I've been doing vegetarian keto for the last month for my diabetes. Went to the doc today and I am down from 9.10 (terrible, I know. My high carb, cures all ills, vegan diet just didn't do it for me) to 8.8. Imagine how low it will be in another month or so?!  I'm already using a fraction of the insulin I had been previously. Bring on the broccoli!
