In my opinion Jill stepped all over Timothy’s request that he wanted to post about himself, not her. This was well before the wedding. Instead she deleted such comments, left the post up, and then basically went on a rampage with HER as the victim. Surprising? No. Out of line? Yes.

Exactly. I doubt that Nurie, David and Brianne even know the content of  the family’s comments on the purity post and are just reacting to Jill’s version of the ‘backlash’.  This is what Jill is like as an in-law.

Jill must be a complete terror at home right now, raging to anyone who will listen that she's being attacked and persecuted. Those poor kids (I say that a lot about the Rod kids, sadly). I hope Tim and Heidi choose not to engage in this, but I can see Tim making a post defending Jill. I don't think he's broken away as much as others do, that will take years of consistent effort. 

I do wonder if Jill considers this latest kerfuffle to be worse than the devil attacking her with that demonic can of green beans years ago. 🤣

Nothing like pouring gasoline on a fire.  Jill and Dave may have met their match with  Heidi's family; at least I hope so.  I really feel so sorry for Heidi and Tim.  And for Heidi's family, who did not start this mess.  Jill and Dave really went  the wrong direction in this fight.

Jill must really be in a panic.  Two of her sons have chosen their own way instead of being obedient to Mama.  One chooses to follow his heart, and one leaves home and follows "false" doctrine.  This is destroying her reputation of being the perfect mother to a perfect family (in her mind), so she will resort to trying to prove how much better than everyone else she is.  I don't think we have seen anything yet.  She needs to have the last word, but I think she has met her match.

Also Nurie, the angel sent from heaven to their family, and Nathan seem to have drawn a hard line on letting mama make some dramatic post of Naomi's birth and The Hill family has all but vanished from social media. Both their own posts and Jill's posts.

Jill, her sisters and both her married daughters bragged about not kissing their husbands before marriage, hence it is right and just for Jill to share the same information about Tim and Heidi.  Jill's way is the only way and they are wrong to not want Tim's mother to share their personal information with the world.  Jill is right, they are wrong, she wins.  She always wins-in her own mind.

I do feel for Tim and Heidi, this is not a good way to start off a marriage.  I wish Jill would think of that before dying on her sword.  

I also don't think Tim is too far removed from his mom.  Most of the changes lately were done probably at the request of his new wife, not so much to dismiss his mom.  Afterall, he did stay pure until his wedding day like his mom and dad told him too.  All this bickering now between the two families has to be heavy on both Tim and Heidi's hearts.

In a way, this reminds me of the blowup between the Rods and their church in New York several years ago.

Jill started her holier than thou criticisms against church members who weren't following the correct doctrine (the Rods' idea of it, anyway), the church leaders argued back, David weighed in, Bible in hand shouting verses to prove J&D were RIGHT, Jill started crying to her children about how everyone was being so mean to her, and the church leaders held their ground.

Jill, David, and their bunch of kids, left the church, and moved to West Virginia.

The congregation (probably) cheered and went on with their lives. 

Jill and David live to get into other people's business and shake their stubby fingers in people's faces. They both have a bad combination of no boundaries and delusional superiority.

Timothy’s FB post about his move and new job has had several additional comments posted since the wedding. Most just congratulate him on the wedding.  However a few are congratulating him on the wedding and include references to the TMI on the purity issue, or advise him to ‘leave and cleave’ for a healthy marriage.  He has responded to a couple of those with ‘Thank you’ without further comment 

Jill appears to have been silent on this issue since David’s response.  Maybe Timothy and Heidi have since made their feelings known to all parties.

Everyone is evil and out to get them etc. Look at pour Gabriel crying outta sheer misery. It certainly isn’t because he’s from a goodly family.

 

I imagine Jill is eating extra well and bought even more presents for herself to sooth her wounded soul.

 

Jill is on vacation every week. Lazy snake should stay home off the internet tending to her garden and cooking yellow slop.

Even Janessa is working on her "Praise Mama" post in crayon. There is no peace for the Rodlets right now. David may even get to the point of finding something to do that gets him away. 

I'm curious to see if Ellen joins Jill's next Plexus downline Zoom meeting. How awkward that would be.
