Same thing when she shows others trying. Kaylee, Jonathan, Dave and random kid roped in for a video seems the same. They seem to recoil from the taste and no smiles.

The Rod fam was back at the new church today. Jill, Renee, Sam, Gabe, Tessie, Hannah and Olivia singing up front with the choir and Dave in the front row. No Kaylee and Jonathan sighted though.

I found this interesting from Jill's post a few days ago about the time at the Kellers.

"We have all enjoyed the snuggles with little Naomi Christine Keller. She is already SO loved! I am SO thankful the JonathanKaylee Hill family was able to be here with us, along with Tessie, Olivia, Sofia and Janessa."

No mention of Samuel being there, yet she clearly showed Sam and his girl in at least one video.

Sam was in the pics from the springs, wrestling night and the video of the Keller bros meeting their sister. So he was there for a good bit.

I wonder if Sam and the girl asked Jill not to post and after Renee's guy bailed maybe Jill is pretending to play along. But she can't help herself. Shows them together in a video and randomly posts in the middle of the florida pics an old video of Sam and how she "adores" the choices he is making as an adult.

I think Sam and his girl are either fully courting or possibly engaged. His high school grad blurb already had him "in a relationship" with a godly woman.

—It was a WONDERFUL two weeks in Florida with the Keller Family!  The birth of Naomi is a story that is so precious and I was SO glad I was here for it!  😊  Saying goodbye left Nurie and I both in heart wrenching weeping.  I look forward to Heaven where NO more sad goodbyes will there be spoken!  😢😊🥰—

what is with all this heart wrenching weeping? They are together all the time.   It’s not as if they only see each other every couple of years, like most long distance families. Those who  have  jobs and limited vacation time.   Can these women be any more immature? 

Jill has 12 other children to focus on but she acts as if she’s an empty nester because Nurie doesn’t live with her.

I know it's like a evangelical thing, but it sounds so strange to me that she's basically wishing for death for her and her favorite child so they don't have to live in separate states.

I mean, given that they "work" from home and spend much of the year traveling on their singing tours, there's nothing stopping Jill from moving the rest of the family to Florida. They don't HAVE to be in Ohio or really anywhere. The kids aren't in school and I'm sure AndKaylee would uproot her family to move with them if it's SO important to never have to say goodbye for some reason.

I would say the blatant favoritism is stomach turning but she does this whenever one of her horde dare to leave home.   It's all weeping and wailing.   Because of course to Jill its the end of the world, one less person whose entire existence is totally focused on her and keeping her happy.    Not saying most normal parents aren't a bit sad when their kids leave home, but that's it a bit sad.   Not this weeping and wailing and carrying on.

It does seem excessive since they see each other quite often. The once a year all family vacation must be coming up in the next few weeks where they will all be together yet again.

Interesting Nurie knows mama's heart better than most. That's pretty similar to what Jill recently said about her mama. Mama understands her heart and Jill dumped 2 yrs of her festering resentments on mama so mama could comfort her.

Wait, what? My mom has a brain thing going on and one of the first things I did as it started to progress was take her off comforting duty. She can't communicate well enough anymore to do that and it was upsetting her when I vented. I guess it's fine for Jill to burden her recovering mother since Jill fixes her hair occasionally and she let her stay at their house (while they were on a not-a-vacation). I don't know why it continues to surprise me when Jill lacks an ounce of compassion, empathy or sense, but somehow it still does.

She'll spill it, probably right around Tim and Heidi's wedding, when Jill realizes that she can't be the star of that particular show (although I do 100% think she will wear white to the wedding as well).

As for the heart-wrenching weeping, for Nurie it's probably relief that she gets her house back.  For Jill, it's that she might not get another free round of unlimited salad and breadsticks for a few weeks.

Jill's post from April - Jill was blessed to share her heart with mama, mama understands her so well.

 

"What an absolute JOY it was to go to my parents' to help them with some projects. While we were there, I helped my mom get her photo albums caught up and her desk cleared and organized (something she ALWAYS kept up with before her aneurysm).

I have to say, that it was a BALM TO MY SOUL that my Mom is doing so well mentally. She is still in her wheelchair, but she sure does get around in that thing. She and I have always loved to laugh together. We enjoyed laughing our hearts out several times together! It felt SO good!

It was also a blessing to share my heart with my Mom about some VERY hurtful things that happened to me in 2022 and 2023. I didn't realize how MUCH I had missed her listening and understanding ear. She understands me so well.

What takes me a LONG time to explain to others (with little to no understanding from them) my Mom immediately "gets". My Mom has a good balance and common sense approach on how to handle situations in a godly way. Her simplistic statement of "just do right", blesses my heart. She deeply refreshes my soul! When I got married, I moved about an hour from my parents. When my dad retired, they moved closer to us. I never had a problem with that. I welcomed it. They were not overbearing with us and gave us our privacy. When my son was born and I needed help, they were there. When I started working part time, they watched my son (my ex husband was useless). I felt very blessed to have them in my lives. 

We also have a family friend who moved out of state with her son (and only grandchild), her parents followed as soon as they were able to. I don't have a problem with that, but they aren't a Jill either. They don't expect to be entertained.

Jill always links together "they are so far away" with " but they are doing such great work for the lord".

Jill is most likely on her wounded knee begging the lord to place it on Nathan's heart to move to a church in the beautiful amish country of ohio.

It's a rare year when I see my daughter more than once, for a week or so.  Jill and Nurie are together several times a year.  That "heart-wrenching weeping" is so performative, just like everything that the narcissist histrionic Jill does.  Nutter.

My son had a torn meniscus (?) and couldn't wait to have it repaired. The recovery was long and painful. 

Wasn't she going on about a shoulder injury too?

In my son's case, it may have been a torn ACL. It was years ago, and I can't remember. Whatever it was, it was SEVERELY TORN and had to be SEVERELY repaired.

It took her 6 weeks to even get an x-ray of the SEVERELY torn knee. Another week to get an MRI and 6 full months before she went to PT once. They made her wear a mask and probably wouldn't let her take video. She never mentioned PT again.

Between the injury and the x-ray Jill went to florida for 2 weeks for N 1s birth and then came home and worked on painting and decorating the upstairs attic before hosting the entire Noyes clan for Thanksgiving

"Finally got an X-Ray done on my knee and an MRI is scheduled for next week. After nearly 6 weeks since my injury, I have tried not to let it slow me down. She did claim that she injured her knee and her shoulder. Didn’t stop her going on the trip with Dave and Sam and then some plexus trip too. There is nothing wrong with her knee or her shoulder. Her thyroid and brain yep those are sick.

I help make phone calls, I maintain our website, I send out e-mails, I organize, I work my in home business, I cook meals, I clean, I do gardening, I paint, I lay down floors, I decorate, I homeschool, I get homeschool portfolios done (pictured below) to send in for evaluation from a certified teacher to grade, and then send in those results to the school district. You see, I am wife, mom, teacher, secretary, nurse, cook, maid, construction worker, gardener and so much more. I am simply a "gap filler"."

Whether she worked those long hours in her Plexus business from home or at a work place doesn’t matter.  She’s not a stay at home mom if she has a job.  She’s a work from home mom.  All moms have value, regardless of whether they have jobs or not… but the rest of us don’t lie about which mom category we are.  Because we don’t need to.  Because we don’t belittle the moms in other categories.
