It's not ostentatious or overblown like many celebrity homes and I recognise the pool from other photos.

((Off Topic:  Everything in Texas is super big.  One of the funniest episodes of House Hunters is a wealthy couple from Texas looking to buy a house in Aberdeen Scotland because hubby has been transferred.  The wife's horror is hilarious.))

I noticed that too. Obviously some confusion on that. And we got to see some other parts that we didn't see in the photos. Those two are so awesome together. I laughed so much.

It's a Home that they've made.

Beautiful, Unique, and most of all, Warm. 

I love it and love the description of the two of them and their style that inspired it all.

What I liked about the house was the obvious sense of humor that went into it, along with the appreciation for art.  They don't seem to take themselves too seriously, and I like that.  Even though they had lots of art, it didn't seem pretentious or there strictly for the sake of saying they own a particular piece of art.  I think everything means something to them.  It might not be my personal taste, but it definitely felt lived in, even though it looked immaculate for this photo shoot.

She's really a good match for him. Sassy, flirty, and independent.  Much of the art was not my style either but it's absolutely "them".  Which, bravo. I'm jealous of creativity like that.

I see that Tumblr is all a flutter with the "Jensen is homophobic" crap again.  I really wish people would keep their ship issues to themselves, and not force them on the actors.  Evidently, some girl wrote a paper about Dean Winchester being Bi-Sexual, and took it to the autograph session for Jensen to sign.  He signed it without really looking at it, until she pointed out exactly what he had signed.  She continued to push her agenda until she got the result that would piss her off the most.  People are idiots, I'm sorry.

I saw this, too.

And not sure if this is true, but I read that apparently after she had "informed" him of what he'd "signed", he added a question mark to his signature, which she then tried to "fix".

"Idiots" is too nice of a term for these type of people, IMO.

ETA: Now I'm reading all sorts of different things about this.

It's not worth anyone's time to even mention it, tbh and IMO, except to say that the intentional smearing of someone's reputation should always be refuted when the smear campaign involves lies and the refusal to acknowledge that opinions on fictional works are just that-opinions-and no one opinion is "better" or more "correct" than another.

And everyone in this fandom knows JA's opinion on Dean's sexuality, at this point.

"Tricking" him into signing something that states an opinion opposite of his is simply childish and juvenile to me, but then again, this is exactly what the social media fandom of this show is fast becoming and it's what the writers even want it to become, for that matter, IMO.

Ugh.

Wow, I was at Jax con and had no idea this happened. The panels were great and the boys were fun. I wish people wouldn’t ruin the experience like this for us or them. How annoying....and how was she allowed to talk that long anyway in an autograph line??

Misha deserves at least part of the blame here - he not only perpetuates this nonsense, he does nothing but encourage it. I like Misha, but I really wish he would just stop it. Sorry, Destielers, but at this point I wish Jensen would just say 'Hey, maybe Dean is bi, but he sure wouldn't be going after Cas if he was. Now Benny, maybe... " They're going to hate on him anyway, might as well have fun with it.

Mostly I just wish people would keep their fanfic fantasies where they belong, and far away from the actors and their families.

According to someone else who was in line behind her, Jensen signed it without comment.  She then made sure to point out what he was signing.  So it sounds like she was looking for drama.  , she got rude and started shouting.  They had to move the people back and call Clif. 

Afterword, Jensen apparently had to leave the table for about 10 minutes to compose himself.   Not only that he didn't even write the no.  He put a question mark and the girl wrote no herself.  So it sounds like she planned the whole thing looking for drama and attention.

This is a big part of the reason why I don't really ship destiel anymore.
