  1. The Eagles were the 5th army.
  2. I can't rank Agents of SHIELD ahead of Arrow either. I also can't rate Arrow ahead of The Flash.
  3. Agents of SHIELD definitely turned a corner late in season 1. They were killing time till Winter Soldier was released, after that, they got to kick it in gear. This season they haven't had to kill time. Now it's on a long break, so we can watch Peggy Carter kick some major ass. Still hoping Emily Van Camp reprises her role as Sharon for a spot or few in the show, along with Rumlow showing up.
  4. Don't forget Rumlow is still out there, waiting to pop up in Civil War.
  5. Of course it kicked ass, it had Smaug, who they just nailed to perfection, and Bard. One good thing about stretching it into 3 movies, was giving Bard a backstory, and they made him a badass beyond compare.
  6. I think Ra's is playing Oliver. He had Nyssa and Maseo up there so they could resurrect Oliver, and show Oliver he has friends in the League. That entire time, they never let it be known to Oliver they're doing this under Ra's' orders. Ra's knows Oliver didn't kill Sara, but he still had to kill Oliver, due to the challenge and Oliver showing disrespect to the League and Ra's by not telling them who killed Sara. It's not so much that he cares about Sara, but he sees it that the guilty party has completely slapped the League in the face, with their disrespect of the League, Nyssa, and Ra's. He has some respect for Oliver, or else he would have killed him quickly, and not praised him, and prayed for him. He knows Oliver is covering for someone, so he sees that Oliver has honor in that he'll fight to protect somebody, and be willing to forfeit his life. In the eyes of Ra's the guilty party, has no honor, the guilty party is sending Oliver to his death. That's a complete lack of respect for the League, Nyssa, and Ra's, so Ra's wants the guilty party to burn. Also during the fight when Oliver got his shot in, Nyssa starts to come forward like she was going to say something. I think they showed us that, because they're going with it's a plan from Ra's, Nyssa, Maseo, and the rest of League to find out who killed Sara. I don't want Flashpoint, because they can't do it justice with only a few characters. It also can't be minor changes, Flashpoint made the world a vision of Hell that Dante would cry at.
  7. His mother gave it to him so he'd remember his promise to come back.
  8. And part of his wish was for a smoking hot badass blond woman who he had history with to spread his ashes in Lisbon.
  9. I found it the best of the trilogy, but still not up to the Lord of the Rings. Also, really we get that damn love story that goes on forever, but we only got like 3 seconds of Beorn?
  10. Of course Neal faked his death. And Diana's going to DC, so the whole team is split up. The best things about the episode were Mozzie telling Peter to call him Teddy Winters, and Mozzie giving El and Peter his bear for their son.
  11. I can't help but like Kate Middleton. It's not just because she's gorgeous, but whenever they show her, she always seems to be enjoying everything. The look she had after her "supervisor" said something to her was great. Jon has went overboard with the wrestling references the past 2 weeks. There's Foley, last week he mentioned Roman Reigns, The Usos, Bray Wyatt, Bob Backlund, and Bruno, and also tonight during the William and Kate segment he said "I'm afraid I've got some bad news", complete with a decent impersonation. "I'm afraid I've got some bad news" is the catchprase of Bad News Barrett.
  12. Oh no, Peter's top priority has to be his son, the Interpol agent was killed, and Neal is bringing in Peter for the job. Crap, Neal's plan is going to involve Peter faking his death also, so that Peter, Elizabeth, Neal, and Mozzie can all live with a bunch of money and not worry about the Panthers. Pull up White Collar, pull up. You don't want to pull a How I Met Your Mother.
  13. ARGUS agent: "It's just like you thought, Maseo has went to work for someone else." Waller: "We're hitting Maseo and his team, you don't leave ARGUS alive and you don't take one of our agents. Tell me about this group he's working for." Agent: "I think they're called The League of Assassins." Waller: "Stop right there. The League of Assassins, the group led by Ra's al Ghul?" Agent: "I guess so." Waller: "Everyone the mission's off. Maseo is not to be touched." Agent: "Why not? Who's this Ra's al Ghul guy?" Waller: "Trust me you don't want to be on his bad side. Remember the nut in Gotham?" Agent: "Yeah, Frank still has some broken ribs, and James refuses to go anywhere dark." Waller: "Well, our intelligence tells us that when he fights Ra's it's pretty much a tie. And that's only because Ra's goes easy on him sometimes, due to Talia being in love with him, and Ra's wants him to take over." Agent: "Oh so I shouldn't have kicked one of them in the groin?" Waller: "Get him out of here now!"
