I've read a bit of Zsusanna's blog. She really strikes me as what we would call an Eco-Mum, being all earthy and organic and no plastic and what not. If she were normal, she'd probably have the kids at a Waldorf school and give them non plastic toys.

She seems to have a sense of humour and isn't stupid - except that she's married to what seems to be a total and utter arsehole (after reading up a bit, I couldn't bring myself to listen to any of his videos, I really couldn't). They don't vaccinate by all accounts, which is just plain GBH in my opinion, endangering other people as well.

Nice for hubbie to be able to go on long distance runs - how about helping to take care of that litter of children you made?? I've taken a look at their Church Facebook page and was somewhat horrified at what comments people left. What a dear. Not.

They are strange - on one hand, the husband is a total psycho, on the other, the eldest child is allowed to have a summer job, she blogs, and whatnot.

Wow, at least they are teaching their kids to be functional outside the fold wrt to earning an actual living. I'm not sure how functional they will actually be in a home that advocates caning the bare bottom of a 6 mo!

Even though I don't agree with their other child rearing tactics, letting their kids have jobs is one plus.

Not sure why this didn't post when I wrote it 45 minuted ago. They did Davia's reveal as part of 19K&C (remember the doomed Smuganna motorhome trip?). I have no clue how they'll reveal the gender of this one, since she's already 5 months gone, and the JJ:CO hasn't officially been renewed (although they could be slyly filming without our knowledge).

You're right, it doesn't make sense. Despite her crazy, Zsu seems like a loving, caring, and attentive mother. Unlike the Duggar family and the Rodriguii, their kids are clean and healthy looking. Zsu is a super wife for sure. There's just me and Mr, E., and  I'm not working right now. I can tell you that he doesn't get a scratch meal every time.

I don't get how she can defend the ideas this loon she's married to has.

I only found an external reference, but it seems he was railing against Men peeing sitting down. Apparently, according to the word of Steve Anderson, Esq, this is law in Germany.

How I've managed to live here that long and never knowing it remains a total and utter mystery.

Not sure what his issue is, something to do with the men not being men when sitting down or something

Well, Jesus stood up to pee 'cause he was a real man. Men today, however, including the president, sit down--according to Steve. How he knows such a thing is beyond me unless he stalks men's restrooms. 

He also starts by yelling at the congregation that they won't like this part of his sermon just as they didn't like his previous sermon. That this stupid bully has any kind of following indicates a societal problem worse than men not pissing against a wall.

The best part about it is that if you went up to Steve Anderson and said "I am German. I live in Germany. There are no laws dictating how men are supposed to pee. I promise," it would make no difference to him. Facts are just minor inconveniences.

When I was in Germany, I learned of the great pride Germans have in their toilet facilities.  At a pub in Merienplatx, there was a sign in the ladies loo from "Die Toilettenfrau" about who to contact if there was an issue with the bathrooms. 

My friemds and I already amused by "ausfahrt" and similar words and our next favorite line was "don't mess with Die Toilettenfrau"! I mean, you were afraid to fart or make #2 because she was ready to swoop in that stall and clean it as soon as you exited.

Noelle also lives in a blended family; Suze's boyfriend also has a daughter from a previous relationship. They are young enough that they are being raised as sisters, even though Suze and her guy are actually still living in sin. 

All of this must really give the Kellers vapors, and it clearly explains why they are holding so tight onto those last two Keller sons, Nathan and David, who only travel together to IBLP headquarters or as carpenters to build TFDW's meth lab house. Both of these young men are of age now, but I have never seen them apart. Hell, the Duggar boy twins have more varied lives than the poor Keller sons. That, my fellow snarkers, is really sad.
