II think they did over dramatize it for the show. Those rolling blackouts were awful because it seemed like some people were hit more often with them than others. Some would have power for 15 minutes then out for hours instead of 15 minute outage every few hours. Then when the "rolling" became a 2+ day long time frame for some of my friends and coworkers.....they were beyond cold and stressed.

I wondered how long their power was out during Texas Snowmageddon 2021. Unless they have a fireplace in the bedroom, hiding out in the bedroom with the kids to conserve heat was a terrible idea. The other thing to keep heat in is to keep drapes or curtains closed. With a baby as young as theirs, they should have been looking to stay at a motel or with friends or family with power. They didn't seem to have an issue with feeding the baby a bottle. So it seems a bit sus. It was damn cold here in North Central Texas. Also, if their power was out for very long, they would have been worrying about frozen and busted pipes when the power came back and it warmed up (above 30*) outside. I was fortunate not to lose power but so many of my friends did and it was not pretty.

I figured that production must have given them some quantity of the ingredients they had chosen in the forage challenge to use for their specials. For the forage challenge, I remember seeing them dump out the contents of their collection jars and sort through them. Would have been more interesting forage challenge if they'd been tasked with getting 1 or 2 ingredients from each table. Then they would take the whole jar from the table and be the only one that could use that ingredient.

Is it just me or did anyone else notice the nonsense where she flipped over the razor? Before she flipped, it showed her driving and wearing a regular shoulder strap seat belt. When she was hanging upside down, it looked like a a 3? or 5? point harness. Looked like she had black, vertical straps over both shoulders and not the grey, diagonal belt. Then when she picked up the contestant for their date, they were in regular shoulder strap seat belts. I can't run it back because I was watching On Demand and I'd have to start the whole thing over at the beginning. If it was a regular shoulder strap seat belt, I don't think it would have held her so securely to the seat when she rolled it.

Do you think that if they would remember to put Lilah's glasses on her, Lilah might notice she's the only one not wearing shoes?

The mispronunciation of words aside, I've noticed that a lot of them try to use some "$5 words". They're not only mispronounced or just butchered in general, but they don't seem to know what they mean because they don't make sense in whatever they are talking about. I notice that on episodes where they're discussing business (farm, family, divorce, etc.) or trying to be philosphical. Makes things more obviously scripted because they're not typically words people would throw around in a conversation.

I recorded tonight for the option to fast forward. Read everyone's comments here and I have so many things I could add. The one thing I'll add now...... Why is Andrei driving the RV? Because he's probably the only one with any type of valid driver's license.

I was relieved to see the baby's name later in the show. Whenever they would say her name it made me think "WTH they name that poor baby? Theta Pi? Beta Max?"

When I was watching it, I had a few "who are those people" moments. I've watched every season and I didn't recognize some of the couples. Of course, they're not on any of the spin offs.

In the scenes during pumpkin season, I remember seeing her phone on a selfie stick. I was shocked that she had one. Now someone needs to show her how to extend it (if her LP arms can stretch it out like it's supposed to be used).

I missed that distraction on the attorney. I was focused on the thick black patch of mustache right below his nose.

Maybe fat wasn't the right word. Misshaped? Lumpy? It wasn't flattering.

I was just checking my DVR to see what is set to record. Deleted the HEA: More to Love set to record tonight. Then there's a 1.5 hour long HEA:First Look All Shook Up and another 30 min HEA:First Look All Shook Up (repeat) after that. Normally the First Look is just 30 minutes from the show to air on Sunday, but what is the other hour they've tacked on for tonight's?

The only TLC show she should cross over to is 600lb life.

I'm struggling through tonight's episode. Currently at Jess/Dan's final decision. All I can think is Jess has her lips so inflated to detract from her chipped front tooth. Possibly from the way she looks, squeezed into that dress, too. Not a flattering dress. Makes her look fat.

I noticed when they pulled in to park at the ice cream shop, they have a handicap hang tag. Why? **They didn't park in a handicap spot, but did park in an order pickup spot.

July 7th and July 14th will be the pre's you speak of.

I couldn't concentrate due to the Mom's eyeliner? Those huge black dots under her eyes?

I doubt Chuckie and crew would make it out of the driveway before killing each other. Hell, they weren't even out of the marina before drinks started flying!

I'm not sure if the supporting cast members (the other family members and friends) get paid to be on the show. I thought on most reality shows, just the main characters actually get paid - D, A and the 6 kids. So the other family members just get the free vacations as compensation.

This season the quints seem to be hamming it up to the camera. Nothing seems candid any more. Before, they seemed to be the only "real" thing on the rest of the drama-scripted show.

Only about 25 mins in on watching tonight's episode and it seems a snoozefest so far. The only thing that keeps popping into my head is that Cam reminds me of Mr. Bean.

Gin Gin Gin...... you do NOT drug your dog with Benadryl before taking him on a plane. Any case, that dog is TOO BIG for that carrier and appears to be bigger than the maximum for in-cabin dog travel. Leave Rocky with friends or board him for a couple of days. For the love of Dog!

That's what broke me down.... her picking up Buster. I lost one of my Dachshunds last October and it's been a rough 7 months because he was my everything.
