Mika is excited that Joe Biden won in Michigan and Mississippi.  North Dakota is too close to call.  Biden has 836 delegates and Bernie 686. Joe thinks this is incredible.

Both candidates canceled events due to Corona virus.  Some states are red, and others are yellow on the Corona map.  There is a cluster in Westchester County, NY.

Wow, they are going to get some medical experts on the show. Has hell frozen over?  They are admitting they don't know everything.

Joe says there are no tests.  My question is, if there are no tests, how are people testing positive?   MIka said other countries are doing better than us because more people have the opportunity to test positive for COVID.

Mika blames the government for not stopping the containment of Corona virus.

She interviewed Dr Leana Wen, a professor of medicine from George Washington University Med School.  Dr. Wen cautioned that some events will be canceled.  

I find this coverage very vague and alarming.  

I cannot do this panic shit all the time.  I ride the DC Metro every day. 

Mika told Dr. Wen that she doesn't understand.  Shocker.

Joe is happy that turnout is higher in 2020.

Biden is winning in black neighborhoods.

Friend of the show, Ron Fournier is back. He was a regular panelist in 2016. He hated Hillary Clinton.

He said that Trump is driving turnout among Democrats.

Joe said Hillary had too much baggage to win in 2016.

 

Joe said he wasn't cheering for Biden in NH. He felt bad for him after knowing him for 25 years.

Barnicle said that Biden symbolizes humanity & empathy.

Mika was quoting former Homeland Security Advisor Tom Bossert. She didn't come up with all this hospital information on her own.

I hate when Joe, Mika and  Willie try to be so knowledgeable about things they know nothing about.  We are not that stupid. 

The 7:30 - 7:45 segment with Claire McCaskill and Kurt Bardella was very good. I like when Claire gets indignant.

Yes, that is correct. I couldn't recall who she was quoting.

Her voice is getting so high when she freaks out about remote testing sites I'm starting to think only dogs can hear her and my poor Buddy will start howling.   (Yes I got a new sweet baby boy!!)

They originally aired that montage in December 2018 backed by The Allman Brothers' "Ramblin' Man." Today's viewing was accompanied by Dion's The Wanderer. They are equally funny. My very favorite clip is when he climbed the long, long set of stairs to Air Force One with toilet paper stuck to his shoe. I guess it wasn't included because technically it is not rambling or wandering. Heh.

This is the funniest thing I read all day. I was laughing so hard I almost choked on the slice of cheese I was eating at the time.

WHO has declared a global pandemic.   The president has announced a travel ban from Europe.

The United States ranks eighth in Corona virus cases.  Mika is doing her excited news reading.    Sports are cancelled.  Tom Hanks has Corona virus. 

Honestly everyone kind of looks tired this morning.  Constant panic will do that.  Joe said he agrees with the president that we are in it together, but Trump's address did not reassure people.  

Mika is shaking her head and making faces like a petulant asshat.  Does Mika blame the president for Tom Hanks' illness?  

Joe says we need testing.  I am still wondering how people have tested positive if there are no tests available.

Willie, Barnicle and Lemire interviewed a Johns Hopkins public health specialist.  His name is Amesh Adalga?  The doctor said we have to watch in our communities to see if the virus progresses.  He said it is a good idea to distance yourself from large gatherings.  That was very informative, thanks to the lack of Mika. 

After the interview, Joe and Mika chimed in.  Mika did another useless emotional rant.  Joe said we need social distancing.  Joe did you listen to the doctor who just said exactly that?  My God you idiot.

Mika wants coronavirus patients segregated from others in the hospital. Isn't that obvious ?

Mika & Joe should distance themselves by working from separate parts of the breakfast nook.

Stephanie Ruhle is wearing one of Mika's dresses from her "flirting with Joe" period. Mika must have left a few in the dressing room.

This is the first time I've been able to tolerate Steph in a while. She was making a lot of sense and her hair looked good as did the dress.

Mika mentioned that Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in prison. They brought the on Dave Aronberg from Palm Beach county to discuss the case.

Morning Joe has more guests from Palm Beach county than any other cable tv show.

He said it was an appropriate sentence.

Mika was shocked that he did not express any remorse.

Mika did not mention her relationship with Weinstein. Joe was absent from the set during the interview.

Mika made fun of Sarah Palin going on the Masked Singer tv show while Trump was speaking.

She used her sarcastic tone of saying this was the GOP's VP nominee in 2008.

Mika forgets at how supportive she was of Palin when she was nominated. Mika was excited that a working mom with a baby could be VP.

Joe doesn't want people on twitter wasting time blaming China for their slow response to the virus.
