Bwahahaha....... That side eye they gave each other when Dr. Now mentioned their therapy sessions was priceless!

Oh woman please, it's all of US who are a bundle of nerves enduring an hour and a half of you two.

Oh wow, tater tots before your surgery. Good. You're just cheating a little. Check.

Oh, sure, celebrate a little. Celebrate yourself right outta fucking surgery with your 50lbs vat of tater tot casserole.

Shes like those alcoholics, who think after a few weeks in AA, they can have a drink or two no problem without really working through they’re issues.

I knew they'd do something like this. We've never heard Dr. Now say "If you don't hold up the diet, I'll cancel surgery." after he schedules it.

Will he cancel surgery now?

I'll give her a point for recognizing and admitting what she was doing, and actually asking the doctor for help. Most of them just deny it and hope he won't pick up on it.

Tater tot casserole confessions.

Something tells me that she ate more than just one of these if she's worried about gaining weight from it.  One tater tot casserole does not equal weight gain....

She ate that entire pan of tots didn’t she?

Right?  I mean, I can kind of understand wanting a treat before you have to give it up forever, but why make a whole 9X13 pan of it?  There are ways to cut recipes in half, or even in fourths so you're not tempted to eat too much in one sitting, or over a few days.

I'm guessing we're going to hear some deep psychological connection she has to this casserole.  Should be fun.

Dear god this is a boring episode. They really need to get new editors or something - this formula is stale.

I thought she put a jar of mayo in there too. Anyway, she should feel sick after eating that shit.

There shouldn't be any mayo in it. But it's barf making all the same.

She was talking about that tater tot casserole like it was going off to war.  Seriously.

To me, she sounded almost like she was talking about an orgasm.

It wasn’t her fault!  The tater tots made her eat them all over and over!!

I agree--it seems like the recent formula is take 90+ minutes to cover the first 4 months and then cram the rest of the year into 15 minutes.

What the heck is that garbage she's making?  I mean I know it's tater tot casserole (whatever that is), but dang.

And...she's eating something because she deserves it because the surgery is coming up. Slippery slope.  Yup - there she goes for another helping.

What the heck is it with these people and food? I'd like a big plate of spaghetti, but I'm diabetic and I can't eat it. I can't have regular Pepsi and have to drink diet.  There's a lot of food that would make me happy but I've learned to do with out. There's also a lot of other things in life that make me happy. It seems that there's nothing else in these people's lives except food - and I don't care what they say about their family. If they really cared about their family, they wouldn't enslave them and squander the family resources.  Plus, the food that gives them pleasure is such garbage. Jeez, I can't even stand to look at it.

You know it's sad when you are looking forward to eating a Tater Tot casserole!!!!  As many things there are to overeat on, why in F would you want a Tater Tot casserole????

Seriously! And I inquire yet again, are there no foodies among these people?

Yeah. One casserole is not 14 pounds.

This is why I like the complete train wreck episodes the most. Far and away the most entertaining