  14. As was Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, I know that wasn't on the list of favorites, but it was a fantastic movie and for crying out loud stop screwing over Serkis and his motion capture work.
  15. And yet Andy Serkis got shut out for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Come on Golden Globes and Oscars, give the man what he deserves.
  16. Guys, let's think about this, the national anthem may win an Oscar this year. That is awesome.
  17. He's older than 78 in this continuity. He mentioned it's been 67 years since someone challenged him, and he said that the first life he took at 11 was the first of thousands. So it's established that Ra's has been around for a very long time in Arrow.
  18. He didn't see his true love though, there was not one shot of the salmon ladder.
  19. I'm glad they didn't go with Oliver beating Ra's. Batman can barely beat Ra's, and he's been training his whole life. With his training, Oliver didn't even come close to standing a chance. I'm glad that they went that way, and had Ra's thoroughly stomp Oliver. Oliver lasted for awhile, but it was obvious they wrote it as Ra's was toying with Oliver. Good thing for Oliver, that Nyssa and Maseo were there. They can now find Oliver's body, toss him into a Lazarus Pit, and bring him back. Nyssa wants to know who really killed Sara, and Maseo won't let his friend go out like that. I'd like to think that's why Ra's was holding back, and invited those 2, he wants Oliver brought back to life so he can find the true killer. Laurel is really horrible at keeping secrets. The only one she won't tell that Sara's dead is her father, she has no problem telling Ted Grant, Thea, or her mother, but when it comes to Quentin, she won't tell him. With the way they've written her, once she becomes the Black Canary she'll be telling villains about her sister's death, but also telling them "Don't tell my father Quentin Lance." Now I've got mention something shallow. This is a show that has had Emily Bett Rickards, Katie Cassidy, Celina Jade, and Caity Lotz, so there's been no shortage of beautiful women. That being said Katrina Law as Nyssa blows them all out of the water, and that's saying something. She's just freaking stunning.
  20. There were 2 great reaction shots in this episode. The first being Jon's reaction to the guy having his food shoved up his ass, not the puking reaction, the complete disbelief look on his face. Hell, it was my reaction when it was mentioned. The second being Jordan's reaction to the Atheist guy bringing up genocide.
  21. So Dean is attacked, and is about to be killed by a group of rapists, and someone else who was willing to sell a girl into rape, and we're supposed to feel bad for them? They were going to kill Dean, the way I see it it's defense. Smart move by Cas and Sam there, leave Dean alone in the house with that group.
  22. My guess is that it's a future Thawne, and that's why he didn't kill Eddie. For some reason he and Wells are working together.
  23. Well, I was wrong about Wells. Tonight begins Eddie's love of The Flash. Iris you're not going to be able to top The Flash for Eddie's love. The second Flash that was there that night is going to be a time-traveling Barry. They're going full on Flashpoint, except Barry wasn't able to stop the murder this time. The only other possibility is Jay Garrick, but I don't know if they'll bring in Jay.
  24. Jon should have shown the ACORN controversy and how Fox loves James O'Keefe, as response to their shots at Jon's error. I bet that first segment made Jon sick. We were knowingly giving Social Security to Nazis. Props once again have to go to Jordan Klepper for making his part of that segment be hilarious. If he's still on the show when Jon retires, the show's got to go to him or Jessica Williams.
  25. That's the king of them all. Superman 2 - Superman crushes Zod's hand. Man of Steel - Superman flies for the first time. Guardians of the Galaxy -, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - Indy, his father, Marcus and Sallah ride off into the sunset at the end with the Indy theme playing. Back to the Future - George finally stands up to Biff with "No Biff. You leave her alone." and winds up knocking out Biff with one punch, and later on when he kisses Lorraine.
