She will be fresh out of rehab, a time when she will be most vulnerable, and to be mingling with drinkers at the reception is pure folly. I'm sure her family members are quaking in their boots, fearful of what she might do. She ruined one wedding and could easily ruin another one. I've been disappointed ever since I read somebody's post that said Brandi has enough money coming in that she won't hurt for anything. I wanted her to be hard up. I thought that Eddie would see that the kids were well fed and cared for, but I hoped that Brandi would be in somewhat of a pinch. It's not that I'm some mean, heartless person wishing the worst for people. It's because I felt that this would be the only way Brandi would learn a lesson. I thought maybe she would clean up her language and stop talking about sex every five minutes. I hoped she would see that she was in for hard times if she didn't stop lying. I thought maybe if she became a totally different person, she would learn that you can't get ahead by being the person she was. I guess Brandi might only have to give up a couple of nights per week of club hopping and drinking with her sleazy friends. It's too bad. It's a missed opportunity to teach her something that might actually have benefited her. Maybe I can hope she'll be fired from her podcast. Small consolation. Link to comment

She may have a podcast, a cheap line of wine, and child support, but the child support money quickly goes on groceries. The rest? Just look at how foolishly Brandi splurges on leased cars, homes, plastic surgery and such. She was complaining about money WHILE she was on the show. Now that she is no longer an employee of Bravo, you can imagine her spending ways won't stop and her complaining will increase. I don't know if you saw online about her living expenses when she was in the middle of her divorce with Eddie. They are public records. It showed that even though Eddie was pulling in a certain amount of money, Brandi was spending way over what he was bringing in. A lot of it was at spas, credit card purchases for expensive items. Those two were living way beyond their means. They were in the red and owed a lot of money to the credit card companies. Her habit of spending money like it is coming out of her ass hasn't stopped. Do I care? Fuck no. She only has herself to blame. She spent so much money on herself without thinking about her boys and what their needs were. She couldn't even bother to get herself health insurance. Brandi and Kim are so similar. They both love to spend money and live a certain lifestyle without any care in the world. Higgins June 22, 2015 Share June 22, 2015 If that article is accurate in stating that kim is not participating in treatment activities at the rehab facility, then she may well be AT rehab, but she is most definitely not IN rehab. I believe this is because she intends to give the appearance of recovery while remaining actively using her substances of choice. I truly hope that when she actually has to face a judge in court, she is required to account for her lack of cooperation and total dishonesty with the process. It would be difficult for any judge to impose a sentence on someone who has had a mental problem without knowing how that person is doing now. Her records would be off limits to everyone except her family doctor and the courts, and that would include notations made by staff concerning her involvement with other patients, etc. 2 Link to comment

