thuganomics85 March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 (edited) It probably won't win, but I'm still glad I got to see Hamilton in some kind of form. Jodie Foster wins supporting actress, but her dog doesn't seem impressed. Must have been a Glenn Close fan. Edited March 1, 2021 by thuganomics85 3 2 Link to comment

truthaboutluv March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 Had Olivia Colman for this one and most of the critics had Glen Close. Jodie's surprise is genuine because I don't think anyone was predicting her for this. 4 Link to comment
Avabelle March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 (edited) I haven’t even heard of this film... I must look it up. dod she thank her wife? I didn’t know she’d gotten married. Edited March 1, 2021 by Avabelle 1 Link to comment
AimingforYoko March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 Good for one of my favorites, Jodie Foster. She did a great job in an excellent film. Seek out The Mauritanian when it becomes available. 3 Link to comment
vb68 March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 Good for Jodie, but poor Glenn. Always a bridesmaid. 5 Link to comment
thuganomics85 March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 Love Christopher Meloni, but this seems like a weird time to bring back Elliot "Never met a suspect he didn't punch or physically assault" Stabler to the TV world. Gillian Anderson wins! 3 Link to comment
truthaboutluv March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 One of the most easily predicted wins of the night. Good for Gillian. Well-deserved Link to comment

mtlchick March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 The front line works love them some Elliot Stabler and I don’t blame them. Annie Murphy got hosed in being in a category like this. 1 Link to comment

truthaboutluv March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 Poor Normal People. The Queen's Gambit came and completely stole its thunder. Pre-Queen's Gambit, they were a lock for this category based on all the hype and buzz last summer. 3 Link to comment
CherryMalotte March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 YAY! The Queen's Gambit was my favorite show I've streamed during the last pandemic year - so glad to see the love it's getting. I know that these live shows are doing their best, or trying to do their best but this seems so disjointed? I am not sure if that's the word I'm looking for. Tech difficulties aside it still seems so under directed or planned. 1 Link to comment
truthaboutluv March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 (edited) Giving Actor in a Drama early. Well here come the tears... I want to stress because I know some will see this as the "well he died, so of course he wins", that Chadwick damn sure deserved this award. Edited March 1, 2021 by truthaboutluv 12 Link to comment
thuganomics85 March 1, 2021 Share March 1, 2021 Figured Chadwick Boseman was getting a post-humous award. Heard he was fantastic in that film though, so I really need to see it. 3 Link to comment
