. But at some point I'm sure it will be changed to Noah being responsible for causing most of the damage. 5 Link to comment

LOL Why don't they just also say, Billy's not really dying. I don't even know how they'll explain no brain activity at all to being alive and perfectly fine. So did Adam get taken hostage by someone with a gun? I guess it'll be Marco or the Santoris? It would be funny if it's someone trying to get to Victor and they knew to take Adam and not Nick. Cause nobody cares about Nick, he didn't even appear today yet Adam and Chelsea are the ones Vicky's calling for help to bring the kids over to the hospital to say bye. PatsyandEddie January 13, 2016 Share January 13, 2016 (edited) Not going to lie, I totally enjoyed the show today. The writing was sappy, soapy and schmaltzy but the interaction between the characters was terrific. MMV but I was impressed with JT as well which I was expecting not to be. I'm not that familiar with him because I don't watch GH regularly but I honestly think he will be a decent Billy. Nice to see Sophie Pollono again. Looks like Billy might do some growing up. Watching NosferaTurd be so dismissive of Noah's anguish was fucking hideous. This guilt is destroying him and all Grampire did was prattle on about bullshit. Noah needs to spill the beans before he drives his own car off a bridge. Hope Mariah figures it out. Love their relationship with her as the big sister. And no I'm not drunk. Watched a little of the show today-my Wii lets me switch to tv in the jogging part- and saw Marissa with Shabby(what the fuck was she wearing-new wave mourning clothes?) and whomever, Chelz maybe. Anyhow, Marissa had a skinny corporate folder and looked like she too was working at where ever/Jabot? I know it doesn't take much to qualify as an employee at any of these world renown corps based in little ole GC, but really? A street kid, drug lord's girlfriend? This is about as bad as Dru learning to read in about five days and becoming a premier ballerina. Tell me she was just helping carry all those heavy folders. bannana January 14, 2016 Share January 14, 2016 Yes, it is truly the long goodbye. However, Show did make me laugh my ass off today by having NuNuNuBilly wander around having convos with his family and friends, living and dead, as a way to fastrack the new actor's interactions with literally everyone. But the most hilarious part for me was that they pulled the plug, and then Jack left the room and they leave Billy TO DIE ALONE! You know how many people fly across continents and oceans so that they are with their loved ones when they die? Here, they knew he would pass in mere minutes, and they all go sit in the WAITING ROOM RIGHT OUTSIDE HIS DOOR! Hahahaha!!! Pricktoria actually left the hospital, and then raced back hoping she wasn't too late! I also howled when Jack was kind of, okay Billy, time to go, we are saying goodbye now. Thank goodness he didn't look at his watch! And then, voila, Billy GOT HIS BRAIN BACK! And I am totally okay with JT as Billy and he seems looks-wise just fine, but I also feel he will bring something good to the role. 14 Link to comment
jewel21 January 14, 2016 Share January 14, 2016 So I watched today, and by watch I mean not play games on my phone. I actually liked the episode, It was so nice to see Delia again. I wished they had never killed off her character. She's such a sweet little actress. And I loved seeing little Johhny eating a cookie the size of his head, hee. So adorabe! And surprisingly, I actually didn't hate JT as Billy. Don't get me wrong, his looks are all wrong, and he looks old, but his acting was quite good. He delivered his lines well and put some emotion and spark into his acting. He might actually NOT suck, but then, it could be too early to tell. In any case, I'm hesitantly optimistic. 8 Link to comment

UsernameFatigue January 14, 2016 Share January 14, 2016 I thought today's show was very well done. I can't remember the last time I typed those words with regards to Y&R. Maybe because I said goodbye to both of my parents around this time of year (11 years apart but anniversary wise mid Dec and early Feb) so this time of year is always a bit hard for me. I loved MultiNuBilly going from person to person, and thought the actor did an amazing job connecting with characters that he has never shared scenes with before. I don't watch other soaps so have no idea who he is but at the moment am quite impressed. It took me ages to accept the last Billy (and I still miss BM) but I am optomistic that this guy will step into the role just fine. And I always prefer dark and handsome so bonus points for me. He doesn't look like 'Billy' but no one expect Billy Miller will really look like Billy to me. 10 Link to comment
