  1. Maybe just maybe, he's a . He's came back in time to try to get Barry on the path to being The Flash and prevent his death somehow.
  2. I really enjoyed that. Nice to see DC can actually still have some fun. Nice shoutout to a future villain with Grodd escaping.
  3. They could rename the show Oswald or Cobblepot or Penguin, and I wouldn't mind one bit. He is carrying this show, and that's saying something because Gordon, Bullock, and Falcone are all bringing it. This is Robin Lord Taylor's show. There's really nothing I hate in this show. So far so good, but like I said this is Oswald's show.
  4. Leonard: Howard, this is big science. You could be the engineer that builds the equipment that puts on the cover of magazines. Howard: I could also be the engineer who builds the crossbow that kills Sheldon. Raj: Still might get on a magazine. Raj: Well, I'm a Hindu. My religion teaches that if we suffer in this life we are rewarded in the next. Three months at the North Pole with Sheldon and I'm reborn as a well hung billionaire with wings.
  5. That's what happened, Morgan's magical Disney princess kiss theory was correct. As for shows I've given up on. I gave up on 24 after they killed Curtis and Jack's relatives were villains. I gave up on Bones after season 6, I had just gotten bored with it and Sweets was really the only character I hadn't gotten bored with, hell he was the reason I stuck with it in season 6. I never gave up on Alias, despite them bringing Vaughn back, while Will and Weiss were gone. Screw Vaughn, I would have preferred Weiss or Will to come back for good.
  6. Take my advice, see it. Seriously Days of Future Past wasn't just the best X-Men movie, it was the best non-Marvel produced Marvel movie. And to the shock of nobody Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan, Michael Fassbender, and James McAvoy continue to be perfect in their roles. Also I've got to mention it, there is one specific scene that is right up there with the best scenes in a superhero movie. I have no problems with other variations not following comic canon, sometimes I'd prefer it as opposed to doing something stupid because of comic canon, Amazing Spider-Man 2 I'm looking in your direction. All I ask is that they get the basics of the character right, such as Jonathan Kent in no way should be a douche, Man of Steel I'm looking in your direction.
  7. Yeah he's low level, but he uses everything he has as Fish's trusted servant to make it seem like he's higher up, he possibly makes it seem like Fish ordered the hit. He also did tell Gordon that he was clever. He's played Falcone and Fish against each other, and tried to get in Gordon's good graces. He's more cunning and smarter than the show's leading on. He acts weak and pathetic to keep everyone's guard down. I don't think he pulled the trigger. The necklace was a replica. I got the impression that Fish doesn't know who really killed the Waynes, Falcone has admitted he doesn't know.
  8. The Joker has always been extremely popular, but after The Dark Knight his popularity skyrocketed. I think we could see the same thing with Penguin, obviously not on Joker's level. Oswald's been the "breakout character" of the show (as much as one can be on a show that traces it's beginnings back 75 years), he's been the one that people look forward to the most, granted it's only been 2 episodes. Thanks to this show I can see an increase in Penguin merchandise, and with his popularity getting an even bigger role on the show, and in the comics. That being said, he's my number 1 choice as to who ordered the hit on the Waynes. I say he did it because he wants to start a war. He wants Fish, Falcone, and every other crime syndicate in Gotham to fight, while he bides his time, kills Fish, and ultimately takes over as Gotham's new crime lord. He fed the information to MCU about Poison Ivy's dad being set up, he told Falcone what Fish had said, and when Gordon was going to kill him, he told Gordon that a war was coming, and that he could help Gordon. Every move he's made has been to get himself in power, and it all started with ordering the hit on the Waynes, because he knew that would kickstart a war.
  9. Robin Lord-Taylor is fantastic. And yeah Oswald is right now my top pick as to who ordered the hit on the Waynes. Nigma in a short scene continued to be creepy. So props go to that actor as well. Through 2 episodes I really can't find anything wrong.
  10. Something tells me that wasn't the first time Oswald had fed MCU information. My guess is he's always fed them correct info, so Montoya believes him. I think he's playing the cops, Falcone, and Fish to get power. Oswald's rise to power will be a big story this season. As for going to Barbara, it was to give her a heads up.
  11. I don't think Black Mask or his father pulled the trigger. I think the one who ordered the Waynes killed was either Oswald or Black Mask's father. Granted we haven't even met the Sionis family, or know if they'll be in this show, but part of me thinks Sionis' father could be the one who ordered the hit. The black mask and shiny shoes would be something he could have ordered for the hitman to wear. And in this canon, they could say Black Mask became Black Mask because his father started it and he took up the mantle. The killer will probably be some low level thug who can keep his mouth shut. The order came down from someone who hates Thomas and Martha but not Bruce, because otherwise the killer would have tried to kill Bruce. I think Cobblepot will let it be known to Falcone/Fish/Bullock that he's still alive at the end of the season. He'll lurk in the shadows, causing havoc, killing people, and positioning himself for power, before letting it be known he's still alive, by killing Fish and taking control of Gotham. Gordon won't be completely screwed, because there will be fear that Gordon is under Cobblepot's protection, since he didn't kill him.
