  1. Here is a link to sneak peak of episode 6. It shows quite a bit more than our current promo--it's German, but not dubbed. Just a warning, it's definitely a clip and not a promo.
  2. Morgan may not like killing people, but he's killing off some ratings.
  3. Thanks, you guys! I keep forgetting about Battlestar Galactica (don't tell Dwight), but I loved the Portlandia skit about binge-watching it. I also never watched Fringe, so those two or a X-Files re-watch are great ideas. I have never even heard of Space Above and Beyond-how intriguing. I would like to watch Sherlock, but I am trying to wait until they're done before I start. Very few episodes and long waits between seasons is stressful. The rumblings of what happened at the end of Dexter has kept me away from that one so far. If anyone ever creates anything like Slings and Arrows, they can have all of my money! Spoon!
  4. OK, ya'll. Can anyone suggest a TV show for me to binge or get caught-up on? Here's my CV: Shows I LOVE: Slings and Arrows, AD, Parks and Rec, Nu-Who, BB, IT Crowd, 24, It's Always Sunny, and WD :) Shows I later found and really liked: Better Off Ted, Jericho, Psych Shows I've considered: Flash, Lost (never watched, scared of how disappointed people seemed to be with it near the end and the actual end), Gotham, Buffy Shows I tried but didn't finish: Z Nation (only the pilot, but it didn't work for me), OITNB (I like it well enough, but I never really feel like watching it), Black Books Any suggestions?
  5. Lucky you. All I could think of was Pennywise with a balloon...
  6. My gawd, Nashville, that answer took a left at the traffic light straight into Innuedosville.
  7. No, it was in her house- Ron's room.
  8. Yep, Spencer killed that one guy in the truck. He's now tied with Judith for number of kills. I'm tempted to add him to my FPP mantra.
  9. And you incorporated the episode title?!? Damn, peach, you're on fire this week! (Just don't grab any support beams...)
  10. Diane said summer intern. So when are we, anyway?
  11. Dear Nail, That pounding sensation you feel is Peach hitting your cranial region.
  12. OK, I'm going to speculate that Maggie will miscarry at some point. I cannot see a tv show (no knowledge of the comics) killing off Judith until she's at least an older teenager. Even if it would make sense to the story, I just think that's a bridge too far for a known (baby/young child) character on a show. Conversely, I cannot see having multiple babies on the show- The hilarity of CDB Daycare notwithstanding. So either Maggie miscarries or dies while pregnant and FPP dies in the process.
  13. Except Aaron is gay and in a pretty serious relationship. Genuine laughs: "I made you some cookies." "I'll tell your dad!"
  14. OK, have I got this right? The HRG/Noah we have been following has stepped on Bradbury's butterfly and so most everyone seems to be a different, albeit not well-thought out, "future." All except for Nathan who seems to be in the exact position he was in when we met him because Future!Noah showed up (doesn't know he's adopted, isn't great with his powers, doesn't know Penny-For-Your-Thoughts Man, etc.). I would have given them props if Future!Noah had inadvertently set everyone on what we had known was their current paths by going back--indicating that he had always gone back--but this seems to be a mix. Bleh.
  15. Hush your mouth! The one thing, though, is that it was pretty clear in the first episode that it was The Haitian who wiped him, and that is no longer true. So one would guess that he does't have a business card to lead him to the fake office, where he would meet-up with The Haitian who no longer has been told to kill him. But most likely it will never be cleared-up or mentioned, along with the 72 other things that no longer make sense.
  16. How about this here, It could be a Manssiere. (we're rhyming, right?)
  17. It's ridiculous that Nathan's mom doesn't seem to have told him he can zap powers as he doesn't seem to know it in the first episodes. That might have been handy information to have. I can't believe they couldn't have spent 5 minutes to come up with a reason Hiro needed to stay. That was ridiculous! The Hatian lives! I was actually paying a bit less attention to my computer during this one to try and figure out this very question. And....nothing. I think they have to wait for the poles to actually finish reversing, because plot.
  18. Maybe he ended up in Huell's room. (Breaking Bad joke)
  19. I immediately thought the "you're a good person" was Eve reassuring Anni that she was a good person even though she gave up her son for adoption. To me, it read as Eve comforting Anni because she knew exactly what Anni was thinking after coming into contact with the child she gave up. Having said that, I do not think Wes is her son because that was my first thought and, on this show, I don't trust my first impressions and that includes every bit of that flash-forward!
  20. I think you have to hand-wave this one. It's a lot of work to use kids (labor laws, unions, etc.) and going through the process of finding ones who are OK with this level of gore (and who have parents that are OK with it) and scheduling the make-up and shooting within the limited time kids can work, just for what are essentially extras in crowd-scenes probably isn't worth it.
  21. They had it plenty bad, though. No fresh pasta and some canned food so bad they had to turn their nose up at them. The horror.
  22. Seriously laughing that eight murders is "not that many" murders for a group of law students and their teacher in the first year of law school!
  23. I saw at least one "Jane Doe" marker.
  24. Are we finally back to the "here and now?" I get tired of the characters being so split up, so here's hoping the story lines come back together, and FPP dies in the process.
  25. There's a podcast called No Such Thing As A Fish by some of the QI writers. Has anyone checked it out?
