Keyra just posted a IG story giving a “shoutout to anyone that’s ever missed something or been late to an event” she also goes on to say that “mistakes happen” and she’s “not trying to be perfect but is shooting for greatness” and that “it (aka missing or being late for events) does not mean you’re unprofessional or not punctual”. LOL actually missing work events and being late does mean you’re being unprofessional and not punctual. 

I sensed a bit of attitude in her post and she seemed to be trying to throw shade on why she was cut. It’s probably this attitude and arrogance that didn’t help her cause in getting selected to come back to TC as well (as I’ve heard and read she’s had an attitude issue).

ALSO Anyone notice her eye roll during announcement of TCCs in last nights episode?????

After last night's episode, Keyra's cut makes sense though I still felt for her. Then Instagram Keyra had to come out and now I'm like, "No girl." Being late doesn't mean you're not punctual? Someone tell that girl to google what punctual means... smh

Eh... You'd be hard pressed to find someone who's literally never been late to anything work-related. My boss, who is a VP of a pharma consulting company, was late to a client meeting last year because someone blocked her into her driveway. Obviously it's not ideal and she was very apologetic, but stuff happens and no one would consider her unprofessional.

I don't think Keyra is handling the situation particularly well, for the record, but I'm just over this whole "DCCs must be perfectly perfect in every way" nonsense. You're shaking your asses and waving pom poms, not performing a heart transplant.

Oh I definitely agree things come up and sometimes things are out of your control which can cause tardiness or missing events. I just think her response was poor to this. She should have just owned up to it and left it at “mistakes happen” instead of her little IG shade session. At least that’s how I took it.

Lauren is engaged.  Good for her. 

And VK’s IG post  nice effort at being gracious.  I hoped she would have thought of more than a year and doing something different but an effort.

I was just coming here to ask if Kashara was still point, happy to hear she is. I've loved her since her rookie season and was very very annoyed with Kelli and Co. for calling her last out of the vets at finals.

I may totally be off base here, but do you think CMT could have edited footage to make it look like everyone was all in tears over VKs solo but it was really for another solo (Lacey’s). I feel like I read on one of these forums or read somewhere else that her solo was seriously amazing and so stunning and really impacted the judges. So I’m thinking maybe it was hers that they got emotional for and CMT cut it so that it looked like they were talking about VKs to promote the “legacy follows in moms footsteps” storyline they have going. Of course I could totally be wrong! Just thinking out loud. From what i saw, VK’s solo wasn’t all that emotionally gripping to warrant the responses shown. But that’s just my opinion lol

Tonight was "Meet the Team" night at AT&T stadium. Lisa posted a few pictures on her Facebook page.

I know many of you don't like Kashara. That's fine. We all have our favorites. But making her sweat it out to be called until next to last? Really? Just tacky and classless, for all the "World Class" talk they spout. I'm not "enraged" about it. Just rolling my eyes that this is how they dole out their punishment.

100% agree. Keyra should stop commenting, but I can understand why she feels the need to defend herself. Kelli didn’t just bring up her tardiness, but she kind of attacked her character too (w/the comment about other girls not being able to look up to her or something like that). Keyra isn’t helping her case, but she’s human. People need to vent sometimes, and it’s an ig story. It’ll be gone in 24 hours.

I agree.  People are late cause life happens.  The older I get, and the more stuff I’m involved in, I have learned that life is just too short to get on people for things like being a few minutes late to things when it’s not important - or stress about punctuality.

Its critical be on time when a boat or a plane is leaving...for job interviews, and for surprise parties.  I personally juggle a full time job, being a volunteer for three of my kids activities, taking care of getting my kids to places, parents to appointments, pets, etc.  If I had to live with stress that the world would end if everyone wasn’t 15 minutes early to everything, I’d have a full head of grey hair and be miserable.   And I don’t expect others to be punctual like that either - especially when it doesn’t really matter for what’s going on other than the sake of “not being late”.

I’m not sure if these two times when Keyra was late if it caused any hardship for others, but being that there is this unwritten rule you need to be 30 minutes early for everything I doubt it.

I was really thinking this too.  When it showed the preview of the judges crying before commercial break, I just (pretty confidently) assumed it would be for Lacey's solo.  Like there's no way it was VK's... I'm really skeptical.  Editing can do SO much so you really never know.

Happy to see Brennan's cameo up there! She's won me over.  I think she'll be great on the team.   And for the knock that she's wonky-faced all I can say is, Trisha Trevino.  

Interesting that VK mentions coming back 'healthier' did she mean weight wise or was she alluding to battling some other health probs in TC?  Not surprised she already is vowing to be back next year because honestly I don't think there's any Plan B for that girl (and her mom).

As far as Olivia goes, they went to great lengths to make her invisible in that episode. In the entire 40 minutes she’s only visible for about three seconds total. And I bet her solo was good.

I think this is open to the public. But going there,  she is showing supoort for the women who made the team, which shows so much about her character. She seems genuine and humble. Exactly what world class means.

Just rewatching the finals episode. Kelli says we have 5 names left. The second one she calls after that is Malena. But as she goes up she passes Kelli Q who is still in her seat so she obviously wasn't one of the last 5 called. Not that it matters, just sayin'.

The close ups of the girls on the big screen aren't the best pictures.  They were introducing themselves after dancing forever so they were sweaty and tired and had not fixed their makeup yet, so please be kind!

Jenna does look pregnant to me. If her stomach was flat and she posed like that that what is that bump that looks obvious esp under her boobs. But maybe it is me but in her latest post it does look like she has a bump esp just above her trouser button (or is that a "dip" that I see between her left hand and the middle of her belly?)

 

 

Sorry mods back on topic, but from the pictures can someone show me (or just circle) where Jinelle (or where Yuko in formation is, I know Yuko wasn't in the game cos it was said by previous posters) is, in formation I can only tell where KaShara is located - I know the picture is not great and also in this weeks episode what did Kitty say to the girl who Kitty thought was stripping (I forgot her name, I'm really bad at remembering names to faces? Oral or moral? Maybe I am hearing things.

I really don’t want to sound like a hater, but this is a sad day for dcc. There, I said it. They would never put a non-dcc looking girl anywhere near triangle and definitely not in the triangle (Cassie doesn’t count). While I like Madeleine, she’s nowhere near dcc perfection and they used to have such amazing GLs and triangles, it’s kind of depressing.

She could teach Kelli how to be one honestly... And I could learn from her to as I’m so angry on her behalf. Being cut a few days before the end of TC as a vet especially is terrible, even more so when you are cut for being overweight when their point has weight issues herself (and I adore Kash) and for being outdanced while they’re keeping Yuko, Jessika and Savannah over her.

I’m glad Lauren is engaged but I don’t want her to retire! 4 vets are engaged now and I assume all of them will retire this season...

Tara seems like such a doll, and it makes me admire her that much more for being there for her friends, even though it must have been so hard on her.
