Why isn't Joy in Philadelphia?
-
Yeah, but Robbie Amell was perfect when playing puppy dog Scooby in "How I Met Your Mother". I mean, almost literally, a puppy dog.

Well. Sigh. Home cooking didn't help the Giants tonight. :(

They should have called this episode "Popping and fleeking for the pilot"

Jousting is the official state sport of Maryland. :)

This convention is reminding me, frighteningly, of the Democrats in 1968. :( -

Why Grammar Matters: A Place To Discuss Matters Of Grammar
Rick Kitchen replied to candall's topic in Everything Else
I can't say this is really a grammar error, but a local news station reporter said this last night, when reporting from Philadelphia: "Philadelphia, the birthplace of democracy." Er. No. That would be Athens. -
The latest I read was that the Yankees were getting four players in the Chapman deal, including a reliever that had already been a Yankee once before. Don't know the name. The Giants have returned home. Thank Lou.

They've been hired by the city to keep out ghosts and have new equipment. They're all doing research, and Patty is listening to audio recordings of something they had recorded and she looks up and says, "Does anybody know what Zuul is?"

Current Plots Discussion: Actually Today's Episode
Rick Kitchen replied to CatLady's topic in Days Of Our Lives
Gabi had to tell Adriana that Hope is a better woman than the other women Rafe has been with. Does Adriana not know about Sami? Gabi just scarfing down lunch without reading the room was funny. I really like Jonathon McClendon. Er, no, Adriana, Bo was Hope's second husband. And Aiden is her fourth. Larry Welch and John Black were shoehorned in there. Now they've decided to go full-on crazy with Aiden, huh? Wally Kurth tweeted something about missing not working with Daniel Cosgrove any more. I don't know if that means Daniel Cosgrove is gone, or just that Wally hasn't had any scenes with him. What did the note that Eduardo found say? It went away too quickly for me to run up to the screen and read it. Hey, Show, this might be news to you, but we don't all have 60 inch HD screen TVs. -
I think, technically, it's not illegal to solicit those funds, just to take them.

Me, too, because I won't get to see Wednesday's show.

When right wingers like Jedediah talk about school choice what they're really saying is that they want the schools to have the right to choose which kids they educate.

Characters on soaps have been sterile for years and still gotten pregnant.
-
It couldn't be a who's your daddy unless Nicole sleeps with somebody else, like maybe Dario?
-
I just had a horrible thought. Corday said Nicole was going to be involved in a who's your daddy storyline, and at first I thought he meant she was going to get pregnant. But is it going to be Chloe's baby? Has she been doing the nasty with Philip?

Why do you say that?

I hate when TV contestants say their family depends on them to win. Then get a job! "I really like Rob because he can" COOK. Why was that word dubbed in? "Damiano is Italian for dictator." Well, it's his to win or lose, not yours. Suck it up or leave. God damn it, Rob is annoying! God, Tregaye is annoying. Damn, Jernard, don't kill yourself! Dammit, they just keep propping Tregaye. What will it take to get rid of her? Didn't Damiano come to America with his father? Didn't his father come to America to improve the lives of his family? So once again, Damiano's show will be to travel and taste, not to cook. And Jernard, too. No cooking? Yes, Tregaye, it can be that bad. Hm, the woman at the bar behind Tregaye was barely wearing anything. Giada's kind of wardrobe. That's what they do every year. Nothing different with this.

See, that's where we disagree. I don't see Paul that way at all.

Well it just opened in the US and I think it's been out for a while overseas.
