J is for Jeno's pizza rolls, which Dorothy says the jewel-thief next-door neighbors, the McDowells, don't steal after Rose says she tailed them in the supermarket.

Q is for Quick, which Stan unfortunately was on their first time as Dorothy wasn't even sure anything had happened, until the baby came out as proof.  Or, on other occasions it seemed to happen before she even got into the room.
