Thanks to Bella for the link above. Couldn't let this gem pass without notice, from the article: "I got dropped from MTV's Teen Moms back when all this happened, a show I created and starred in." She fucking kills me.

I actually wondered at the time if he was just pulling Bev's leg because of her stank attitude.

Although I did laugh at him when it happened ;P

OMG, you just reminded me of Scheana and her Capri Suns! Seriously, what grown ass adult drinks those??

Thanks for not asking if either woman has taken a dip in the lady pond, Andy. God, he's gross. (that is NOT an antigay statement, it is an anti ANDY statement).

Yeah, they really seem supportive of each other. And the few negative remarks we see in the THs I'm pretty sure are producer-elicited. Even Matt seems to be unable to carry off bitchy very well. :)

After Show Shenanigans: Julie and Brandy break it down
bref replied to SuzWhat's topic in Vanderpump Rules
Yeesh. Ok, thank you. I want to enjoy this show, but I can't. I was cringing at the interrogation with Kristen and Jax: "Did you go down on him? Did you finger her?" I don't want to know the details, my own mental picture is bad enough! -
He actually said over on the FB page that both his parents were in jail whilst he was in grades 5-10.

I missed the first few minutes last night, was there any explanation for why Kristen was wearing sunglasses and/or WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH HER FACE? -
Ahh, quite possible, I'm new over there and haven't read a lot of past posts beyond last night. Carolina posts too and seems a lot less fragile on FB than she does on the show.

Yeah, he's a huge bloviator who thinks he is the shit--but he's also fairly good natured about people saying nasty things about him and quick to share his opinions of the other castmates, so he can go ahead and keep blathering AFAIC ;)

S08.E04: Rocky Boat Horror Show
bref replied to Tara Ariano's topic in The Real Housewives Of Atlanta
I really liked Kim and her underwear-spurning, cleavage-scorning, library-book-reading, loud-sex-having, own-snack-bringing self! She's not like anyone we've seen before and I look forward to seeing more of her. I *did* think Phaedra was full o' shit, haranguing Tootie about how she couldn't possibly be happy just hanging out with her family, working, and enjoying both. Women aren't all the same and not everyone needs to get away by themselves for "me time", or at least not in the way Phae defines it (i.e., hitting the salon/spa--again, pretty nails and hair are not everyone's idea of fulfillment or even relaxation). I thought Kim seemed very genuine when she said she loved getting up in the morning and seeing her kids, and it was only after Phaedra's insistence that she broke down into those, I thought, rather baffling tears. Tammy is messy as hell.- 195 replies

I just cannot get over Loren having a man with such a good soul that he wants to work in a helping profession and she would rather try to force him to be a model. As others have pointed out, it does not seem to be Alexei she loves at all but some image she has of him.

I joined the EE site and it's a blast. But what is Get Real, please? My obsession with this show is bordering on pathological :/ ETA: Never mind, I stumbled on the Get Real page on Facebook. Is it worth joining? I spent a stupid amount of time tonight on the EE90DF page already!

Not the first time the listing has been wrong (TV Guide also had Anne Hathaway scheduled). I wonder what's up with the last minute changes? -

Hate to link to TMZ, but they had this story today about Apollo's shit that's sitting in Kandi's garage. -
I heard Judge Judy say pocketbook repeatedly the other day, I laughed thinking about this thread!

MOWER? HE HARDLY KNEW 'ER!! Die, Harvey Levin, Die!

Ack, you reminded me of the train whistle again, loco. SERIOUSLY. Who does that to awaken their partner (if you even think it's appropriate to insist they wake up on your schedule) instead of going up and gently using touch or voice? Mark is legit creepeeeeeeee.

I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I love Tom and Arianna :) Why? They seem genuinely in love and like they actually enjoy each other's company. That said, I kind of get how they could come across as smug and annoying to others. Last season I used to get my back up when folks here would talk shit about them, but now it just makes me laugh for some reason--maybe because I realized getting all defensive about a couple of people on TV who I don't really know on a message board was a little silly. Y'all go on hating, I will go sit in the Twue Wuv corner ;P

OH YEAH! When you mentioned the parents' role on Threads, it all came back to me. Thanks to all of you who jogged my memory. This does look to be quite a bit better!
-
I watched that Threads thing, I swear, and yet I remember almost nothing about it. How was it different from this version? I'm with Tim--finding myself smitten with these kids for the most part.

Shock of the night: Yu Tsai used to be a field biologist?? -
Leah gave some credit to the CoS for her success in terms of having learned useful skills--confidence, being able to read people, etc.--growing up in the church. That I understood, but did she also imply that the weird feedback machine actually DOES something? Gotta side-eye that one. I'm fascinated by the actors connection too, but they do clearly go out of their way to attract and cultivate celebrities, who are useful in terms of both extracting money from them and recruiting others. Vicky, Leah's mom, does seem like an odd woman, but I suspect she has very deep feelings of guilt about her role in all this. There was pain in her eyes during her brief interview on 20/20 and I sensed there was much unsaid about that.
