I think if not Trump then his supporters are crazy enough to do something on Inauguration day and make it look like it's antifa or just plain Democrats doing it.  I might sound paranoid but these extreme MAGA people are unhinged.

It's been absolutely fascinating to see how Trump and his supporters often talk about January 6th. One minute it's described as a "day of love" and his supporters were just out there "fighting for what's right!" and going on about how Trump totally won that election and should've been reinstated to office.

The next Trump and his supporters are all, "It wasn't me/us/them, it was Antifa and BLM and the FBI and others secretly pretending to be MAGA and trying to make us look bac!"

So...which is it, people? You don't get to have it both ways. Both stories can't be true. Trump and his supporters had the audacity to do what they did that day, the very least they could do is own it.

(But of course, if they did that, then they may actually have to take responsiblity and be held accountable for their actions on that day! And lord knows we can't have that!)

Wow.  Periods was the one thing they did a really good job with education wise.  We got the whole scientific breakdown of what our bodies went through and a rundown of all supplies.  My ten year old self was like, well ok then.

When I was 10, my mom showed me what pads were.  I learned about tampons at school and from a book on puberty.  Mom didn’t even bring tampons up.  My son is only 6, and because he’s a boy, I’d like my husband to talk to him.  Not sure if he’ll do that.  At least we have a few more years before the talk!

They change their narrative depending on who they are trying to fire up.  If they want the "proud patriots" to get fired up they say it was a peaceful tour.  If they want the "bloodthirsty nationalists" to get fired up they say it was liberals/BLM/antifa framing MAGA.  And as I keep saying I don't know who is worse.  Those telling the lies or those believing the lies.

Interesting that the election certification was held on Monday and there were no peaceful crowds were trying to sack the Capital

Maybe George Soros isn't paying protesters anymore. 😀

HAHAHAHAHA......my grandmother told me the same thing.  She lived with us and did some of the housework, so she'd snoop in the bathroom.  I COULD NOT have tampons in the house because of that.  And pads irritate my ladyparts.

Wow, memories just came screaming back to me. I can't remember if my mom told me that or simply that you couldn't use tampons if you hadn't had sex yet. By the time I was in high school, I decided I wanted to give them a try. I actually had to hide them from my mom. I don't remember how long it took her to find them, but when she did, she sat me down and asked when I started having sex and who with.

The point is a SCOTUS majority told him no.  It might not sound like a lot but i will take it.

Exactly.  Even if he gets a proverbial slap on the wrist what is galling him is that someone else - yet another judge in a different case - is sitting in judgment of him and SCOTUS said "yep that's how things work Don".

Back in the day, Librarians were tasked with showing a film to the 5th grade girls. Mostly about what happens when they start to get their periods.  I will never forget one of the girls - big glasses and red hair.  She was a constant chatterer, always questioning who, what and why about most anything. And a whirling dervish most of the time.  Drove her teachers crazy. I had a soft spot for her - maybe it was the hair and freckles. At the end of the film we would ask if any of them had any questions. When I saw her arm fly up, my heart sank. When called on she practically shrieked "how do you make it stop" ... 😎

I had not thought about this in a while.  It still makes me laugh.

For anyone with pre-teen daughters you might try what I did.  I bought/ordered sample packs from three leading feminine hygiene product companies and put them in the bathroom cabinet.  I simply said try them out and put what you like on the grocery list when it's time. One kid didn't want tampons until college and another one used one or two pads and was they're too gross.  Who am I to tell even a teenager what makes them comfortable or uncomfortable with the lady bits?

I’m watching The Daily Show now. Seeing folks from FNC and Newsmax blame DEI  for the wildfires. You know, because women and minorities are picked over strong white guys. Billions of dollars in damage, lives lost and upended, and we can’t have unity for three straight days.

Months ago, I read a post saying that Kamala was DEI . . . Didn’t Endorse Insurrection. That stuck with me in a good way.

Oh, and I saw a few Fox people blame DEI on the decline of the NBA’s ratings. Fucking how?!?

Imagine being this insanely stupid and/or cruel and heartless. What the fuck is wrong with these people?

To those who still can't fathom why the rest of us are angryy with and despise the right, here's your answer right here. How can anyone justfiy supporting or listening to people who speak like this of others?

My sister and I were really pushing to use tampons so we could go swimming, etc.  So my mother actually called her gyn to ask if we would still be virgins if we used them.  He told her, "Mrs. M, that is not the definition of virgin" and helpfully reminded her that there had to be an opening down there or the blood wouldn't be able to exit.  We were ecstatic, ran out and bought tampons and never looked back.

I swear to hell DEI is their new demonization of everything.  Anything goes wrong it's DEI.  People out there can't fathom that a woman or POC got a job because they were qualified for the job, noooooo it's that evil socialist DEI out to destroy any jobs for white guys.

Sure there's a little more diversity in offices. That's good it means the company isn't just marketing to one faction.  Look at the executive levels of some major businesses and it get homogenized real fast.
