Everyone knows Ensley does not have Down syndrome. Posts suggesting that she does will be removed and warnings issued. Posts such as these leave the impression that an arguably unflattering picture could somehow be construed as a child being disabled is considered ableist and is against the rules of the board.

BINGO! I worked in child care for 8 years and this is exactly what care centers and even schools typically do. Kaiser obviously loves Nathan, you can see it in his eyes and smile. No way that baby decided to disregard Nathan and choose David unless pressured/forced.

I feel like it has to be a crew member with all this. Or it’s someone close to Nathan and he’s throwing them off with fake outrage because someone told him posting the video wasn’t a good look. I don’t see how it couldn’t be someone with access to Nathan, how else would they have a video that’s most likely from his phone? It goes back to it probably being MTV crew related...they’re the only ones with access to both of them. Or maybe Jamie is working with Nathan’s gf? It’s really a mystery.

Also, would a teacher really say to Jenelle that Kaiser “refused to make one for his biological dad”? Doubtful.. They expect us to believe Kaiser has some pent up anger towards Nathan and only thinks of Dave? That’s laughable even if we didn’t know David was an abusive piece of shit. I’m sure Aubree would make something for Adam and she’s older and way more aware that Adam sucks as a father... This Instagram post is such a fucking joke. Yes, Jenelle, you do everything for a self serving reason...and it’s obvious to anyone with half a brain cell.

I think I posted this somewhere, but I saw on a social media page somewhere that the "deadbeat mom" account is a paralegal from the firm that did their cease and desist letters.

That makes sense to me. In my recollection (I don't follow the account, but might now) they have been posting a lot of legal documentation regarding the Easons. That grammatically atrocious letter from CPS, and now this. DFs 1&2 would call their attorneys (I bet they're super excited to have one "on retainer") when shit goes down.

I know..I was just going through all the various possibilities. I don’t think it’s a paralegal (how would they have Nathan’s video, for one?) but I can’t figure out who it is.

Yep! I also worked in the childcare/ preschool world and we always made sure to make all the child’s caregivers gifts for their holiday. We would even mail a gift to the parent (or caregiver) that was least present, so it’s possible Jenelle didn’t even know Kaiser made Nathan one.

I bet Nathan sent it to Janelle, then Janelle sent it to her lawyers, probably asking if it was anything to worry about.  Then the paralegal would have had access to it.  In any event, I am sad that a video of this poor little guy is out there, but I am glad a huge spotlight is on those fucking assholes and I hope David is charged with child abuse.

Photo  was removed by Instagram? What was it?

 

I don't think Doris planned this....around the 4th, or for any other reason. I think something happened that was the tipping point. Kid has multiple bruises and marks on his body that concerned CPS enough to not return him to his mother.

I don't think Doris planned this, either. I think she picked him up, saw how  badly he was bruised and immediately got CPS involved. She retired from working in social services and knows what it takes to build a case. I'm wondering what will happen to the kids left at the swamp. If one child is removed because of abuse (by not allowing Kaiser to go back there, CPS essentially removed him from the home) will case workers do anything about the kids left there? Or just act like it's all good, someone will call us when he beats the shit out of another one?

I wonder the same thing.   I really hope Jace is with Barb this week.

That makes sense. I didn’t count on Nathan being stupid enough to share it with Jenelle. I still don’t totally think it’s a paralegal but it’s more plausible to me now. I just don’t think the paralegal would risk things like this and it would be fairly easy to figure out (for the Easons) if that is the case.

Yup.I would not be surprised if he never laid a hand on Ensley or Maryssa...up until this point. He took it all out on Kaiser, mostly. He's young, can't talk, and a constant reminder that Jenelle didn't always think the sun rose and set with HIM. 

Of course, that's not to say the girls aren't suffering from watching their siblings btw abused and having to live with the overall tension in the house. 

And he may very well turn his rage on them if his usual scapegoats aren't around. Either way, they ALL need out.

@Mkay Barb stated once that she believes that's David's ultimate goal. He wants Kaiser gone especially now he has visitation with Kaden.

So CPS did not, in fact, recommend Kaiser stay with Doris? It was the police who made that call. Interesting.

I’m sure David has been abusive to all of them. Maybe not Ensley yet. I feel so bad for Kaiser it makes me sick reading this. Jenelle and David are disgusting psychos. I wish Kaiser never had to go back there but honestly I think he will end up going back.

So, the CPS people said there wasn't enough evidence to keep him with Doris but the police overrode them and said he stays. Thank you Horry county police!! Now, I hope Doris and Nathan took Kaiser to a specialist in child abuse TODAY and let them talk to him. Let them turn over their findings to the police and if the evidence supports it, arrest that piece of shit for assaulting a child.

Jenelle's posts last week about what a great guy UBT is while info was coming out about what she was trying to get MTV to agree to and her post about fathers day today are out of character for her. She would normally be ranting about all the hatters. I think she knows everything is about to come to a screeching halt. Her house is falling apart, MTV is playing hardball and the asshole she puts before her kids and everything else is being outed as the monster we all know he is. Paybacks a bitch, Jenelle. And, you have years of it coming your way.

Uggg if CPS couldn’t intervene for lack of evidence  then I would think poor kai also will likely be returned whenever a hearing takes place and Dorris could be at risk of being declared in violation of custody agreement in court.  Poor child.

When the guy for Clayton Homes was there and they were inside casa swamp, he mentioned the marriage wall was cracking. The house was delivered in  pieces and then put together or 'married'. That was last fall and depending on how quickly the soil is giving way under it, that house will separate into pieces again. If Clayton Homes were liable for anything (which they're very careful not to be-look them up), Jenelle would be posting pics of cracks, water under the house and everything else trying to shame them into fixing it. Her silence about it says they're screwed.  It is a perfect metaphor for her life.

The Ashley answered someone on Twitter about whether a post on a FB group saying MTV is done with Jenelle is true. She said an article about it would be up tonight.

I'm sure Jenelle's post about the pool is a dig at the pool company because it's still not fixed. Someone posted the temperature in bumfuck swamp town today at 97 degrees ???

So Jenelle said that her MOM said there was nothing wrong with the bruise. Since when is Barb even around to see these kids? She’s been off limits forever, and doesn’t even know how to spell the kid’s name. Now she’s a character witness?

If Kaiser got bruised at daycare there would be an incident report. All daycare teachers fill out an incident report if a kid gets hurt, a copy is given to the parent and a copy is filed at the school. Then she says Nathan has done worse? But also Kaiser is active and gets a lot of bruises playing on the vast laaaaaaand? Pick a story!

I can totally see her pulling out the most recent incident report and trying to use it to cover up abuse at home.

This is 100% true. I've had two jobs in my life, before becoming a SAHM - daycare teacher and pharmacy tech. I worked in daycare for about 6 years. Any time a child got hurt and there was a visible mark or it was something serious that the parents needed to be aware of, we wrote out a detailed report. We listed the time, what exactly happened, where the injury was on the body, etc. 

Jenelle is serving up nothing but BS. She initially said the injury happened on David's boat (which Jace just pointed out last night that they don't take him out on). Now it happened at daycare? But then she goes on a rant about all the activities he does on the land and how bruises are common? She can't keep her shit straight. 

I have 3 kids and they're all very wild. They're constantly covered in bruises and scratches. But Doris raised boys as well. I think she's likely used to what normal rough-housing bruises are and when bruises are cause for concern. The cops were obviously concerned, and they see domestic cases all the time. I know it's hard to judge when WE haven't see the bruises, but I just have to think it's more serious than just a typical "boys being boys" bruise.
