Don't yell at me but I feel sad for Brandi in that clip. She is desperate for affection and attention and acting like a child to get it. I think in her mind any reaction from others, whether positive or negative, is what she craves. She has to feel so alone.

What struck me as really sad is the only one to respond to her was Yolanda-not her new BFF Kim.  Certainly after all they shared Kim should be supporting her.  Brandi has earned her isolation.  I just can't imagine standing in the middle of party and screaming about my sick father and then telling the person I am trying to get sympathy and support from how much better my father is than she or her husband.  By the way I don't think he is the greatest person on earth and it just goes to her childishness to be screaming that to Lisa.

I just can't imagine standing in the middle of party and screaming about my sick father and then telling the person I am trying to get sympathy and support from how much better my father is than she or her husband.

Lisa and Ken combined! If you're anxious about your father's health, don't take it out on others. What a weird and horrible and childish thing to say. Plus, she sounded completely looped.

I can foresee the finale episode that when Kim confronts Brandi if she's been talking about her behind her back Brandi isn't going to be truthful at all and of course Kyle pops up and Brandi's gonna deflect and even walk away.  Brandi likes to start drama and then when she's about to be caught - she starts "crying"  like a child, make excuses for her behavior, and walks away (reminds me of Tamra from OC).  It only proves the point shes a 42 year old child, not a 42 year old woman.

 

Can you imagine what it would be like to have the two Drunks of Deflection going at each other?

In that preview clip, I was just waiting for Brandi to scream, "I'm going to kill myself!!!"  I bet she would go that far just to get sympathy.

I found it interesting several days before the party she is thanking Mercy Hospital for saving her father's life and at the party she is screaming to Lisa her father is dying.  To me that is a great example of her Borderline personality.  Run LvP.  There is a difference between Monty's kind of terminal and Guy or is it Bud Glanville's kind of terminal.

 

Now tonight her father is doing well.  I have no way of knowing what kind of surgery he had or what the prognosis is but I think it was a crappy thing to use as a storyline.

 I doubt Brandi's dad was in any serious danger and she knew that in Amsterdam.

 

Brandi has a problem with alcohol that LisaR has failed to address!    She is slipping in her "concern" agenda.  Come on LisaR, reach out to Brandi with your history you should recognize this and want to save her.  Oh, slap my forehead I forgot, everyone hates Brandi so why bother, it won't earn you any favor with viewers or the cast.   

 

I remain a LisaVP fan; she handled Brandi well in that clip.  She is the only one who understands to steer clear of someone on drugs or alcohol.  She is staying out of the fray with Brandi and Kim this season.  

 

I know it is hard to feel sympathy for Brandi but I do.  She is a young woman with problems who is very alone and adrift.  I just cannot hate her for that.  Disclaimer: I do not like Kim so cannot give her the same consideration.

I watched Brandi tonight and a big deal was made that she didn't drink prior to WWHL and had hardly touched her drink. Maybe she is getting the message that when she drinks it heightens her already polarizing personality.

 

Brandi is quite quick to talk about all her girlfriends-I believe she claims 13 BFFs, it is my belief she just has a hard time maintaining friends in this group of women.  Most people don't want a self-proclaimed insult comic for a friend-especially when they are the target.  Brandi also has had a boyfriend for almost her entire run of the show.  It is Brandi who claims to break up with him about every two weeks while the show is airing/filming and insists on doing all this dating for show be it a 24 year old she meets in the Red Light District, a sexy school teacher or someone Steve Harvey sets her up on air to date.

 

Brandi and her continuing effort to beg for LvP friendship and forever alienate her is now claiming Kyle renewed her friendship with LvP because she is putting her house on the market. I always remind myself Brandi's boyfriend, who she now claims is a business partner of Mauricio's must really tolerate a lot from Brandi.

Lisar did show concern for Brandi and her drinking and Brandi brought the conversation around to Kim.  Brandi is very angry that Lisar said she needed rehab.

