No it wasn't, the door was specifically designed by the gods to open in response to a couple proving their True Love for one another.

If Emma's TL-filled heart on the scale had done it like the test appeared to be at first, that would have been ambiguous.  The fire/tackle part was not.

We don't know how much the other characters know. We just know that they know that whatever Emma and Hook tried to do, it didn't work to save Hook. Because we're not allowed to see conversations, we don't know how much Emma told her parents. I do think she said something about Hades having lied or tricked them, but we don't know if she told them that they passed the True Love test before they discovered they were tricked.

I do suspect that Emma will somehow substitute herself for her parents in the sleeping curse, and that may be where the bed picture comes in.

The writers have stressed repeatedly in interviews that Emma and Hook are true love, so it would be a big backtrack.

I can't stand this Henry/Violet romance. It's boring and offensive to me. It's too bad that A&E gave Henry a love interest before giving him a same-age friend.

Just saw a theory that Emma will give half her heart to one of her parents so they can break their curse and then Killian can break hers....based on the photo of Emma sleeping. If this happens i am guessing it works for Snowing  but Emma gets taken somewhere Killian can't get to her and it all goes horribly wrong...

I'm pretty sure there will be no TLKing for CS in the foreseeable future, if ever. That would be too concrete and they can't have that when they're trying to also string along fans who root for another ship.

Looks like we're also back to Hook killed David's father, since "Murder Most Foul" is the promised CaptainCharming ep.

That Snowing Sneak Peek was sweet. 

I'm wondering if Nottingham had something to do with Davids father's death. Just because he's there filming. Hope to goodness Killian had nothing to do with it.

The Captain Charming "episode" would amount to one or two scenes in the middle of the Robin Hood, Regina, Sheriff of Nottingham drama.

And of course Hook killed Charming's dad. Any other thing would be too creative for this writers.

I cannot express how much I do not want Hook to have killed Charming's dad. Like DO.NOT.WANT. I predicted it back during Comic Con, but I am praying I'm wrong. However, knowing these writers, this is right up their alley. If he was somehow responsible, I just can't buy Charming & Emma getting over it. Yes, I know they've all forgiven Regina for all sorts of crap, but none of them are in a committed, romantic relationship with her. If it turns out to be the case, it may be the last straw for me and this show. (Not to mention the Hook haters will have a field day and make life miserable for anyone that likes Hook).

Saw that sneak peek and heard the song at the beginning. I thought, "What is this? A fanmade video?" Lol.

I really do love the montage, though. We rarely get to see the characters coping with a supernatural situation through more conventional means. It didn't to be a long talking scene. It just had to meaningfully convey what they were doing in their lives.

I'm encouraged that they did something like this.  Honestly, I was worried they'd ignore the obvious to make this curse seem like the worse curse ever cast.  Its not great and it will get frustrating but at least they can leave messages for each other and one of them isn't completely missing out on life ad their kids while the other is consumed with worry.

After they promo last week I thought Snow wouldn't be trying to cope at all before breaking down and may have muttered something along the lines of so no one in the history of the world has worked opposite shifts or long distance, you come from a land without phones, jeez.

Honestly, those spoiler are not exciting. I am afraid that Hook will be the killer of Charming's dad.

CS always seems separate and if I do believe they will have finally some pay off this year. It will not be exciting if that come after a year where their meaningful interaction and adventure are with anybody but each others. 

Maybe for me the silver lining for me is the absence of the EQ.

I'll never understand how everyone just always jumps on the "Hook did it!" bandwagon. 

That sneak peek was really good and so well done. I liked the notes and the "facetime". That baby is very expressive. Too bad his name is Neal. It was a really nice sneak peek, and the writers can come up with things like this, so why don't they do it more often? This little snippet is leaps and bounds better than a lot of crap they've come up with.

The one thing that made me sad about the sneak peak -- is that it looks like they finally updated and got rid of their flip phones.

[Despite my sadness of the demise of the flip phones - although maybe Charming still has his and the smart phone was Snow's - I do think it was a good scene.  Sweet and simple and effective at both showing their bond and the the cruelty of the curse.]

I wonder if this is a consistent acting decision? The use of the disgusted sort of "what is that smell" face or if it's a director decision/writer's note. Emma has had this face a lot this season and particularly in emma x regina scenes. Maybe it's just emma being scared and finding everything distasteful, but it's a face she's used a lot so far.

Ok, I know I am not the person they do the OQ arc for. It is mostly for Regina fans and OQ fans and I am fans of neither  character.

But, I have some problem to understand how brought a Robin who don't have the history with Regina we saw and don't have Roland or is ok to just follow Regina without him. Is a good storyline or closure for OQ. I guess I missed something...?

For the sneak peak I did loved the snowing one but still find the storyline a little déjà vu.

But that second one... Bad CGI... And did EQ separated Regina from her brains? How is she always smarter than Regina?

I snickered a little at the underlined me.  Its like writing direction to the director and actors.  Please emphasize that Henry is self absorbed.

Underlines are probably something that need context.  Don't script tease the underlines.

This scene that's in the script tease is probably with EQ disguised as Regina. I think that Emma poofs Henry (she's really come a long way with her magic) back to wherever Hook is, EQ sticks Emma and Regina in the mirror and then goes to Henry with triumphant news. She's alone, Hook is already suspicious of her.

What I love about this week's script tease is the need Adam has to reasure Hook's fans that he is indeed in the episode and it's not going to be Emma-Regina all the time. Half the teases include him (probably his only scenes in the episode).

Seriously - we know Zelena and Belle work together and that's a new, interesting pairing. Why not tease something of theirs? Oh well, the good news is that I know all Hook's lines, and they no longer have Emma & Hook interact, so no need to watch :).

Because other than being plot devices and background characters, they don't seem to care.

I'm really starting to worry that they really are going to kill Emma and JMo is leaving the show. Yes, we saw the filming pics with Emma getting the upper hand on Damien but what if that's a red herring and she's going to die a different way once we think she's ok? All of this anvil dropping about how everyone will be ok without her, etc.  Kind of like when Greys killed George by putting him in the military, so everyone assumed he would die in action and he got hit by a bus instead  

Either that or Regina is getting the Izzy sees Denny's ghost storyline and Robin is her brain tumor.
