As I think about my can comments, I recall the time she used a canned product without waxing on about opening the can - the frittata of horrors.  Yes, that was when she put kidney beans in a frittata.  Of course a frittata is another recipe where you can use up small bits of things.  For some examples that don't make most people hurl: cheese, onion, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, other green vegetables.  However, master chef Amy put kidney beans in a frittata. Kidney. Beans. In. A. Frittata. 🤮.

Salmon video!  Jacob's birthday.    If she mentioned one more time how big the salmon was I thought I would scream.  One ingredient she always forgets to mention is the dead skin cells scraped from her hands and fingers.   Also, Jacob's siblings conveniently couldn't make it.  Were they busy or is it they just don't want to be around each other anymore?

Maybe they taped the mask down because the hot air was fogging up the lens in the machine or her glasses or because it’s Amy, surgical tape was an ingredient in her latest recipe and it got stuck to her face 😂

I am watching Gabby with Chris' sister.  She is so horrible.  She'll marry him purely to spite his family.  She'll also quickly try to get him to not speak with his family, because she's so worth it. 🙄

My absolute favorite cooking video by Amy, is the one where she makes a greasy, deep fried chicken sandwich with lots of mayo sauce. She bites into it with sauce dripping out of her mouth. Chewing with her mouth open so we can see what partially macerated food is still there. And the usual sound effects..mmm, oh oh, yes, ummmmm, ohGod, oh yes, OH!!OH!!

I think she may have watched too many reruns of "When Harry Met Sally".