 

 

Thanks zoesmom, I forgot about that.   I think the talk about all of her girlfriends is probably exaggerated.  A boyfriend?  Who knew!?  She has not been very clear on that one.

Brandi, who created a great deal of the divide between LvP and Kyle to begin with between Season 2 and 3 with the made up meeting to take Lisa down meeting allegation, then last season came up with the tabloid stories after Kyle and LvP were well on their way to repairing their friendship decided to come out with this recycled line.  Apparently she claims the same thing at the Reunion.  Claiming LvPis selling her home is getting dangerously close to the Bankruptcy allegation of last year.

From reading Brandi's tweets in sounds like her father had low blood pressure and he was hospitalized for the same.  She then claims he had open heart surgery at another hospital.  So maybe they were waiting for a bed or an opening in surgery to transfer him?  Or he was sent home and Brandi worried about him falling.  I agree these twitter rants do little or no good.  I also think it is pretty disgraceful that Brandi is screaming at Lisa her father is going to die and it is several days after the corrective surgery.

 

There may be a reason she delayed going to the hospital and my guess is the family didn't need her or her hysterics insulting the treatment team.

I don't but I am dying to hear yours.

You made me laugh. . . I got the joke.  Didn't Kim play the assistant defense counsel next to Tom Cruise.  If you tell her it was Demi Moore she will call you a liar or tell you "your lying".

Brandi is hung up on the semantics of whether she actually said Kim needs an intervention. Even if you beleive that's not what she said ( I do beleive it) there is no doubt that the essence of that conversation was that Kim was in BIG trouble.

It was shortly after this episode Kim stopped writing blogs.  I think it wasn't until the show aired Kim realized the deception on brandi's part.  I think the nail in Brandi's coffin as far as Kim was concerned was Jennifer on the beach describing Kim's relapse.

I could have sworn that Brandi tried to claim somewhere that Lisa was friendly with her parents prior to this season; however Lisa tells her in this upcoming episode that she'd only spent 20 seconds with the man.  

 

She's attempting to use her Dad's illness as a get out of jail free card.  I lost my father to heart disease when I was six years old, and my older siblings in their early 20's literally spent their lives at the hospital with him after he'd had open heart surgery.  There is something just completely bat shit crazy about a woman going to a party (hosted by someone she'd been absolutely despicable to in the past), two days after her father had heart surgery, and then blasting his personal business on camera, using it to get pity, and then not even being honest about the status of his health (clearly he wasn't dying at that point based on her tweets).  

 

Lisa is a smart cookie and probably caught onto this early on, but I could see Eileen doing the most succinct job of calling her out on this crap.  She just does not belong on this show.  When she brings nothing to this particular franchise, but to be a shit stirrer, its time to send her packing.

I just can't with the Brandi my father is dying.  He is dying!  Well then, why aren't you with him?  And the you didn't reach out to me to Lisa.  He's dying (Adrienne is suing me!).  I did like the way Lisa handled it.  Brandi and Kim are so alike.  They're both so exhausting.

How manipulative "My father is dying" wow, my father passed away 7 months ago, it was sudden. If I would have had a chance to be by his side in the hospital I would not be at a party. She really is a POS. Deflect deflect deflect.

Brandi isn't a 'young' woman.  She's a middle aged women with two kids, a sister, parents, a brother and supposedly 11 or 12 BFFs.  She may feel alone but that really is of her own making by alienating the people around her by crossing lines with people and talking about people.  When confronted, her response is that's the way she is and she thinks an apology will make everything 'ok' again.  She can change her life if she wants to.  First, by not expecting people to accept her the way she is when what she says and does isn't acceptable to them.  It's called growing up.  She's 42 years old.

But she's not a young woman; she's middle-aged.  Is she emotionally stunted or just stupid?  She's been going through the same thing with people in her life (just take a look at her family connections)  over and over and yet learns nothing.  Doesn't try to learn anything. 

 

And Kim - she'll be getting her AARP card soon.  I gave up on her years ago.
