  1. I really liked the actress that plays the foster teen. I hope Jill calms down and does a good job.
  2. I thought it was a bit sad, too. I liked Johnny's suggestion that they could cut it up to make separate portraits; that would have worked. Or just crop down the sides and the bottom.
  3. I loved Raj and Penny together being gal-pals. At the end when they were wearing the same shirts, I LOL'd.
  4. I really enjoyed the Spider-Man routine - he looked like he was having fun, and the audience enjoyed it too. I often wonder how many in an audience "get" those cultural references. And for Javier Fernandez - I could watch him skate all day. Pure pleasure! It bothered me too. I really like the haircut itself - cute and edgy - but I don't know how she can skate with it flying in her face like that. ( I just flashed back to the 70s, when a top skater would have a beautiful costume and then ruin the look by putting 20 bobby pins in her hair!)
  5. "Dead Ringer" is on TCM on Wednesday, March 29, 6pm Eastern time
  6. Lola Albright - I had a girl crush on her - such a sexy voice! She was one of those actresses that was all over the place in the 50s and 60s. She was 92, so a nice long life. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/lola-albright-dead-peter-gunn-champion-actress-was-92-988635
  7. I love Leonard and Penny together. As Stuart said a couple seasons ago, they make each other a better person. As for the other, I dunno... we've known Raj for so many years, making him gay seems like a cop-out.
  8. In the Dec 12 2014 issue of Entertainment Weekly, Tracee Ellis Ross (Rainbow ) wrote a short blurb "I Saw My Hair On TV". (page 18) In it, she states she is an anesthesiologist.
  9. I love how David saved his mother in this one. These characters continue to surprise.
  10. I'll give it a chance; you never know! And IMO Sheldon is not "one note"; he's very complex.
  11. Glenn is best in small doses. His voice actually makes my skin crawl. Poor Amy; I know how hard it is to get your parents to do anything.
  12. It was nice to see Vivian again, but it's been so long that I'll bet a lot of viewers don't remember her!
  13. She said they were "rich, not wealthy" - or vice versa? Bottom line she pretty much said they had unlimited funds. I think cutting her off was punishment for her standing up to him, not for her spending too much. Greg is a saint - a STUPID saint. He should have tied a knot in Viv's tail that first night, or at least gotten Katie to talk to her about not treating Greg like a servant.
  14. I didn't see it, but it sure sounds like it.
  15. Author Amy Krouse Rosenthal, author and contributor to NPR, has died of ovarian cancer. http://jezebel.com/author-amy-krouse-rosenthal-has-died-1793223232 Several weeks ago she wrote an essay for the New York Times about her love for her husband: You May Want to Marry My Husband Have a tissue handy...
  16. I really love how David and Alexis tease their parents.
  17. That's thinking outside the box! I like it!
  18. Yeah, but Beverly flatters Sheldon; she reads his research and looks at his brain scans.
  19. I was really hoping that Amy would call out Beverly on her theories. For a second, it looked like she was going to, then she backed down, but you could tell she wanted to say something. I think Amy could easily deconstruct Beverly's theories - just like she did when she pointed out that Indiana Jones didn't affect the end plot of "Raiders of the Lost Ark".
  20. I thought Gloria accepting her vending spot down that dark hall was out of character; even a meek person would have moved their tables up to the hall entrance. Nathan Fillion is looking good, but still, his character and Haley discussing being in bed together ... ew.
  21. That yacht was amazing - I would recognize those 3 boys anywhere!

  23. I'm assuming it means "acting gay". A straight guy who acts like a stereotypical gay is acting "fey". It's not a word you hear very often.
  24. Maybe there are apartments going off to the right of the mailboxes, or on the side where the audience is.
  25. Neither fell. Hanyu outscored Chen in the presentation score 94.34 to 88.86. Chen outscored Hanyu in the technical 115.48 to 112.33. Totals Hanyu 206.67, Chen 204.34.
