I, too, wondered why Hope was the only one who ended up in the hospital? Everyone was wandering around moaning and saying they did not feel well, and acting woozy, so shouldnt everyone have been checked out by a doctor? Did they think the Halo drug would just ooze out of their body & they would be fine?!

I too do not like Megan Kelly's voice or abrupt mannerisms...she comes across as "cold". But, I do like the other stories that are being reported by interesting reporters like Harry Smith and Keith Morrison, loved Harry's story about the Penguins in Antartica and climate change

On a shallow note, Rachel is a very pretty woman with lovely features, but I am Totally distracted by her overly large eyelashes! I cant concentrate on what she is saying, I am so fixated on her Huge eyelashes that look like spiders! She could compete with the Kardashian girls for crazy fake eyelashes...I dont understand the appeal. Rachel has pretty eyes, why take away from them? Even when she is out in the woods, dressed in casual gear, she has the giant eyelashes on...I wish women would not wear them.(I guess I am just old, and dont 'get" trendy make-up trends, like the gold eye glitter she was wearing on one date).

Justin Hartley Co-Hosted with Hoda Kotb this morning on the 4th hour of "TODAY". I thought he did a good job, seemed comfortable interviewing guests, self-deprecating humor, it was fun to see him in a different role. He did say the 1st episode of Season 2 would give some answers to Jack's death.

I too agree Busy Phillips was a more down to earth & fun host today than Kelly has been recently. Busy & Ryan had a nice rapport, and just like 2 friends chatting about their lives. It was enjoyable.

Observations: I know this is a soap, but really: Sonny should have a big scar on his temple, or at least a big bandage on his forehead, to reference the fact he gashed his head on the island, now he is perfectly fine?! And why didnt the Doctor in the background call for security when Sonny & Deimos were fighting?! The "Doctor" had a 'whatever" look on his face, bad acting by day actor, he could have least looked shocked. So, Chloe just suddenly changes her mind and hands over Holly?! Dont they have to go back to court and sign some official papers?! I guess more "soapy" to have a weepy scene with both "Moms". I did like seeing Nicole holding Holly, that baby actor is cute! And enjoyed Chad's scenes with Thomas, again a cute little kid who has chemistry with Billy Flynn. I know I'm watching a soap, but so many things I have to over-look :)

I believe Chelsea hugged everyone except Joy...she did not really seem to speak to her. Chelsea would Not make a good political candidate, she had a brief career with NBC, but she did not last long, she was just too 'stiff" on -air.

I could not believe the one lady answered "Calgary" for an American colony settled by English Catholics! I'm not sure why she guessed a Canadian province instead at least naming an AMERICAN colony? I think she got very flustered then.

The slicked back hair is terrible, is he trying to look like Michael Corleone in "The Godfather"? And Freddy Smith just is not very good at playing a tough guy, he seems like a kid playing pretend.

Just want to chime in and ITA about Tom Brokaw...what a grumpy old man...sheesh, I wish NBC/MSNBC would quit bringing him out as some 'expert/legend journalist"...he was good back in the day, but now, he just annoys me. I saw Dan Rather on CNN(Don Lemon's show) and he is still good at being an honest journalist.

I too am old enough to remember the Saturday Night Massacre and the beginning of the downfall of Nixon. These are the moments when I am glad I tune into Rachel...she always lays out the facts. This is scary, Trump thinks the President has "all the power"...lets hope we get an independent prosecutor/investigator.

I thought Rachel's opening segment was very interesting and made me all the more suspicious of Sect. of State Tillerson....when she told how much money the Russian Oil firm(Rosneft?) and Exxon were going to make drilling oil in the Kara Sea(off the coast of Siberia), it made me think how "convenient" that the former head of Exxon is now our Sect. of State & he can get the sanctions lifted so that the Russians(and Exxon) can re-start their drilling in the Kara Sea. As Rachel keeps pointing out, this Russia connection is all about the MONEY!

ITA....I have to FF Deimos' scenes now. Eric is so mopey, dont care about Nicole's new nosey neighbor, and yes, it would have been nice to have Arianna show up.

Judi Evans has been wonderful in her scenes lately. She is portraying her breast cancer S/L so realistically...I admit to being teary-eyed today when Adrienne admitted to Kate that she was scared, but she didnt want to show it in front of her family. Really well done scenes, kudos to Judi(Justin, Lucas, Sonny & Kate also).

I too wondered why Ciara didnt send Theo a text since all the young people in my life do everything via text. And Abby/Gabi are So obviously being portrayed as opposites....the show dresses Gabi overly sexy, tight dresses, too much cleavage(what young Mom is living her life in tight dresses? Why cant she periodically appear in sweats or yoga pants?(altho the girls did appear in work out gear for their belly-dancing :) And Abby is always shown with light make up and floaty floral-print dresses that make her look very 'twee sweet"....so Chad wants both "Sweet & Sexy"

Chuck kept pressing him, but Miller would not answer on the Flynn question...is Flynn going to be thrown under the bus regarding all this Russia involvement? I was PO'ed that MTP had ex Governor of NC on...he added nothing to the discussion. I also read that Trumputin likes the way Miller looks on Camera, as opposed to Spicer who always looks a harried mess. Trump is all about the Camera!

Toby really bugs me....everything is a joke, I realize he uses joking as a cover for his issues, but its annoying and he is stalker-ish with Kate. But my biggest beef with Toby is: we know nothing about him! Does he have a job?! He just up and left LA to go to NY and then he is in the Hospital, does he have insurance through a job? Didnt he have to take a leave of absence from a job? Does he have family?(I know we saw an Ex-wife, but we dont know much about that relationship). All Toby does is follow Kate around and bother her...I guess this is supposed to be 'romantic", but it makes him look pathetic. Is Toby living on inherited money?

Thats what I am wondering...is Megyn Kelly going to try to do her "Fox spiel" on TODAY? And then segue into the silliness of KLG&Hoda? I always felt like the 3rd&4th hours were supposed to be lighter entertainment shows with lots of giggling and fun. (Although, when I saw Megyn Kelly co-host with Kelly Ripa one morning, she was as giggly and silly as Kelly, so maybe she will be doing lots of 'cutesy" stuff on her new show?)

Anne showed up on today's show with her fabulous hair in place and calling Jennifer "Jenny"...Anne is an amusing character, and I did get a kick out of Jennifer's exasperated response to Anne working for the paper :)
