Kelly says THIS is THE dress…….from their “Mother’s Day line”.

THIS is THE dress...to NOT look good in?

It's not the worst thing she's ever worn, but it sure isn't the most flattering, either.

Has Kelly lost some weight? I don't think I've ever seen her wear anything belted.

Is that a belt or just elastic?

Dresses that are tight on the chest and ribcage work for a lot of curvy women. It accentuates the ribcage, which is usually their skinniest spot. Unfortunately for me, I just look pregnant, lol.

As @BitterApple said, what are they going to call their next line of floral tiered dresses? Their "Summer Line"? And who wants to bet KJ won't wear a BSB dress on Mother's Day?

Does Gil even take her out on Mother's Day? He doesn't strike me as the romantic type. She gave birth to 19 kids. Take her out to dinner! And hopefully she has nice dresses that aren't cheap crap from BSB.

It's such a shame that these relatively good looking women like KellyJo and Michelle Duggar wasted their youth in frumpy, ugly clothes and bad hair styles. No need to look bad in public to prove that you love The Lord IMO. I don't know why they don't seem to use good taste in their wardrobe..that included tasteful maternity wear....it's out there, you just have to know where to look for it. I have found some very pretty clothing in consignment shops and thrift stores...heck my 2nd wedding bridal dress was purchased in our local thrift store for $25.00. It was a designer dress and fully beaded, etc.

Oh honey, no.  That dress is just wrong on all levels.  A V neck would suit her better.  The whole thing is too long which makes her look shorter than she is, the color (such as it is) washes her out, and that ruffle at the bottom puts a horizontal line right where you don't want one.  I think she has lost weight, but that dress doesn't show it.  And she was having a bad hair day on top of it all.

The Boutique is having yet another cash and carry this weekend. Kelly was at the shop gushing over how good the clothes looked now that they're not piled up on the floor. I'm beyond gobsmacked that it never occured to these idiots to buy racks and separate the dresses by size and color until now. Even so, there were still tons of bins left filled with clothing. Whoever is doing their ordering and inventory management is failing miserably.

Well the ordering is done by Manager Zach. In one of the videos (C&E and W&Z also have videos posted) Carlin says the items available at the C&C won’t be found at the boutique online. She said they ordered new items for the C&C. I thought the idea of holding those was to get rid of excess inventory?

Lulz! Holding items aside for the small crowd in Podunk, TN who goes to this thing as opposed to listing them on the website/Instagram where they could be seen by BSB's 223,000 followers. Great business tactic! 🙄🥴🤣

I figure that the cash and carry crap will be listed online after Saturday. Makes the locals feel speshul. 🙄

This makes no damn sense.

And she managed a clothing store. That is where W&Z met her and tried to hire her for the boutique. She had just moved from CA to I think Nashville to manage another of the chain stores.

I wonder how she feels about Zach's overpurchasing inventory.  If she managed a clothing store, she at least knows something about inventory management.  It remains to be seen whether Zach will learn something from a mere woman.

Why would this woman have accepted the job as manager if she wasn’t getting paid enough to live comfortably?

You could be right but being a manager in BSB does just not seem the kind of business to actually 'support' enployees!

Then again why would she leave a job that was supporting her to join this ship of fools!

Maybe....they are making Sooo much money they CAN afford to pay a high salary and benefits. I donno!!!

Wondering if new "manager" is keeping other job and doing this on the side.  Also maybe there are enough folks out there who like that cheap throwaway clothing.

It’s surely a mystery!

Honestly I always thought their employees were just church friends helping them out!

I never thought of them as being breadwinners in a household.

Makes me look at the whole shebang of BSB business and how they can afford their own extravagant lifestyle plus offer salary and benefits to two staff and a manager!

Things a full time employee and management position would have.  Paid holidays, vacation time, insurance benefits and 401 K programs!  😯

Kind of makes my head spin!

When W&Z met the manager (can’t remember her name) and tried to hire her, she had moved from CA where she managed a Buckle, to manage the Nashville Buckle.

They kept in touch and eventually she contacted them to let them know she had just moved to Knoxville. No explanation given as to why. But I seriously doubt she is still employed by Buckle.

Any idea on salary and benefits of a Buckle manager?

According to Glassdoor, around $71,000. According to Indeed around $50,000. According to Zippia $23 an hour. According to salary.com, The average salary for Store Operations Manager at companies like BUCKLE INC in the United States is $69,650 as of March 28, 2023, but the range typically falls between $57,450 and $89,230.

Thank you. I couldn’t find that!  I did find a list of benefits under Buckle and they have everything plus more!!!

My eyes have certainly been opened today!

I cannot believe people still "worship" and follow this family, especially Gil.  I guess if you are a man and a misogynist, he is your cup of tea.  His speech at Big Sandy is so effing wrong!  This is a man that "backs" a man in prison for child pornography and admitted to molesting his sisters!  Gil Bates says it is the WIFE'S fault if the husband strays!  WTF?  Oh, he is also okay with wife beating-claims it is the woman's fault also.  Let's not forget they also believe in abusing their children (blanket training, etc.) to ensure they stay in line and OBEY the parents, mostly the father.  He pushes that the Man is the ultimate authority over all in the family.  He really no better than Jim Bob Duggar but more dangerous as the Bates have been able to come across as being more likable and not as fanatic in that "cult".

There are several other links.  WOACB has one also.

Men like this need to have their junk removed with a rusty butter knife.  HOW they get ANY woman is beyond me.  I mean if the poverty doesn't stir your loins, you got this to look forward to!

The patriarchal stuff is a big part of what they're belief system is based on and they're not alone in that- there still is a big ole white man's club out there who aren't necessarily Fundy. But Gil supporting Josh? That is effing crazy.

That he does.  He claims it is Anna's fault!  WTF?!  It was Michelle's fault that he molested his sisters because she was his mother.  Men in this cult can get away with anything and blame the wife/mother.  They cannot assume responsibility for their own actions and decisions.  Wonder how they explain that to God?

They get the girls that were raised in this cult or on the fringes of it.  The girls/women are uneducated (they are not educated at all except in the cult teachings) and they are not allowed a thought in their head that Daddy or the husband didn't put there.