She has very high standards, higher than Lisa Rinna : ) Seriously, she has been on the show for 6 seasons. Plenty of time to jump start an acting career if she was serious about it. After the wedding, she went to the posh house in Pacific Palisades, where I thought she still was. Is this story about a third place now? I think she should have gone straight to Betty Ford in the first place. But from everything I've read and heard, they mean business at Betty Ford. Kim was there once before, and I think she probably didn't want to work that hard. All of this is conjecture, of course, but if Kim is losing her temper and telling people off at these various facilities, she's leaving a whole trail of people and places behind that could conceivably help her in the future. Kim couldn't be more obvious about wanting things HER way. She doesn't believe that she needs rehab. Her stubborn attitude may be her downfall in the end. Now she's at a place where she has to stay 90 days but can stay longer if needed? Guarantee that on Day 90, she's out the door. And will probably stop by the liquor store on the way home. If she was serious about this, she would pick a place and stay with it, even if it takes 2 years. All her choices seem to be based on how long she has to stay there. haydensterling June 24, 2015 Share June 24, 2015 Kim is clearly also on benzos, and it takes forever to get clean from them, like years off a person's life. I know three people who successfully kicked but basically had no life at all for two to three years while their brains re-regulated. Couldn't get out of bed, had constant involuntary muscle spasms, one woman had lost the ability to speak, all of which made their doctors think there was something else medically wrong with them. This is also what happened with Eminem, who supposedly recently kicked benzos (and was out of the public eye long enough to support that story) but now looks like a very, very old man. The same people who prescribe this poison don't even care or understand how awful the w/d is for people. I know there's a lot more awareness about it in the UK thanks to a doctor named Heather Ashton, who basically wrote the book on how to w/d safely, but here in the US you still hear about thirty-day detoxes for benzos, which frankly is a joke and dangerous as shit. I myself have tried twice to get off them but had such ridiculous reactions, mainly to do with heart and blood pressure, that my doctor at UCLA who is an addiction specialist told me that I probably wasn't a good candidate to stop, so I take the lowest dose I can to prevent withdrawal--which is all they do at this point--and hope that my liver hangs in there. I'm going on twenty years now. The first doctor told me how they would change my life. Well, yeah. That's one way of putting it.Benzos are such a hellish fucking drug. When you're first prescribed them, it feels like they're saving you because you can function again--which for an agoraphobic is beyond relief, but what they're really doing is destroying you. Your brain and body become incredibly physically dependent on something that can cause psychotic reactions during what's known as protracted withdrawal syndrome--the two to three year reset for your GABA receptors. It's a horror show, and I can see Kim wanting to avoid the benzo issue just because I've been there. Everyone is different, but in my experience they were an absolutely nightmarish drug to even attempt to stop taking, the lowest I ever got was 3 mg a day before I began having all kinds of problems with every single system in my body going completely haywire. And I had a crack support team. Amazing people. Still couldn't control what was happening to my heart. Kim has thrown so many people under the bus that I can't imagine what it must be like for her. She lives in a city with access to some amazing doctors but who knows how many of them she's crossed? 13 Link to comment

I wish we could go back to actual talking therapy instead of over stressed great doctors / therapists just giving out Rx's like Pez candy. Also, the article mentions Brooke's admission documents were released. I assume that means someone at the rehab facility made copies of her records, not that they made up her admission records. Another article about this Mueller case - on a legal site - mentioned the ease with which patient's medical records are easily accessible and with devices such as iPhones, it makes it that much easier to take photos of such documents. It is not about validity or credibility, but the ease on how people can now get away with doing this and the lure of fast money. I posted some links to articles a while back that showed several medical facilities that had employees who who sold patient information to TMZ and other gossip sites. Some employees retrieved the information straight from medical files, computers and other medical records. I don't feel like looking for those articles again. Regardless if employees were releasing factual information or not, they are still violating a patient's right to privacy. My money is that they are releasing photos of documents when they are selling this info to gossip sites. The gossip sites are not going to show these photos, just the information. Proof right there with the Mueller case shows that these facilities, particularly the ones where celebrities and other high-profile patients are admitted to, are likely to have someone who is willing to sell any info for cash. Then she found the house we saw Season 3 with the unfortunate interior that she claimed her father had to co-sign for her and she had to pay a year's rent in advance. Or maybe it was the $1,200.00 a month Range Rover, Guy had to co-sign for-because a $1,200.00 a month car lease is reasonable if you are homeless only if you have been dropped on your head. So essentially Brandi has moved from leased house three times, from her marital residence and from temporary shelter three times. This has happened over a period of four years? I feel for her kids. I get she is too upscale to rent say an apartment-something that does not get sold out from under you every year- but come on it has to be better than constantly moving. I agree with the Variety article, Brandi has hideous taste. I am guessing the $2 million plus they made on the Encino home was not lost on the Calabasas home. IIRC it was a short sale. I think Brandi was expecting a big pay day like Camille. If she spent the amount of money she claimed on food, eating out, gifts and vacations no wonder she didn't have any substantial savings. She forget the $12 grand for vaginal rejuvenation. I believe very little about what Brandi says. Her Lodi press said she left home at 16 to pursue an international modeling career in Europe. She has other releases saying she was 19 years old when she discovered I think Brandi modeled until she met Eddie and then I think she latched on to him and took whatever boat show would pay her day wages to point and smile.
