I think the point is that if it's not the same people seeing the routines year after year, they won't know the routines are the same year after year.

You're right, that part doesn't make sense, but since the show doesn't make sense, I'm going with punishment for Calista not wanting to be with him.

When Ivy told Liam that not everything's about him, I actually said out loud "except it is." If it weren't, why did she include "stealing Liam" as one of Steffy's many sins. Liam saying it's all about him should have been answered with "No, it's all about Aly; it's not Steffy's fault that you're a human waffle." I don't like Steffy not respecting other people's relationships, but of course no man can resist her cha cha cha.

As they were cutting her, I think Kelli said they were impressed with her solo, and her issue now is that she can't seem to get their dance style.

The way I interpreted the scene, Caroline was awake (she may have looked passed out because the room was so dark, but I saw her blinking), she kissed Thomas back, she didn't resist, she didn't say no, and Thomas was impaired as well. Also, Thomas' horrified reaction to Caroline having taken pills tells me that he had no idea he was violating her.

Good point. It's a shame; Taylor is an MD, Brooke is a chemist, they started off really promising but just evolved into busybodies who have nothing else going on in their lives except for who they are sleeping with.

Awwww, I'm glad you found something that works! If my colorist (is that a word?) ever leaves, I am majorly screwed! Anyway...I actually do think Madeline's makeover was a big improvement. I'm surprised with how black her hair was that a lighter dye "took" at all. When she was outside crying after getting cut, I noticed Holly made an "awww" kind of face, it looked like she was genuinely sad for her. Speaking of Holly, I guess her "stockiness" wasn't a big enough deal to make it a thing for show purposes. Simone injured her shoulder, what was with Kelli's comment "you're dancing with one arm." Of course she was told to take it easy or else she might tear it. I'm glad she mentioned getting a cortisone shot, because I was wondering why she was wearing a band aid for tendinitis! Rose was quite mature in her exit and she genuinely surprised me. Now I have to wonder if she wasn't being asked some leading questions that made her appear to be more full of herself than she actually is.

From what I remember, she was scared to death to tell Chris, for fear he'd no longer be interested in her. Mackenzie is the one who gushed about how this will make Chris more interested in Ashley, even saying she wishes she could be a virgin too. Poor Kale :(

Not to sound like a broken record, but I will be happy if this couple goes away, but as far as "for what?", my opinion is that these writers (in fact IMO soap writers) have a hell of a time writing for a happy couple. I know, they view happy couples as "dull", but I wish they had the ability to write some sort of drama that has nothing to do with a relationship. I see soooo many people clamoring for more business stories, and I couldn't agree more, it would be perfect for a story of conflict outside of romance. Because the writers didn't know it yet ;-)

When I started to watch, I irrationally hated Phil. I gradually warmed up to him, but that episode where he wore the tight suit that he was told made him look like a "Mumford & Son" made him my favorite. And I never looked back :) Very VERY close #2 is Lily. That's my dog's name, and this is exactly how she'd behave if she were human.

Ashley took to Twitter to gripe that the part where Jared went to Ashley with a positive reaction toward the letter was edited out. She mentioned that it DID appear to make no sense why she would give him the rose, but it would if we actually saw everything. At least that's the story she's sticking to.

I have a feeling we'll be seeing lots of huge purses, pillows, and floral arrangements :)

To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if it were the plan. I think it's quite obvious to all of us that they've run out of story to tell (evidenced by all the back peddling as well as out & out ridiculous scenarios), and perhaps they just wanted to go out before the writing became even more ridiculous. Yet if I'm wrong and a Netflix or Amazon Prime picks this up, I'm sure I'd still watch. Yes, it's a mess, but I can't help but like it.

Gotta say...I'm sad :'(

Parenthood. I have never seen a show where every single character is intolerable. OK...not only is Jabbar tolerable, but speaking as one who is not a "kid person", if all kids were like Jabbar I'd have a dozen of them.

Woman in labor scenes always go as follows: "PUSH!!!"..."I...CAAAAAN'T!!!!"...."One more, you're doing GREAT!"..."AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"....."WAHHH!!!!!" where the "WAHHHH" is coming from a perfectly clean 6 month old newborn.

Late to Six Feet Under (caught it on Amazon Prime). My UO is that not only was the finale not the greatest finale that ever finaled, it was just so-so. I thought the last 10 min was pretty touching, but it didn't make up for how dull the rest of the episode was.

I haven't watched in about 2 weeks. Did they play that Stealers Wheel song as the deed was being done? ;-)
