The thing that irritates me is if she wants to wear a swimsuit (you know in appropriate setting) I honestly don’t care no matter her size. If she’s swimming or tanning it makes sense.  My problem comes when Whitney was ok telling Manny, Roy and the radio lady she didn’t date fat guys.  Why wasn’t that body shaming? It was just her personal preference, but if men/women aren’t falling at her feet they are automatically prejudiced against fat people.

Now people calling her whale etc. is unnecessary imo but “celebrities” are always being critiqued on their looks. Im not saying it’s right, but if you are in the public eye at least some of the people are going to bash you on your SM. Personally, her behavior is what is offensive to me and the only time I really think about her body is when she is claiming being around 400lbs at 5’1 was ok for your health and when she feels the need to be naked/topless/bottomless/semi clothed in public places like a bridal store, grocery store parking lot etc.  I’d say the same thing if she were 125lbs.

My mistake -- it's Life & Style, not Parade. But the same Q remains: why is Twit the darling of both these on-line mags. But, as far as I know, she's never made it to the pages of the print versions.

I was just wondering the same thing. I figure either they are somehow owned by the Discovery conglomerate or they are paid to write these articles.  I think it’s most likely the latter. I think she’s the “darling” of these on-line magazine because they can count on something on her SM pages. They need a constant flow of content. It doesn’t have to be good or interesting, just constant. So they set up an agreement with TLC/Discovery and they have their ‘go-to’ Twitter and Instagram feeds when they need content.

IG story - ok yeah that doesn’t make any sense to me either. I guess it’s because FB has a story so even though it doesn’t make any sense on FB either, IG had to have one too. Or maybe it was the other way around. I don’t know who got one first. 

Anyway, I realize that we are ranking horrible things and they are all vile and horrible, but even compared to the soft porn and peeing incident, to me today’s story entry may exceed those. 

At least the Fitty Smallz stuff was pretty much what it was. Vile, but not trying to be something other than that. And frankly as disgusting as the pee incident was, her friends got in of their own accord. Again - super super vile yes but they could have stayed out.

Today’s video has what appears to either be a topless Whitney or her top is pulled so low everything is showing anyway with one person doing her hair and another rubbing lotion in her arms. She calls them her crew so I’m assuming they are TLC people That means these people HAVE to do this because it’s their job. PUT ON AN F*ing SHIRT!!!  These professional people have to cater to a 1/2 naked Whitney as if she’s Cleopatra on a chaise lounge. They don’t have a choice. They have families to feed and bills to pay. She just makes me want to vomit.

So this Life and Style article was triggered by someone on instagram asking if Chase was gay. Cue the usual "howdareyous!" from her fans,** but this time Whitney waded in herself with the "sassy" response - "Not last night, he wasn't." Implication - in between watching documentaries about alien abduction, Whitney and Chase were humping like bunnies!

It's funny to me how, every time a new man appears in Whitney World, Reaction No. 1 from the fans is "OOOOOO! A new boyfriend for Whitney!!" Considering that nearly all of Whitney's male connections associated with the show are gay (Tal, Todd, Roy, Jacob her producer, Keir the designated lotion-applier, according to her last instagram story) why isn't that a reasonable question? She's certainly posted enough pictures and video of her fondling those guys, or encouraging them to fondle her.

**who always seem to believe this question assumes no physically fit man could be attracted to Whitney, even though she is clearly a luscious babe, merely because of her morbid obesity.  In my view, it's less her poundage and more her personality, but everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

It's pretty obvious Chase will be introduced in S-8. Makes sense. He doesn't seem to be any more financially secure than Lennie was. Maybe less, since Lennie has a full-time job & Chase's employment is a mystery. (Who has a job where you can take off to Tahoe on a whim?) I must say, Chase fulfills Twit's male ideal: lots of hair everywhere. [Shudder]

Anyway, I still wonder what kind of fee a man -- hairy or not -- would demand to pretend to be Twit's BF. Maybe the contract is based on how many hugs, how many kisses, how many times she calls him "boo" or "baby," how many times he has to answer the phone, etc.

Funny thing - there don't seem to be any photos of Lennie kissing her. Multiple pictures of her kissing her father on the lips, but not one picture kissing Lennie? (There's one picture where they are facing each other and puckering lips, but none with actual physical contact.)

Playing Devil’s advocate for a minute, does anyone believe the new guy could actually be her boyfriend? Plenty of obese women have bfs, plenty of arrested developed people do as well.  I personally think it’s another Lennie deal.  I mean pros are you get free trips, at least in Buddy’s case she won’t charge you rent, Physically, I don’t think Whitney’s ugly even with unphotoshopped pictures.  I know some people would be turned off with her body, but there’s men who aren’t. I’ve said probably a million times, Whitney’s personality and her need to be the center of attention are what is offensive to me.  I don’t know this dude’s story, I don’t watch the videos and the instastories never have sound for me. 

