The picture was originally posted in an episode thread. Someone took a screen capture from the episode. He had a hair transplant at some point that he didn't take care of or was done badly. I noticed on the recent tell all during clips from the past, he had a huge forehead. But he also had this weird looking hair config for quite a while, too.

That and she ran out of ?????'s "Will I appreciate fully all the good the year will bring as well. Will the joy within me always shine regardless."

Watching New Year's Rockin' Eve, there was a singer and another woman on there that had their hair slicked back except for 2 big chunks in the top/front. They hung down like deflated horns, just like Cody's hair. Maybe he's just trying to wear his hair in that trendy style?

I forget what he was responding to, but at one point Kody said "I used to be a polygamist" or "when I was a polygamist". May have been when he was talking about the time Janelle went to her mother's? So he's not been a polygamist for a while then?

I've had TLC running as background noise all day. Something that just occurred to me the zillionth time I've seen the commercial for "Paradise"..... Abby and Gabby are 2 bottoms, looking for a top. Sorry.....so tired from hearing about that other couple looking for a bottom.

She could do with a lesson on punctuation.

Yeah. I don't like potlucks either. *blech* Someone posted something of Tori's where she addressed that the kids health was being taken care of and we as viewers don't know piddly squat (or some such). You know we don't need to see all the oogie/scary medical procedures or endless speech/physical therapy sessions that little people have to endure as little people. This isn't the show for that!!! *eyeroll*

I notice inconsistencies like that all the time. Chairs close together or angled one direction during their circle jerks, then far apart angled a different direction then closer together, clothing inconsistencies. One thing I noticed on this episode is how much of a clone one of Robyn's daughters is. Same looks, same voice and way of speaking..... eeeek!

It opens the wrong direction as well.

Interesting things I read in the article: "The photographer and Zach, 32, tied the knot in July 2015." "the motivational speaker alleged via Instagram that his twin sons, " "“My dad is manipulating the narrative right before the season comes out,” the TLC star alleged." So there we have Tori's, Matt's and Zach's REAL occupations. 🙄

TLC is running a marathon of season 3 today. I think the new season starts on 1/14?

There are some new WATN that were filmed this year that are the ones airing currently. I remember seeing something on Lonnie's (John and Lonnie) FB page that they had filmed. I was checking out his page after I saw their episode and evidently, they didn't tell them the air date. He only found out when he saw it on the guide.

A couple of times the experts said something about psychological testing. I'm sure they all passed as certifiable nutjobs, just like every other season lately. Why isn't there anything else on to watch on Wed and Thurs???? Lord help me!

Just finished watching this week's episode. So glad they finally finished out the BRCA Gene story. Why did she even have to get the test? So freaking emotional over it for no real reason. I had to have that test before I had a total hysterectomy so they could see if my regular gyno could do the surgery or if I would need an oncologist gyno. That was extremely scary, because I never would have thought I needed that test. I was negative, so that was a relief to me for the fear the Dr put out there. The other thing I'm getting tired of seeing on all the reality shows is women going in for transvaginal ultrasounds (for testing their fertility). I had to have way too many of those done before my surgery and I can't imagine being filmed during those.

I thought he was grabbing/patting her leg (in a rather inappropriately high spot)? It made me cringe....

Capt Lee is looking really rough besides the back issue. I noticed in a couple of scenes that his hands look like he's getting arthritis in them. He just looks so much older this season. I hope that his back issue heals. It's hard to watch him this season.

I noticed on a cooking competition show recently, they used blow torches on a Baked Alaska type dessert. Back in the olden days, when we carved on stone tablets..... our only choice was broiler in the oven and hope that the ice cream didn't melt. That was most of the challenge in making a Baked Alaska. I remember my group in Home-EC class made one. It came out pretty good for a bunch of 14 year olds.

Last episode where she burnt her hand so bad, in the tender on the way back from the offshore excursion/lunch, she had no bandages or gloves on her hands and seemed to be using them both with no issues. I don't remember the status of her hands during the offshore lunch when she was scrambling to find the coolers or set up things.

I think I saw somewhere that the house fire was in 2009? If so, that's a lot of years to collect a bunch more crap.
