I don't think she'd have any problem making either one.  If former TCC Rose made it a 2nd year I'm sure Maggie can. There's also a few NBA teams if she wanted to try that. Any of those teams would probably be happy to have a former DCC on it.

Rant about something I’ve ranted about before. Regardless of their purpose (sex sells and all that)or itsy bitsy bikinis and barely there uniforms, remarks like this SHOULD NOT be allowed in their comment section. Can their “social media team” do their job and regulate a little more? Jesus H Christ, K&J harp on wanting the woman to be “ambassadors” for younger girls, but are wasting their most used resource with trash like this.

I didn’t include the more vulgar ones because it pisses me off. Of course it will happen, but that doesn’t mean they should be subjected to sleezeballs. Not filtering this stuff out is just irresponsible and tacky tbh.

I agree about posting the skimpy bikini pictures or the swimsuit calendar shoot videos of the girls because quite frankly the videos looks like promos of soft porn movies. They always state the girls are All American girls and ambassadors for young girls and role models, but they post pictures and videos like this. I know they need to sell the swimsuit calendars, but there is a right way to do so. They need to go back to the old DCC website page because in my opinion, it was more tasteful and showcase the girls' inner beauty and how they could be role models instead of just focusing on their sexuality. Maybe they need to get rid of Shannon Gross because, in my opinion, I do not think he is doing a good job of being the DCC Social Media guy.

Let’s be honest though, Shannon is the social media guy and he is as dumb as a box of rocks. Plus, that man probably gets off on it. He’s an absolute idiot.

Is Shannon the DCC social media guy anymore? He's part of the Cowboys social media team but I thought it was just Courtney McKenna (the other host on the DCC podcast) doing the DCC social channels now.

I stopped watching the Podcasts because Shannon and the other woman were doing such a bad job. He seems condescending and dismissive toward the Cheerleaders and both interviewers seem unprepared. The DCC girls have all done a good job IMO but they deserve better than him to interview them.

I do remember him saying Kelli stopped asking him to be a judge during tryouts, and she does not want to do a podcast. He could have been joking around about not being happy about both, but I wonder if he is really not pleased about it.

I don't enjoy the podcasts but I did watched Molly last week and I wanted to tell her to sit up straight, her posture was annoying me and she said "that's a good question" too many times.  It bothers me how she puts herself down all the time.  I feel like she always talks about eating to draw attention to herself.  She acted a lot younger than I expected.  She has a masters degree so I was surprised when she said "you don't gotta get out of your car" I didn't really like that podcast but I will probably watch next week because Kelli will be on.

Molly is not a robot. She was my child’s teacher last year. At meetings, she is one of the most poised, professional, and intelligent young women I have ever met. It’s a podcast, not a Senate judiciary meeting.

Not only is she a class act, she is a humble human being who doesn’t take herself so seriously. Her food post are REFRESHING,  let’s leave the self-aggrandizing, fake, narcissistic selfies to the other DCCs who don’t have a Master’s to fall back on.

I thought it might be a push up bra until I saw the bathing suit photo I just posted. She without a doubt had a boob job. I hope she’s happy with it, but I think she looked better before. I loved her swimsuit calendar photos last year and part of the reason was because she was able to pull off more risqué tops without looking ridiculous.

Thank you for saying it! It’s sad and disappointing in my opinion. She didn’t need to do it; she was gorgeous and now she is going plastic. What a shame.  Her new ones are giant. She is definitely going to need a new style of bathing suit come calendar!

I love hearing this!!! i adore Molly. She was one of my favorites from auditions and i love her more and more as time passes.  I love her food posts even tho i am so jealous that she can eat all that and look so amazing!! 

And yes, Kelsey got additions.  Def not just a good bra.  I actually don't think they're bad and think they are still settling.

I don’t think they look bad per se. I just think she was perfect the way she was and it makes me kind of sad to see another DCC who already looked amazing turn to plastic surgery. I like it when Molly was saying the embarrassing things she did behind the scenes which did not make the show. I think we all can relate to saying or doing embarrassing things we hope are not seen or heard. The one thing that did bug me about the last two podcasts were the questions from KaShara. Please do not get me wrong, I like KaShara, but I would rather have questions from fans and viewers being answered. Plus asking the girls if they like their group leaders. Really...Are they expecting the girls to say they hate their group leader and want to switch to another group.

I wonder what Kelli thinks of Kelsey's new look. If I remembered correctly, I think Kelli was not happy when Courtney Cook got a boob job during Season 7's calendar shoot.

I don’t see boob job, maybe just a good padded push up bra. We certainly wouldn’t have seen so much of her in videos if she had surgery considering recovery time.

As long as the "girls" do not hit her in the face when she puts on her uniform or swimsuit/swimwear on the calendar shoot, I do not think Kelli will have too much of a problem.

I also doubt they will go to plain suits because sex appeal sells, and the DCC Organization is in the business to sell the swimsuit calendars. I do remember Kelli saying a few years ago the swimsuit calendars were not selling as well as the sideline calendars.

They were snowboarding in Utah during the winter holidays, pretty active after any kind of surgery. And thinking back to when Chelsea had her boobs done they were swollen after several weeks, and if we’re going by swimsuit calendar photos - that might as well be Wikipedia. Those are photoshopped to hell.

Anyways, I just don’t think her boobs look fake.

Well if the sideline calendars sell better, i don't understand how making the girls unrecognizable,forcing them to wear awful suits and do awkwars poses is actually going to help. That's their strategy but I think at some point they need to realize it's not working.

In my opinion, the girls are not being forced to put on the swimsuits and do weird poses since they want to be a DCC and go on the shoot. The girls have no say so in how they are photoshopped. The swimsuit calendars are a big seller, so unless Jerry Jones comes in and says we need to redo everything, the tacky swimsuits, photoshopping, and certain poses are here to stay.

Do you think the girls need to let Kelli know if/when they are planning a cosmetic procedure while on the team? Not to get permission (because obviously) but just as a heads up/courtesy?

Cheerleaders can get in trouble for changing their hair color or style without permission, so I'd guess that they have to give notice of any surgery. Their look will change and they'll be out of commission for recovery time. I could imagine that injections might be a different case and not require permission/notice, but I bet Kelli would tell you in a heartbeat if you got to looking to frozen, swollen, etc.

I know that the girls have to sign a contract stating they will maintain their audition weight and I know the cameo shots determine a girl’s look for the season. So, altering that appearance is definitely not approved during the season.  I imagine that’s why Kelsey took advantage of the off season prior to auditions.

In college, literally my entire group of friends had theirs done.  The longest any of them were out of commission was 5 days max.

Kelli has mentioned that the women are expected to wear the same uniform the entire time they are a cheerleader, unless the uniform design is changed. Getting breast implants would impact the fit of the blouse. It could mean Kelsey could not be sent out on appearances until her top has been adjusted or replaced. For sure she'd have to tell Kelli in advance.

Right. Amy had to ask permission in order to cut her hair during the season. I doubt Kelli would ever okay anyone for any reconstructive or cosmetic surgery while on the team unless it’s medically necessary. 

 

I just thought Kelsey was wearing her good push up bra lol my mind never went to implants.