Let’s say he’s somewhere between Buddy and Lennie (I have no idea what he’s like he could be the utmost gentleman with stellar references and a top notch job or he could be a bum with law run ins and no real prospects in life). I literally know nothing about the dude other than he’s Ryan’s friend and has long hair and based on his Instagram he likes to drink.  Hell, I’m not even sure of his name people have called him Chad, Chase, Casey, and the always present TODD! 

I personally think he’s a plant for the show, but it’s because pretty much everything on the show is fake or scripted in someway.  If this dude is a plant, why do you think they went with him? If you think he’s really her bf (not sure anybody does) why do you think this time it’s true?

It’s completely possible Whitney could have a boyfriend. Fat people have relationships. Narcissistic, juvenile bitches have relationships. So she certainly could too. It’s unlikely she would have a mature, healthy relationship because of the aforementioned narcissistic, juvenile bitch problem. 

As far as Chase, I think it’s a toss-up. Clearly he’s going to be on the show. Until we see them on the show (or read the updates from those strong enough to watch this crap) it’s hard to know for sure. Obviously they could have met because of Ryan and started dating. But with the cutesy teases, online articles, Whitney’s vague answers, it seems to me that at the very least the relationship is being tailored to the show if not downright created for it. None of these thoughts are because she’s fat. It’s because the show has a habit of doing this. So after a while it becomes the Whitney who cried ‘boyfriend’.

It’s pretty interesting. Lots of ‘way to go’ type comments but I didn’t see any ‘you’ve lost so much weight’ ones. There were several offering advice about things like having her thyroid checked and asking what the issue could be since she isn’t losing weight. Admittedly I didn’t read every response. So people are starting to see that no matter how many photoshopped close up photos she posts she really isn’t losing weight. Her girth makes those 25lb dumbbells look tiny. I have a pair just like that. They aren’t tiny. And those cat leggings she has had for quite a while. If she’d been losing weight they would have started sagging. Sure she could have bought another identical pair in a smaller size, but seems unlikely. 

Maybe someday we will see her do some cardio. If she spent half the time she allegedly works out doing cardio, she would actually see results. I’m starting to wonder if she doesn’t want results. I guess when you tie your paycheck to being fat there is a fear of what happens if you aren’t anymore.

Yes, but at her weight, she could still have a paycheck for at least two more seasons before she was no longer fat.

I don’t really mind her most of the time but stuff like peeing in the hot tub is just way beyond. It’s gross and it makes me cringe for her that she’s willing to perpetuate this kind of self-image. Because being vulgar isn’t fabulous. 

I have a life-long friend who has always struggled with her weight and at her peaks she probably rivals Whitney. But she is one of the best people I’ve ever known. She’s smart, funny, loving, has raised two wonderful kids. She just retired from a career of advocating for and helping kids in need. She always looks put together and CLEAN (Whitney always looks unkempt; so not fabulous). My friend is indeed living a fabulous life and honestly she has such a great personality and world view that if SHE had a show, she would be demonstrating that life can be good at any size and she would not be humiliating herself!

Oh I completely agree. I think it’s just Whitney’s perception that she has to be fat. At this point it’s become her identity. If she isn’t Whitney of “My Big Fat Fabulous life’ then she’s just a woman in her mid-30s who hasn’t moved past high school. She’s Al Bundy and at least he had a family. She would have to face being a ‘regular” person and I don’t just mean getting a job. She requires constant adulation and praise. Regular adults don’t get that kind of worship. They live their lives. They are responsible for themselves. They don’t require an entourage. They don’t require their friends center their lives around them. 

She doesn’t realize that her show might actually last longer if she got serious and truly lost weight. This idea that the show is now about watching her workout with no visible results isn’t going to be that effective. I think Whitney thinks being fat is what makes her special/unique.  If she isn’t fat I don’t think she knows who she is.

It's interesting. I just went back and read some of the posts from season 1 episode 2, and people were saying lots of the same things we're saying now. 

(1) Why is she still living at home at age 30? 

(2) She's a slob (the garbage in her car)

(3) Her "dancing" isn't dancing at all.

(4) Her diet is atrocious --- mayo and banana on white bread? And she complains when daddy cooks eggs and turkey bacon for her, a much healthier alternative. 

(5) Why doesn't she wear appropriate clothing? 

(6) She seems to be stuck at age 14 (the poster asked if she fell into a coma at 14 and just woke up at age 30, LOL). 

Amazing how nothing seems to have changed.
