That "networking" event looked like a yacht girl audition not at kind of a legit career event, It was almost embarrassing to watch. She could probably make some bank as a bottle girl at one of the nightclubs.

EXACTLY with the TV and an electronics in the background of her dancing video! My heart just breaks for these young women who live in places where their best option is to mail order themselves to some asshat in the states. Best moment on this show and perhaps the entire 90 day rodeo was the narrator asking Darcy what photo she used on her profile. I was like BURN! She looks significantly older than her photo. I have a friend from HS who pulls that crap on dating sites and FB. One of her dates just threw down this napkin and said "THIS is false advertising!" and stormed out of their date. Hopefully Darcy has some $$$ to get herself a hotel room somewhere if things go South.

I think that cell,phones give parents and teens a false sense of security. I worked on a college campus for a bit. There was an app where if you became uncomfortable while walking around campus alone at night you could tap something on the app that would transmit your location and summon the police. Um. The app isn't going to put up the bat signal or call Superman. By the time that you could overcome the shock of being attacked and fumble around to open the app you could be in a trunk or dragged into the bushes already.

He has resting bitch face! On another note. Why all of this positioning to move into and/or take over the farm. Isn't the families primary source of income the show? If the show fails then the farm would be a disaster. Jer and Auj require a fairly good income to underwrite all of their traveling. I don't see how they could do it as the two of them on screen do not provide riveting television. But people watch that snoozefest about the Duggars so who knows.

There is a lot of research indicating that overweight people are less likely to be hired for jobs, make less money than their thinner peers, are thought of as less intelligent, etc. It's real. Your looks shouldn't matter unless you are a model or an actress.

That is hysterical. Maybe a ew reality show could be taking a millennial with a delusional career goal and taking them through the education, effort, realities of the job, etc. I have an intern who works for me in the summer. She is graduating with a degree in sports management. My company is sponsoring a high profile sporting event and I am meeting with the event team on a regular basis. I told intern girl that this is a great opportunity for her to network and see the inner workings of the job. Her response was that she googled the company and their headquarters are in another state (not correct they have offices and employees all over the country) so she doesn't see any value in participating but would love to go to the event in the VIP section! And she's applying for a management job with the Red Sox. Updates to follow...

My DVR just picked up Season 18 Episode 2 "A Soldier's Wife". I can't find a thread for it. But that soldier husband Skyler is full of it. I haven't seen such a bad acting job since I watched Sophia Coppola in The Godfather. The wife was adorable but seemed to have huge Daddy issues and be very clingy. Just because a woman is pretty and sweet doesn't mean that some creep of a husband or boyfriend wouldn't do them harm.
