I just realized that I wouldn't mind Roy having a scene with the n00bs. Provided it went along these lines. A n00b tries to bond and Roy shoots them down. I gave up my life for Oliver. Gladly, because I realized the influence he had on my life and the lives of SC's residents. Which one are you again, the rat, the enemy fraternizer or the Lonely Hearts Club card holder? I interpreted it as confirmation of the scene from the SDCC sizzle reel in which Felicity calls for Oliver is a dream.

As I'm interested in Roy's progression, I'd be fine with that. CH is not the strongest actor however and he needs someone good and who he has chemisrty with to play off of.

So, possibly Roy as GA with Konomi Rhodes? Maybe he shoots her in the leg for old times' sake.

I find Fallon intolerable because he’s such an ass kisser. Most hosts flatter their guests, but he takes it to a whole new level. I gained appreciation for Kimmel when he was dealing with his son’s health issues and spoke eloquently and from the heart about a huge problem.

But the wording is making me suspicious and it's not impossible considering all the three assholes are living free in SC and I'm still thinking Roy is the new GA. On the other hand, it would also make sense for Felicity to have contacted him if we think about how firm she was about protecting the city being their mission, not just Oliver's. She sure as hell has more reason to trust him than those three. And Dig could offer tactical help when he can. I presume his ARGUS job means he can't focus solely on SC. This could be a good scenario and reason for Roy not to be with Thea. So odds are good I'm off base.

If season 2 can open with Byrnes’ grisly death, I’ll be pleased as punch. The mystery can then maybe be prominent folk being taken out this time. Otherwise, I doubt anyone would care much about it. Maybe include the papers into the investigation in some way so there’s a reason to revisit Cyrus’ niece. Definitely Joseph in some capacity, maybe struggling to adjust to life off the streets. And John growing greyer by the day because of the struggle. I’d also want some clarification about his brother’s death and any explanation about his relationship with his father. And yes, I definitely want to see his and Sara’s relationship evolve. The moment I think she actually showed most interest was when he was holding Joseph. I think that’s when her guard came down a bit. I’m interested in her private life as well as her professional life. Has she been keeping herself mostly apart before teamin up? We’ve only seen her with her old college friends (which didn’t look like a regular occasion for her, and definitely not one she enjoyed) and her maid outside of work. Is there or isn’t there more to her world? If Laszlo kept evolving as a person, that would be great. Giving John the ring he intended for Mary was wonderfully open and optimistic in the face of his loss. He’s also willing to learn as the first season ends, so I’m interested to see how long that extends into the second season.

This seemed problematic since the trailer came out. So it’s not any better in the movie? One thing I thought looked interesting is that the trailer gave me the impression that Sierra develops a friendship with the mean girl. Did that come to fruition? Finished The Alienist. I think I’ll have heartburn for days from the stress.

I’m six episodes into The Alienist and I’m liking it more as it goes on. It’s absolutely horrifying and I’m woman enough to admit I raise a hand before the screen when a new body shows up, but the case is getting interesting and I like all the actors basically. And I have a tendre for Sara and John. If it’s hopeless, don’t tell me. I love how together, yet not unaffected she is, and how he’s basically just such a good, compassionate dude under whatever issues he has because of his family and broken engagement. I wouldn’t go as far as saying I like Laszlo, but he’s definitely interesting.

I've found photos taken at funerals of family members as recently as 15 years ago. Open caskets included. They were horrifying, but at least weren't in an album, but in envelopes. They went out, because I really don't want a memento of those relatives dead or take attendance of funeral attendants.

It's not even that he's too old IMO, it's that he's had issues with recovering from injuries multiple times now. I couldn't help but flinch at the video or gif someone posted of him practicing for it or posting psych out footage. My instant reaction was that couldn't be good for his knees.