  12. Since the pilot was saying that someone ordered the hit on the Waynes, my guess is it's either Oswald or Roman Sionis' father. Oswald so he can start a war between the crime groups and take control ousting Fish in the process, and because he hates the Waynes. Sionis' father because he hates the Waynes, and the whole thing about the killer wearing a black mask and shiny shoes. That could definitely be how they bring in Black Mask.
  13. I didn't mind that. With that riddle, Nigma wasn't going all out. Now he sees that Gordon is smarter than the other detectives, so he thinks he could be a worthy foe to bounce riddles off of. Of course Gordon's not as smart as Batman, but they should make Gordon smart. I liked the pilot. I thought Ben McKenzie did a fantastic job as Gordon. I really liked Nigma and Osawld, they were perfectly creepy. And the conspiracy behind the hit on the Waynes could really make for some good television. I also like that they're going with the continuity that Gordon is part of the reason Bruce becomes Batman. He's the detective that doesn't see young Bruce as a rich kid that's going to be perfectly fine because he has money. He sees him as a kid that saw his parents murdered, and tries to comfort him when the other cops don't give a crap.
  14. Fitz is broken and Simmons is gone? You go to Hell Ward, you go to Hell and you die. That damn bastard. And they better not do a redemption arc for Ward, since he now feels bad and tried to kill himself. I figured something had to be up because of Skye and Triplett, but Simmons being gone is just all kinds of wrong. She better be back soon.
  15. Sheldon: You shot your spit in my mouth! Howard: Is that going to be on the test, because I don't think I can do that again.
  16. That's what happens when you go to a prevent defense. Allow a QB like Manning to complete short passes, and decide not to be aggressive, and Manning will come through. Of course Denver saw what happens when you don't put someone as a spy on a QB like Russell Wilson. You don't have anyone watching him, and he's going to tear you up with his legs. There's no need to worry about the Niners guys. They were 1-2 last year, so it's nothing to worry about.
  17. I'm still trying to figure out how Summer is the villain and we're supposed to like Nattie. Every bad thing we've seen Summer do or heard her say was in response to the others (especially Nattie) talking shit about her. Hell in this episode, Nattie started right in with Summer before Summer even said anything at the gym. And then there was the car with Nattie taking shots at Summer bringing up "the injury" (let's not even get into that timeframe from that episode which jumped from December to January to late January back to December), and saying that Summer and Rosa's live events were horrible. Summer fired back, and Nattie gets pissed. On this show they've certainly made it look like Nattie can talk crap about people and say whatever she wants about them, but the second they fire back, that's just wrong.
  18. He isn't doing that. He's throwing all his personal documents into a fire, and is in the process of changing his name to Miguel Sanchez.
  19. Great evisceration of the NFL by Jon. I would have loved if he showed a clip of Stephen A Smith, his only response could have been "You are kidding me." Because the game is still awesome, and not every player is a douchestain. Not every player beats their significant other, abuse their children, threaten to kill someone, drive drunk and kill someone, or text pictures of their penis to women who don't want them.
  20. Gotta post this, since Amell posted it on Facebook "Hey WWE: How do I host Monday Night Raw? I'll wrestle and everything. #AmellGetsRaw" Come on WWE, make it happen. Get Edge to make an appearance, have Christian make his Raw return, and DDP shows up and it's a Wrestlemania 6 reunion.
  21. I don't know if the Russos will have any involvements, but they put it out there about Castle. We know Marvel has his film rights back, so perhaps Marvel puts him in an episode. As for why they can't find someone that good, because those guys are working on Arrow.
  22. I expect Agent 13 to make at the very least 1 appearance, Rumlow will show up, and with the possible joke made by the Russo brothers, a certain character that likes to wear a skull shirt.
  23. His career downfall started because Mike Shanahan wanted to win a playoff game. There was no reason for RGIII to be playing that playoff game, but of course the future of RGIII and the Redskins was sacrificed. And it was only made worse by that horrible field. Last year did him no favors, he obviously wasn't at 100% and the season was a loss for Washington, so he should have been shut down in week 9 at the latest. Guy's career is massively hurt because they had to mortgage the future to try to win 1 freaking game. And it's worse since Washington mortgaged the future to get him.
  24. The big reason it's done so well, is that it's just a pure fun superhero movie. That's what should be taken away from it, hopefully Warner takes from that. People want fun in superhero media.
