What a day. After all that I have to remind myself that I’m born and bred a Packers fan even tho I’ve lived in LA (NOT L.A.), MN (🤮) and now KC. I’m like 7 miles as the crow flies from Arrowhead, I can get the fireworks and the flyovers from my porch. Whoever commented on the flyover earlier cracked me up because I heard them all morning and also knew they were “early” based on the TV coverage of the national anthem vs. the engine over my house. I know when the Chiefs (and Royals) score before it comes on the TV because I can hear the blasts (when we can’t actually be at a game). I’m pissed because I made chili and corn bread and was too sick with nerves to eat any of it. I’m happy because Mahomes is a kid and the heart of this team. I love him!! My kid loves him!! My kids had Hosmer hair until 1 month ago. He finally let the hair girl cut off his rat tail. I’m praying he is gonna catch on to Mahomes hair and let me give him a home perm (I know Mahomes does not have a perm). Until then I’m gonna ride out this god awful cold weather and look to the draft. Oh and maybe winning some money in a prop bet board.

I’m with you @Madding crowd . I just watched the episode and could not believe it. Furthermore allowing your teens to be with their bf/gf and the door closed? Oh hell no! Is that really a thing these days? 25 years ago when I was in high school it completely was not. Sure we still found ways to make out, but not on my bed (unless my parents weren’t home lol). I wanted to mouth smack Mae and China. Wow!

You can purchase frozen blueberries (or canned blueberry pie filling) and frozen or fresh pie crust year round at any grocery store. It didn’t have to be an ordeal. If he needed a blueberry pie THAT BAD he could have made one easily. Heck, if it was THAT important and all the grocery stores between Philly and Alpine were already closed for the holiday he could have got some Hostess blueberry pies at a gas station and made a new memory out of it. Not ideal, but if it came down to it, that’s probably what I would do and make light of it with my family, giving us something to chuckle about in the future. You just have to make do sometimes!

Oh shit @Christina87! The reason I didn’t reference Brianna in my original post was because I completely forgot she was in this show. I stopped watching after the season she joined the cast, so she doesn’t even enter my mind lol! But you and @Scarlett45 are 100% correct about her. At least one of her girls will likely follow her path, too, which is sad. Hopefully at least one of them breaks free of the coven but I’m not holding my breath.

Is this true? That Sophia was really participating in this sex lesson? I mean, even if someone was typing on her behalf, that’s still disturbing that you would want to portray your 10 year old daughters involvement. I’m sure dead daddy Derek is proud of your sex talks? Do what now? I also don’t perceive Farrah as some sex guru, either. In fact, I find her to be quite the opposite. She has never been in a healthy sexual relationship from what I can gather. And when was the last time she even had sex that wasn’t contracted and paid for? I thinks she is A LOT of talk and not a lot of substance when it comes to her self proclaimed “sexpertise.” But I guess that’s all part of the game, and she’s getting a check because clearly there is some sort of market out there for her. Agree! And I’d also add that the “originals” are all at least a little bit stunted due to their exposure from age 16 to present. Yes, some of them have shown some growth, but none of them ever had to forge their own path with any grit or determination. They’ve never had to “fight” or compete for a job or anything really. They’re all dependent on men, none have ever been alone or independent for any significant period of time. Kail is the only one who pursued post secondary education, and even that was questionable (bringing your kids to college classes with you? Um, no). So yah, they put those claws up at the slightest perceived “threat” to their bread and butter. When sadly, they’re all replaceable and none of them is doing anything remarkable. Imagine if something were to happen to Jeremy? Leah would be fucked without those child support checks. Sure, Addie would be his beneficiary, but how far will that go? Same for Chelsea. Can you imagine if Cole died unexpectedly? God forbid, and of course I’m not wishing any of this on any of them, I’m just pointing out that I still don’t think any of them thinks in realistic or mature terms. Chelsea would be right back on Randy’s teet. I’m sure she is set financially to take care of herself and her brood, but emotionally and mentally? Not so much. Sorry to ramble on! Bottom line, the originals feel the need to differentiate themselves from the interlopers because at the end of the day they’re all one network decision away from being cutoff and tossed back into gen pop with the rest of us common folk.

As for if Javi pays child support or not, I’m guessing Lincoln is on his Tri-Care (the whole entire reason for his existence). So whether he pays support or not, he is also not a deadbeat.

WTF is up with Rachel’s hair? It’s so bad I kept getting distracted from the story every time she came on. SO BAD. It’s also always bothered me that Grace does not look biologically related to either of her parents in this show. And I’ve felt this way since day 1, but even more now that they cast the son who does look like Danny. Will & Grace. Heh.

I’m pretty certain Vee does makeup, doesn’t sell it. I mean I’m guessing she has products she could sell her clients, much like a hair stylist, but she does not have her name slapped on makeup as far as I know. Let’s also not forget that no matter what Javi, Jo, and Vee are doing for work, they’ve all lived a lot more modestly than Kail. Ahem, Jo’s “starter home.” Which appears to be a quite nice home that they did some interior work on and probably are gaining equity unlike Kail who went all in on Javi’s VA guaranty (0 down), and is now looking at “custom his and hers en suite.” TL / DR If Javi re-enlisted, he could be transferred.

I can’t deny that Javi appears to love the camera, but at the same time we don’t know if things would be different if he had been able to pursue the career in law enforcement. So she can take several seats on that one, she is the reason he can’t get the civilian job he (supposedly) wanted. I still don’t see how Jo took advantage, either. All she has ever done until recently is trash him on TV. If I understand correctly, not him and Vee are licensed real estate agents, as well as Vee having her make up business. How did TM contribute to either of those professions? If anyone isn’t “self made,” it’s YOU , Kail. Popped out 3 babies just to remain relevant on a show about teen moms. 🤔

They can’t even be bothered to go out to a store to go shopping for a mirror. They have nothing but time ALL DAY LONG, yet they have to shop online. And this is coming from someone (me) who is an Amazon Prime whore, does grocery delivery (sometimes pick up) and Target pick up religiously. But I am also a single mom (truly single, there is no dad or co-parent and my parents live 400 miles away) working 40+ hours / week. Online shopping is my god send. But for these fools? It just irritates me that he thinks he’s so clever with his “winning 2-0.” Shut the F up you oversized mouth breather.
