Agree.  Temperature is his best man and first and only friend he's seen in two months.  Emily says that the day is about their spending time together and getting close.  So, instead, Emily creates fake drama in attempt to alienate him and isolate Kobe.  She could have just asked Temperature to make sure that he keeps the secret between the three of them.  It wasn't the ultimate litmus test of trust in Kobe's and Kobe's marriage-worthiness.
