Hmm. I've gotten cortisone shots in my back (multiple times), my knee, and my shoulder (yeah, I'm falling apart), and at no time did I have any indentations or swelling.

If Kim didn't have that monstrosity of an ass, she'd look great. As it stands now, her lower half looks completely disproportionate. Her legs are way too skinny to have such a big rear end.

I don't know how she can deny having lipo though. When you work out you lose weight all over, you can't pick and choose to have your legs, arms and waist stay tiny while your butt has its own zip code.

Surely there isn't anyone who believes her butt is natural.  Does she really believe people buy that? Cortisone is an anti inflammatory.  That is the whole point of the drug.  Kim needs to be a bit more informed about the lies that she spews if she is trying to get people to buy her nonsense.

I watch a lot of Botched and I've seen way too many gross things and strange situations where people want weird shit inserted into their bodies.  Just looking at Kim's ass, and she can keep denying, I'd bet anything thats a silicone implant in there because the weird shape that she has happens when silicone starts to droop or erode (no surgeon who has a half a brain will put saline in there because its apparently dangerous to put in the butt).  The more weight Kim loses the more her ass is going to look odd. She posted a video the other day where she was working with this trainer doing boxing and she made a crack about how huge her pants looked. It actually looked like she had a diaper in there.

It is crazy to me. We have Khloe, Kylie, and the latest Kris, also with fake backsides. Maybe they think that if the whole family gets them, people will buy it's genetic.  Problem is there are way too many pics of all of them prior to their enhanced parts. That's true, and with Kim it wouldn't surprise me if she has some sort of mental disorder that pushes her to keep getting all this ridiculous plastic surgery. I don't know if Kanye is pressuring her or what, but it seems like her obsession with her looks didn't go into nuclear meltdown territory until she hooked up with him. I think Kim loves her kids but just isn't into parenting. She's posted some the last few weeks that seem very genuine. But then again North is getting older and she's not nearly as much work as Saint is. Her friends must be quite a trip too. The one is her ever  present assistant/ass kisser. She helped Kim create the selfie book for Kanye in Thailand. But I guess the paycheck comes before giving a supposed friend some advice.  Not that Kim pays her for advice.

I watch Botched as well and my understanding is that you can only have so much work done on each part of your body before it can't heal properly, yet Kim seems to have had numerous procedures done on her face and body over the years and she hasn't started to look like a melted wax figure yet.  Kris and Caitlyn on the other hand.....
