If he questioned Sam about it, I wonder what he would say? They are very selective (as needs want) in what Jack does and doesn't understand about the world/language/biology etc. He understands when they need him to, and doesn't when they don't, for.. reasons. Crap writing. And by pretty much any definition, Jack is a freak. A freak of nature if nothing else. But they are intent on throwing Dean under the bus this arc, so I'm sure it's not the last 'nasty' thing he says or does to Jack, until they have him apologizing to the spawn.
